Itinerary
This program is systematically designed for students who want to deepen their yoga practice as well for aspirants who want to become competent yoga teachers. Completion of this course will lead to Yoga Alliance certificate. The course covers different styles of yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, and Aerial Yoga. This is an intensive course with around 5.5 hours of physical classes along with 4 hours of theory classes daily. Moreover, the student gets a deep insight into yoga philosophy, anatomy and implement of Ayurvedic concepts.
