Itinéraire
Vivez cinq jours d'aventures hivernales dans le Grand Nord. Nous vous emmènerons faire de la motoneige, des raquettes et de la pêche sur glace, et vous montrerons les paysages hivernaux à couper le souffle depuis le ciel grâce à un vol touristique. Nous vous laisserons observer la faune de près au "Yukon Wildlife Preserve" et nous vous chouchouterons en vous plongeant dans l'eau chaude apaisante des "Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs". Cette excursion hivernale au Yukon est riche en événements pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes. Au cours de deux soirées de votre choix, vous vous rendrez juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville, mais suffisamment loin des lumières de la ville, dans un lieu idyllique d'observation des aurores boréales, l'AuroraCentre. Les soirées seront consacrées à l'observation des aurores boréales à proximité d'un poêle à bois ou d'un feu de camp. Les vacances d'hiver sont vraiment complètes si vous avez l'occasion d'observer les aurores boréales qui tombent en cascade dans le ciel nocturne.

Sources d'eau chaude, faune et flore et vue sur les oiseaux
Nous commençons la journée par un vol touristique de 30 minutes au-dessus des spectaculaires paysages hivernaux. Pendant le vol, nous pourrons admirer l'hiver yukonnais sous un angle que peu de gens pourront admirer. De retour à Whitehorse, nous découvrirons l'histoire du Nord lors d'une visite guidée de la ville. Whitehorse a beaucoup à offrir et abrite des sites célèbres tels que l'historique Paddlewheeler SS Klondike ou un "gratte-ciel" entièrement fait de rondins. Plus tard, nous nous rendrons au Yukon Wildlife Preserve, où nous pourrons observer de près des animaux sauvages comme les élans, les orignaux, les caribous, les chèvres de montagne et les porcs-épics dans leur environnement naturel. Non loin de là, nous visiterons les Eclipse Nordic Hotsprings et nous nous plongerons dans les eaux chaudes naturelles pour nous détendre dans un décor de montagne hivernal à couper le souffle. Plus tard dans la nuit, vous reprendrez la route, cette fois-ci pour admirer les étonnantes aurores boréales. Détendez-vous à l'abri ou sous le ciel étoilé, près d'un feu chaleureux, dans l'un de nos sites d'observation des aurores boréales conçus sur mesure. Nuit à l'hôtel à Whitehorse.
Pêche sur glace et raquettes sur un lac gelé
Aujourd'hui, nous partirons pour une aventure de pêche sur glace sur l'un des magnifiques lacs de la région de Whitehorse. À l'aide d'une jauge à glace, nous percerons un trou dans la glace. La glace d'un lac peut avoir une épaisseur de 30 cm à un mètre ! Des boissons chaudes seront disponibles pour nous réchauffer. Jetez un coup d'œil et profitez de la beauté d'une journée d'hiver en attendant la grosse prise ! Si nous avons la chance d'attraper une belle truite, votre guide la découpera en filets et la fera cuire sur le feu. À la fin de la journée, nous retournons à Whitehorse avec une prise record et de bons souvenirs. Plus tard dans la soirée, nous nous rendrons à l'AuroraCentre où nous tenterons d'apercevoir des aurores boréales.

Sur des pistes rapides dans la neige
L'après-midi, nous nous rendons dans les montagnes à proximité de Whitehorse. Après une introduction détaillée sur la sécurité, nous enfourchons nos motoneiges. À une vitesse agréable, nous traverserons les paysages hivernaux mémorables du Yukon et nous nous imprégnerons de la vue des montagnes couvertes de neige. Avec une motoneige, le voyage peut être un parcours exaltant en haut et en bas de magnifiques montagnes ou une excursion relaxante à travers la forêt et sur des sentiers historiques. GOODS & SERVICE TAX (GST): All Canadian tour prices are subject to 5% GST. Invoices must be paid in their respective currency to the appropriate bank (account information provided on each invoice). We also acccept bookings by phone or fax.

'Day Tour' bookings: 100% payment of the invoice is required at time of booking.
'Multi-Day Tour' bookings: 25% deposit of the total invoice is required 14 days after the date of confirmation.

Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees are based on percentage of the total invoice and based on the date cancellation is receives in our office.

MULTI-DAY TOURS
Anytime after invoicing: 25%
60-45 days prior to departure: 40%
44-30 days prior to departure: 60%

CANCELLATION AND REFUND BY Arctic Range Adventure LTD.:
If the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we reserve the right to cancel a tour up to 14 days prior to start of the tour. You will be notified immediately and you are entitled to a full refund if you are unable to join one of our other departures. If we or our partners are forced to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, like forest fires, floods, breakdowns, all decisions are left to the discretion of the tour guide.
Charter Services & Custom Programs are subject to a deposit and cancellation policy that is different from our standard payment & cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge additional deposit or full payment at the time of booking. You will be advised at time of exact deposit and cancellation terms.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Arctic Range Adventure chooses its suppliers (e.g. hotels, carriers and other suppliers providing tour services) with great care. These suppliers are, however, independent contractors and Canadian Arctic Range Adventure cannot be held responsible or liable for their acts or omissions.
For all activity programs (i.e., but not limited to, river rafting, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing etc.) in Canada and USA clients will have to sign a “waiver of liability”. The tour operator and wholesaler is under the obligation to inform the client in time that a waiver of liability has to be signed at the beginning of the program. Arctic Range Adventure will, of course, always do its best to ensure the greatest possible safety for all its clients.
Arctic Range Adventure can also not be held liable for changes in tour itineraries due to weather conditions, acts of God or special conditions beyond our control.
All costs that may result from any delays of passengers at the airport or any delays that might occur at the end of the trip are the responsibility of the client. Arctic Range Adventure cannot be held liable.
Furthermore, Arctic Range Adventure cannot be held liable for the contents of any brochure prepared by a wholesaler or tour operator and any misrepresentation of our tours therein.
Should clients encounter problems during their trip they are required to contact Arctic Range Adventure immediately in order to solve the problem. Should a written account of concern be filed, it has to be sent to Arctic Range Adventure within 4 weeks of completion of trip. Claims received after that date cannot be considered.
An all inclusive accident- and luggage insurance for your tour is very important and highly recommended.
