Arrivée à Hanoi (D) :

Upon arrival in Hanoi, visit the Literature Temple, is a historic site in Hanoi that was originally built in 1070 to honor Confucius and later became Vietnam's first national university. The temple is a well-preserved example of traditional Vietnamese architecture and is dedicated to scholars and sages.  Then visit Hoa Lo Prison, also known as the "Hanoi Hilton," is a former French colonial prison that was later used by the North Vietnamese government to detain American prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. Enjoy a welcome dinner, which includes a briefing for you about the trip, with a focus on wellness and culture. In the evening, experience a traditional Water Puppet show.

Hanoi (B) :

Start the day with a one-hour yoga session with local practitioners. Followed by a walking breakfast tour, lasting two hours, which includes tasting special Phở Hanoi and traditional coffee in the oldest shop in the Old Quarter. In the afternoon, join a Hatha and Mindful yoga flow session at the New Mantra studio, expect to experience a range of physical and mental benefits. Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Sightseeing around Ho Tay and visit Quan Thanh Temple, home to the most unique bronze statue in the world.

Day 3

Hanoi (B/L) :

Day 4

Hanoi - Ha Long (B/L/D) :

After breakfast, leave for Ha Long Bay. Upon boarding, you will be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and shown to your comfortable cabin. After settling in, you will be treated to a delicious lunch featuring a variety of Vietnamese and international dishes as the boat begins to cruise through the stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay. As you enjoy your meal, you can take in the breathtaking scenery from the sundeck or the panoramic windows of the dining area. The towering limestone formations and tranquil waters create a truly magical atmosphere that will leave you in awe. After lunch, the cruise will continue to Ti Top beach, where you can relax on the pristine white sands, swim in the refreshing waters, or hike to the top of the island for panoramic views of the bay. This is the perfect opportunity to soak up the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay and take some memorable photos.

In the late afternoon, you will have the chance to participate in a cooking class led by the cruise's talented chef. Ha Long - Yen Tu (B/Br) :

Following this, the journey continues with a mesmerizing visit to either Thien Cung or Dau Go cave, where unique rock formations and sunlight create a breathtaking natural tableau.

The next destination is Yen Tu Legacy, where You will experience a fantastic cable car ride, enjoying panoramic views from a remarkable height. Day 6

Yen Tu (B) :

The day will begin with a relaxing and rejuvenating session of Yin yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time to stretch and target the connective tissues in the body. This practice is designed to help release tension and promote relaxation, making it the perfect way to start the day.

Following the Yin yoga session, You will have the opportunity to participate in a Singing Bowl Meditation workshop. This ancient practice involves the use of singing bowls, which are metal bowls that produce a soothing and calming sound when struck or played. The workshop will teach us how to use the bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance their overall sense of well-being.

In the afternoon, You will engage in Eye yoga, a series of exercises designed to improve vision and eye health. This will be followed by a Bosu-Ball Work-out, a fun and challenging workout that incorporates the use of a Bosu ball, a half-sphere exercise ball that can be used for a variety of exercises to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.

Dinner will be a self-guided meal, allowing you to choose their own food and dining experience. Following dinner, You will have the option to participate in either a salt room meditation or Hydropathy. Salt room meditation involves sitting in a room filled with Himalayan salt crystals, which are believed to have therapeutic properties that can help improve respiratory and skin conditions, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Hydropathy, on the other hand, involves the use of water in various forms, such as hot and cold baths, showers, and hydro massage, to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension.


Day 7

Yen Tu - Hanoi (B) :

After your breakfast at hotel, your journey unfolds with a serene Yin yoga session, allowing you to connect mind and body amidst the tranquil surroundings. This mindful start sets the tone for a day filled with artistic endeavors and traditional craftsmanship.

Venturing into the heart of cultural heritage, you'll partake in the ancient art of Dong Ho print making, a centuries-old Vietnamese craft. The first stop on your cultural odyssey is the renowned Cham Museum, a treasure trove of Cham civilization artifacts. Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of the Cham people, exploring intricate sculptures, pottery, and artifacts that unveil the fascinating history of this ancient culture.

Depart with a sense of fulfillment, knowing that your journey has been a seamless blend of cultural exploration, culinary delights, and mindful practices. As you soar into the skies from Danang Airport, take a moment to appreciate the transformative experiences that have colored your time in this captivating corner of Vietnam.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and payment process:

Customers can book tours through TourRadar by submitting a booking request on the platform. Upon receiving a booking request, Bao Son Travel will confirm the availability of the tour and provide TourRadar with a booking confirmation.

Payment terms

Payment terms will be as follows: a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Cancellation policies will be in accordance with Bao Son Travel's standard terms and conditions.

Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date or upon arrival (depends on each booking). If payment is not received by the due date, Bao Son Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure Bao son Travel receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.

If you book within 30 days of your departure date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.

Price Policy:

Bao Son Travel is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.

Bao Son Travel reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.

After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, unless you choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, the price of your holiday is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. 

 Cancellation and Changes by the Company:

Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday, and Bao Son Travel reserves the right to do so at any time. If a major change to your tour is necessary, compensation may be payable in cases of major change as detailed below.

No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.


Cancellation and Changes by You:

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify Bao Son Travel in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

30 days or more: 50% of Deposit

15 – 30 days: 100% of Deposit

8 – 15 days: 80% of Tour Cost

1 – 7 days: 100% of Tour Cost

After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges one set of amendments, though will be liable for any added cost this may add to the tour, including airline charges, hotels etc. 

2. Tour availability and pricing:

Bao Son Travel will provide TourRadar with up-to-date information on tour availability and pricing. Any discounts or promotions offered through TourRadar will be communicated to customers in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

3. Responsibilities of the OTA:

TourRadar is responsible for promoting and selling Bao Son Travel's tours through their platform. This includes featuring the tours on their website, marketing the tours to their customer base, and providing customer support for inquiries and bookings.

4. Responsibilities of the tour operator:

Bao Son Travel is responsible for delivering the tours as advertised on TourRadar, including providing accurate and up-to-date information on tour itineraries, inclusions, and exclusions. Bao Son Travel will also ensure that the tours meet the quality standards and expectations set forth in the marketing materials.

5. Customer communication:

Bao Son Travel will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing pre-trip information, such as accommodations, meals, activities, and other relevant details. In the event of any issues or emergencies during the tour, Bao Son Travel will be the primary point of contact for customers.

6. Termination of the agreement:

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding bookings will be honored according to the terms and conditions in place at the time of booking.

7. Data protection and privacy:

Both Bao Son Travel and TourRadar will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. Customer data will be handled and protected in accordance with the agreed-upon privacy policies and will not be shared with any third parties without the customer's consent.

These terms and conditions are intended to establish a clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations for both Bao Son Travel and TourRadar in working together to promote and sell tours.

–  Infant below 2 years old sharing same room with parents is free of charge.
