Vous rêvez de l'Everest mais vous manquez de temps ? Notre trek de 10 jours au camp de base de l'Everest est conçu pour vous. Cette aventure au rythme soutenu vous permet d'approcher le plus haut sommet du monde en moins de temps, sans compromettre les sensations fortes ou la beauté des paysages de l'Himalaya.


Votre voyage commence par un vol de montagne spectaculaire jusqu'à Lukla, puis vous plongez directement sur le sentier avec une nuit à Manjo, sans l'arrêt habituel à Phakding. Au lieu d'une journée de repos à Namche, nous explorons le village culturellement riche de Khumjung avant de monter au centre spirituel de Tengboche. Après avoir escaladé l'impressionnant pic Nangkartshang (5 090 m), nous poursuivons jusqu'à Lobuche, puis jusqu'à notre objectif ultime, le camp de base de l'Everest.


Ce soir-là, nous retournons à Gorakshep pour nous reposer et, si le temps est clair, nous pouvons grimper une partie du Kalapatthar pour assister à un inoubliable coucher de soleil sur l'Himalaya. Que vous soyez attiré par le lever ou le coucher du soleil, le panorama de l'Everest vous laissera bouche bée.


Cet itinéraire est plus intense que l'itinéraire classique de 12 jours, qui comprend des jours d'acclimatation supplémentaires à Namche et Dingboche. Mais si vous êtes en bonne forme, concentré et que vous souhaitez un chemin plus rapide vers le camp de base de l'Everest, ce trek est fait pour vous.

Programme du circuit

Day 1

Départ tôt le matin de l'hôtel pour Ramechhap, vol pour Lukla et trekking jusqu'à Manjo.

Réveil matinal et départ de Katmandou vers Ramechhap à 1h30 du matin pour un vol à destination de Lukla. Nous prenons un petit déjeuner à emporter aujourd'hui. Après un court vol panoramique vers Lukla, nous commençons le trekking, après avoir rencontré notre équipe de trekking locale. Nous atteignons aujourd'hui Phakding, situé sur les rives de la rivière Dudh Koshi.

Day 2

Trekking jusqu'à Namche Bazaar (3 441 m)

Il faut environ 6 heures pour suivre la rivière Dudh Koshi et grimper jusqu'à Namche. Nous traversons la rivière plusieurs fois, rencontrant des yaks et des mules le long du sentier. Enfin, le sentier sur les berges se termine et nous commençons à monter sur une pente raide, en traversant le plus haut pont suspendu de la région de l'Everest. La montée est raide, nous marchons donc à un rythme confortable. Enfin, nous atteignons Namche, la plus grande ville de la région.


Day 3

Trek vers le monastère de Tengboche (3 880 m) via le village de Khumjung.

Aujourd'hui, nous explorons le village de Khumjung et nous nous dirigeons vers le nord en direction de Tengboche, une colline superbe pour la photographie et la vue sur l'Himalaya. Le monastère de Tengboche est l'un des points forts du trek standard du camp de base de l'Everest. Pour atteindre Tengboche, nous devons marcher pendant environ 6 heures aujourd'hui, ce qui comprend une montée raide dans la deuxième moitié de la journée. Le soir, nous marchons autour du monastère de Tengboche et le visitons. Profitez de la belle soirée et des vues spectaculaires sur la colline de Tengboche.

Day 4

Trekking jusqu'à Dingboche (4 350 m)

Après le petit-déjeuner, nous descendons à Debuche et continuons jusqu'à Pangboche, un important village sherpa. En traversant le village, nous apercevons le mont Ama Dablam qui nous domine depuis la droite, ce qui constitue un cadre idéal pour le village. En fait, la montagne sera à un jet de pierre de nous pendant que nous marcherons. Sur des sentiers vallonnés, nous traversons une rivière et montons brièvement dans la vallée de Dingboche.


Day 5

Randonnée jusqu'au Nangkartshang Peak 5090 et trekking jusqu'à Dhughla

Tôt le matin, nous montons au pic Nangkartshang (5090 m), nous retournons au lodge et après le déjeuner, nous partons en trekking jusqu'à Dhughla. C'est un sentier presque plat, et au dernier point, nous devons pousser pendant une demi-heure pour atteindre Dhughla.

Day 6

Trekking à Gorakshep (5170m) via Lobuche (4,910m)

Après le petit-déjeuner à Dhugla, nous passons le col de Thukla, également appelé col du souvenir, car il comporte un certain nombre de petits souvenirs en pierre et de drapeaux de prière à la mémoire des êtres chers qui ont péri dans la région de l'Everest. Le sentier d'aujourd'hui est plus facile que les jours précédents, car il s'agit d'une prairie. La vue sur l'Himalaya, la vallée du Khumbu, les lacs du glacier de Cholatse, le col de Thukla, etc. rend la marche très agréable.

Nous continuons à marcher vers la destination principale du trek - le camp de base de l'Everest. La marche rocheuse le long du glacier du Khumbu est assez rude et précaire sur certains tronçons, soyez donc prudents. Le premier village que nous atteignons est Gorakshep où nous déjeunons et continuons vers le camp de base de l'Everest. Sur le chemin du camp de base, il est important d'apporter des collations et de l'eau.

Day 7

Montée à Kalapattar (5 555 m) tôt le matin et descente à Pheriche (4 270 m)/ Pangbohce.

C'est aussi une journée difficile. Tôt le matin, nous montons sur le Kalapathar pour assister au lever du soleil. Au fur et à mesure que nous montons, les montagnes se mettent à hauteur d'yeux. Nous avons une vue panoramique des montagnes du Khumbu depuis le sommet. C'est aussi le point le plus élevé du trek, d'où l'on peut voir le mont Everest, le mont Nuptse, le mont Pumori, le mont Lhotse et bien d'autres sommets. Vous descendez facilement à Gorakshep et prenez votre petit-déjeuner avant de descendre à Pheriche, un minuscule hameau au pied de la montagne Taboche. Si les conditions sont bonnes, nous pouvons continuer jusqu'à Pangboche.


Day 8

Trekking jusqu'à Namche Bazaar (3 441 m)

Notre voyage vers Namche depuis Pheriche commence après le petit-déjeuner. Vous traverserez le village de Pangboche et l'Imja Khola. Une petite montée nous amène à Tengboche, une station de montagne où se trouve le plus grand monastère de la région. C'est le seul monastère que l'on peut voir depuis le sommet de l'Everest. Après avoir exploré le monastère, vous descendrez jusqu'à Phungi Thanga et remonterez jusqu'à Sanasa. Enfin, par des montées graduelles, nous atteignons Namche Bazaar.


Day 9

Trekking jusqu'à Lukla (2 840 m)

Après 9 jours de trekking dans la région, nous nous rendons à Lukla qui sera notre dernière étape dans la région de Solukhumbu. Pour le déjeuner, nous nous arrêtons à Phakding, un village situé sur les rives de la rivière Dudhkoshi.

Day 10

Vol de retour vers Katmandou dans la matinée

Ce matin, vous prendrez le vol de Lukla à Katmandou, et à votre arrivée, votre guide vous transférera à l'hôtel. Un bon repos après un long trekking sera crucial. Dans la soirée, vous disposez de temps libre pour vous promener dans Thamel et faire des achats de souvenirs si vous le souhaitez.

BROAD ADVENTURE PVT. LTD requests you to read these booking terms and conditions of Broad Adventure carefully and to understand them before booking your trip with us. This Booking Terms and Conditions is a legal contract between Broad Adventure and you which contains important information about services provided by Broad Adventure and sets out the basis of your legal relationship with Broad Adventure.


1. Bookings and Payments:

1.1 To process a Booking you must send us a completed booking form with a 20% non-refundable but useable by postponing or transferable deposit as detailed below. This will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We require you to email a copy of each passport and passport-size photo to our Kathmandu office, which is used to issue permits in advance for trekking, climbing, and other adventure activities.

1.3 After receiving a photocopy of your passport and the completed booking form with your 20% deposit, we will send you the final confirmation receipt.

1.4 All deposits required are per person per trip.

1.5 Please get in touch with us regarding direct deposit details.

1.6 A bank service charge may apply and should be paid at the time of deposit.

1.7 On wire transfer, your mediator bank may charge additionally. 

1.8 We only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 3.5% levy will be added to the card processing fee.

1.9 The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon your arrival in Kathmandu.

1.10 Broad Adventure reserves the right to cancel your trip should the full amount not be paid in time.

1.11 We will accept your last-minute booking 2 days before the tour departure date, full payment is required.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Trip Cancellation Notice: To cancel your trip, please email us a valid written notice at least  7 days before the departure date. Cancellations will only be processed with proper notice and approval.

2.2 Refunds for Cancellations 7 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your trip 7 days before the departure date, 10% of the domestic flight cancelation charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date.

2.3 No Refunds After Trip Commencement: 

Once your trip begins, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to early departure, illness, personal reasons, or unforeseen events. By starting the trip, you acknowledge and agree that the full cost of the trip is non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the entire itinerary or not. Broad Adventure will not be liable for any refunds for unused services, such as meals, accommodations, transportation, or other activities that you do not utilize during the trip. Additionally, if a group member leaves the trip for any reason—whether voluntarily, involuntarily, or due to the commission of an unlawful act—no refunds will be issued for any part of the trip, including any unused meals, accommodations, or services.


3. Booking Changes:

3.1 There will be no refund if a group member leaves a trip for any reason, voluntarily, involuntarily, or if you commit any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation, or services not used.

3.2 Should you require other changes to your original tour, the person who booked the tour must submit a written document with the changes required. While every effort will be made, changes cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, any changes will incur an additional cost.

3.3 Suppose you are prevented from traveling on the tour by genuine circumstances, for example (without restriction) because of death, injury, or serious illness of the participants, close relative or friend, redundancy. In that case, you may postpone or transfer your booking to another person, provided they meet all the requirements relating to that tour. You must provide proof of why you are unable to travel at the time you change your booking. A fee of $ 100.00 per person is required if you postpone or transfer this tour no less than two weeks before trip departure. There will be no options available 14 days before trip departure. Additionally, in some cases especially, pre-booked tickets, transportation, hotels, etc. will incur an additional cost. 


4. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

4.1. All participants must confirm their attendance at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show, and the participant may forfeit their place on the trip without a refund. Additionally, anyone who does not appear at the departure location at the scheduled time will be marked as a no-show, and the trip will proceed as planned without them.

4.2. We recommend staying in contact with our team if you anticipate delays so we can assist wherever possible.

4.3. If the participants booked their hotel on their own, the participants must inform or report their name of the hotel and address at least 24 hours before the trip starts. 


5. Passport and Visas

5.1. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrive at Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visa costs are the sole responsibility of clients.


6. Travel Insurance

6.1. Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance, and adequate cover for baggage.

6.2. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events. Broad Adventure is not liable for any costs not covered by insurance.


7. Health & Fitness

7.1. All our Nepal tours and treks require a level of fitness; therefore, you should always check with your local general practitioners regarding your health and fitness before you travel. It's the client's responsibility to notify Broad Adventure of any pre-existing medical condition and/or differently able that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you requiring medical attention, that may affect your ability to travel.


8. Children

8.1. A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of eighteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.


9. Publicity

9.1. You agree that Broad Adventure may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.


10. Changes to your Holiday and Pricing

10.1. Traveling with Broad Adventure requires a degree of flexibility, good humor, and an understanding that modes of transport, accommodation, and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement due to notorious weather in the Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival, etc. Broad Adventure is unable to refund any monies under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible, we will always endeavor to provide you with an alternative or substitute trip of the same category.

10.2. Broad Adventure does not accept any responsibility for loss of employment, delays, or compensation resulting from situations beyond Broad Adventure's control.

10.3. Our holidays and tour/trek packages are based on twin shared accommodation. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.

10.4. We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or under the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance, changes in the exchange rate, government action, etc.


11. Privacy

11.1. In order to collect information from you to make a booking through Broad Adventure we ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will not be disclosed for any other purposes.


12. Risk & Liabilities

12.1. We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once-in-a-lifetime journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of their own policies.

12.2. Therefore Broad Adventure and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spots.


13. Our Responsible Tourism Policy

At Broad Adventure, we are committed to promoting responsible and sustainable travel practices. We expect all our clients to adhere to the following terms and conditions to ensure a positive impact on the environment, local communities, and cultural heritage:

13.1 Environmental Responsibility: 

13.1.1 Respect for Nature: Clients must respect and protect the natural environment. This includes not littering, avoiding damage to ecosystems, and following designated trails or paths during outdoor activities. 

13.1.2 Conservation Efforts: Clients should support and participate in conservation initiatives, such as minimizing waste, conserving water and energy, and respecting wildlife habitats and protected areas. 

13.1.3 Leave No Trace: Clients are expected to follow the principles of "Leave No Trace" by leaving natural areas as they found them, without causing harm or leaving any trace of their presence.

13.2 Cultural Sensitivity: 

13.2.1 Respect for Local Culture: Clients must respect the customs, traditions, and cultural norms of the communities they visit. This includes appropriate attire, behavior, and interactions with local people, especially in sacred or culturally sensitive sites. 

13.2.2 Cultural Exchanges: Clients should seek opportunities to engage with local communities in a respectful and meaningful way, promoting cultural understanding and supporting local economies by purchasing local products and services.

13.2.3 Photography and Privacy: Clients must respect the privacy and consent of individuals they encounter during their travels. It is important to obtain permission before taking photographs or sharing images of local people.

13.3 Social Responsibility: 

13.3.1 Support Local Communities: Clients should prioritize supporting local businesses, such as accommodations, restaurants, and guides, to contribute positively to the local economy and foster sustainable development.

13.3.2 Responsible Souvenir Purchasing: Clients should avoid purchasing souvenirs made from endangered species, protected plants, or cultural artifacts. They should support local artisans and buy sustainable, locally produced items. 

13.3.3 Responsible Volunteering: If clients engage in volunteer activities, they must ensure that they are aligned with ethical standards and benefit local communities in a sustainable and responsible manner.


14. Health and Safety: 

14.1. Personal Health and Fitness: Clients are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels and ensuring that they are adequately prepared for the physical demands of their chosen activities. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any adventure travel.

14.2. Compliance with Safety Instructions: Clients must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Broad Adventures' guides and staff to ensure their personal safety and the safety of others during the trip. 

14.3. Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other relevant risks.


15. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: 

Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries they visit, including those related to customs, immigration, health, and safety.


16. Complaints 

If you have a complaint about the trip or tour, you must inform your tour leader or guide as soon as possible so they can take appropriate action. Complaints that are not reported to the tour leader or a responsible person in Kathmandu at the earliest opportunity will not be considered valid or actionable.


By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these responsible travel terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services without refund and may disqualify clients from participating in future trips.
