The city reflects the country’s rich heritage, with its bustling streets, diverse cultures, historical monuments, grand gardens, and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Divided into Old Delhi and New Delhi, the city offers a fascinating contrast: the timeless charm of centuries-old architecture meets the dynamic energy of a modern metropolis.

The rest of the day is at leisure for you to relax or take an independent stroll nearby to soak in the atmosphere.

After breakfast, depart for Agra.

Agra, located on the banks of the Yamuna River, flourished as the capital of the Mughal Empire between 1526 and 1628. Today, it stands as a treasure trove of architectural brilliance, home to three UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri.

Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.


Booking Policy:

20% of the Tour Cost is required as an initial Deposit. 80% of the Tour cost is required 2 months prior to arrival date.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is 61 days or more prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price paid as Initial deposit shall be retained ;  
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure – 40% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 31 days prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to departure – No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets: 

Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation Policy for Wildlife Safaris: 

Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from GeTS shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of GeTS shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that GeTS acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. 

The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honor confirmed bookings. In such an event GeTS shall not be responsible and shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

GeTS hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.

●Disfruta de cómodas estancias en hoteles de 3 estrellas cuidadosamente seleccionados, elegidos por su ubicación, servicio y comodidades.

●Registro de entraday salida: En India, el registro de entrada estándar es a las 14:00 h y el de salida a las 11:00 h. Si llegas antes de la hora habitual de entrada, siempre pedimos al hotel que prepare tu habitación con antelación. Sin embargo, esto no siempre es posible debido a la ocupación previa. En tales casos, puedes guardar tu equipaje en el hotel y aprovechar para explorar tu nuevo destino hasta que la habitación esté disponible.

Vuelos

Vuelos nacionales: Si tu itinerario incluye vuelos nacionales, éstos no están incluidos en el precio del viaje combinado y se cobrarán aparte. Las tarifas aéreas fluctúan en función de las fechas de viaje; te informaremos de las tarifas actuales una vez finalizadas las fechas.

Vuelos internacionales: Los billetes de avión internacionales deben reservarse por separado. Una vez confirmados, te rogamos que nos comuniques los detalles de tu vuelo para que podamos organizar sin problemas los traslados desde el aeropuerto a la llegada y a la salida, garantizando un comienzo y un final de viaje sin complicaciones.


Pasaportes y visados:

Todos los viajeros deben poseer un pasaporte válido y los visados necesarios para viajar. Es responsabilidad exclusiva tuya garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de inmigración y gubernamentales de cada país de tu itinerario. Si tu viaje se extiende más allá de la India, verifica los requisitos de visado de cada destino con suficiente antelación. Cualquier penalización, multa o coste adicional derivado de una documentación incompleta correrá a cargo del viajero.
