Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.


Booking Policy:

20% of the Tour Cost is required as an initial Deposit. 80% of the Tour cost is required 2 months prior to arrival date.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is 61 days or more prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price paid as Initial deposit shall be retained ;  
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure – 40% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 31 days prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to departure – No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets: 

Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation Policy for Wildlife Safaris: 

Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from GeTS shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of GeTS shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that GeTS acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. 

The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honor confirmed bookings. In such an event GeTS shall not be responsible and shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

GeTS hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.

Check-in& Check-out: In India is de standaard check-in om 14:00 uur en check-out om 11:00 uur. Als je eerder aankomt dan de gebruikelijke check-in tijd, vragen we het hotel altijd om je kamer van tevoren klaar te maken. Dit is echter niet altijd mogelijk vanwege eerdere bezetting. In zulke gevallen kun je je bagage in het hotel opslaan en van de gelegenheid gebruikmaken om je nieuwe bestemming te verkennen totdat de kamer beschikbaar komt.


Voorafgaande/volgendeaccommodatie: Als je voor of na de reis extra overnachtingen hebt geregeld (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid), houd er dan rekening mee dat je mogelijk in een andere kamer wordt ondergebracht dan de kamer die tijdens je rondreis wordt gebruikt.

Vluchten

Binnenlandsevluchten: Als je reisroute binnenlandse vluchten omvat, zijn deze niet inbegrepen in de pakketprijs en worden ze apart in rekening gebracht. Vliegtarieven fluctueren afhankelijk van de reisdata; we zullen je op de hoogte houden van de actuele tarieven zodra je data definitief zijn.

Internationale vluchten: Je internationale vliegtickets moeten onafhankelijk geboekt worden. Zodra je vliegticket bevestigd is, vragen we je vriendelijk om ons je vluchtgegevens door te geven zodat we een vlotte luchthaventransfer bij aankomst en vertrek kunnen organiseren, zodat je reis probleemloos begint en eindigt.


Paspoorten & Visa:

Alle reizigers moeten in het bezit zijn van een geldig paspoort en de benodigde visa voor de reis. Het is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat je voldoet aan de immigratie- en overheidsvereisten van elk land op je reisroute. Als je reis verder gaat dan India, controleer dan ruim van tevoren de visumvereisten voor elke bestemming. Alle boetes, boetes of extra kosten als gevolg van onvolledige documentatie zijn voor rekening van de reiziger.

In restaurants kun je bijvoorbeeld 300 roepies achterlaten (afhankelijk van het bedrag van de rekening), voor een goede chauffeur tussen 300 en 500 roepies per dag per persoon.

Maaltijden

Het dagelijkse ontbijt is inbegrepen en wordt geserveerd in het restaurant of de koffieshop van het hotel.

Speciale dieetwensen: Veganistische en koosjere maaltijden kunnen op verzoek worden geregeld, hoewel de beschikbaarheid per locatie kan verschillen. Informeer ons van tevoren om de nodige afspraken te maken.
