4 JOURS DE TREKKING PARTIEL DE L'AUSANGATE + MONTAGNE ARC-EN-CIEL :

Le trekking de l'Ausangate est considéré comme le joyau de la couronne des Andes. Ce n'est pas un trek pour tous, mais ceux qui veulent sortir des sentiers battus trouveront là une expérience unique.

Vous franchirez quatre cols de montagne, découvrirez des paysages variés, pénétrerez dans la culture andine lointaine et verrez un ciel nocturne inoubliable. Et bien sûr, vous découvrirez les époustouflantes vallées de Rainbow Mountain et de Red Mountain, qui comptent parmi les plus beaux paysages naturels d'Amérique du Sud et du monde. Venez explorer les Andes avec nous !

Programme du circuit

Day 1

Jour 1 : Cusco - Tinqui - Upis

Distance : 7km/ 4.35 miles Altitude : 4100m/ 13,450ft Durée de la randonnée : 3 heures Nous quittons Cusco à 6 heures du matin en van privé pour nous rendre au départ de notre randonnée, au pied de l'impressionnante montagne Ausangate. Depuis Tinqui, nous marchons à travers des villages locaux et traversons plusieurs ruisseaux jusqu'à ce que nous atteignions le petit village d'Upis et votre première source d'eau chaude du voyage (10 soles). Ici, le camp sera déjà installé et vous aurez la possibilité de tremper vos muscles pour vous préparer aux jours à venir. Notre chef préparera le déjeuner et le dîner et vous découvrirez pour la première fois le ciel nocturne d'Ausangate, un spectacle dont vous vous souviendrez toujours.

Day 2

Jour 2 : Upis - Puca Cocha

Distance : 10km/ 6.21 miles Altitude : 4300m/ 14,100ft - 4750m/ 15,580ft Durée de la randonnée : 5 heures Avec un col à franchir aujourd'hui, nous réveillons tout le monde à 5 heures du matin avec du thé de coca apporté à votre tente et vous ferez le plein d'énergie avec un petit déjeuner copieux pour la journée à venir. La matinée commence par une randonnée jusqu'au col d'Arapa (4958 m) avant une légère descente jusqu'à notre lieu de déjeuner. Après le déjeuner, nous continuons jusqu'au lac Pucacocha, un lac d'un bleu profond et une halte parfaite pour faire une pause. En chemin, vous verrez des éleveurs locaux et des lamas, la montagne Ausangate à votre gauche, et votre guide vous expliquera l'histoire du paysage qui vous entoure. Si vous avez de la chance, vous verrez peut-être des condors et des vigognes à notre campement, où vous serez entouré de hautes montagnes et d'incroyables glaciers suspendus - observez le glacier Ausangate qui s'écrase dans le lac en contrebas ! Comme toujours, le camp sera installé pour que vous puissiez vous changer et reposer vos jambes fatiguées, et le dîner sera préparé.
Day 3

Jour 3 : Puca Cocha - Ananta

Distance : 9km/ 5.6 miles Altitude : 4500m/ 14,760ft - 4990m/ 16,370ft Durée de la randonnée : 4 heures Cette journée est difficile mais courte. Nous commençons par une ascension raide du col de Puca Cocha. Bien que difficile, ce col offre des vues incroyables tout au long du trajet. Plus vous montez, plus le lac en contrebas et le glacier Ausangate en face de vous sont impressionnants. Prenez votre temps sur ce col et profitez de la beauté qui vous entoure. Vous aurez de nombreuses occasions de prendre des photos car des pauses seront nécessaires. Ce col est sans doute le plus beau point de vue de tout le circuit de l'Ausangate. Après avoir franchi le col, nous continuons à travers une vallée d'un vert éclatant avec des lamas qui paissent partout. Alors que nous approchons de notre destination pour la journée, nous installerons un camp pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre environnement et vous détendre.
Day 4

Jour 4 : Ananta - Rainbow Mountain - Qesuno - Cusco

Distance : 10km/ 6.21 miles Altitude : 4700m/ 15,420ft - 5050m/ 16,568ft Durée de la randonnée : 5 heures Aujourd'hui est le jour que vous attendiez. Nous vous réveillons très tôt le matin pour que vous soyez les premiers à atteindre le sommet de la montagne arc-en-ciel. Après un petit déjeuner chaud et du thé de coca, nous commençons par la première montée : le col d'Ananta. Vous apercevrez la magnifique montagne arc-en-ciel au loin, mais vous n'y serez pas tout à fait. De là, vous descendrez dans une grande vallée et continuerez à marcher sur un terrain plat péruvien jusqu'à ce que vous ayez à grimper une dernière fois jusqu'à la montagne Arc-en-ciel. Admirez les paysages et profitez de ce pour quoi vous avez travaillé si dur. Si vous vous sentez d'attaque, demandez à votre guide de vous parler de la vallée de la montagne rouge. C'est une région à ne pas manquer, mais vous devrez travailler pour la voir ! Située à environ 20 minutes de la Rainbow Mountain, vous pourrez profiter d'une autre vue sauvage sur les rouges électriques qui composent cette région. De là, nous descendons vers le village de Qesuno où nous déjeunons, disons au revoir au cavalier et rangeons le van avant de retourner à Cusco où nous vous déposons à votre hôtel. Nous arrivons généralement à Cusco vers 17 ou 18 heures.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying your deposit you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The Operator makes all arrangements for all tours on the condition that it shall not be liable for any sickness, injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned, either directly or indirectly, by reason of any defect in any vehicle, by weather, by any other cause, or through acts of default of a company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out arrangements for these activities. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.

 

By participating in this activity, you are expressly assuming those risks and responsibilities and are, to the maximum extent permitted by law releasing the Operator, its officers, employees, directors, agents and any other person associated with us, from any liability, claims, loss, damages or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect or consequential) caused by any event including but not limited to: personal injury or death; property loss or damage; acts which may be construed as negligible or accidental; any other loss, damage, suffering, emotional or nervous disorder suffered by you or any other person in relation to this activity booked on or via this website or through email directly. You accept that you have been advised to obtain adequate travel insurance for all persons named on the booking and/or going on a trek.

 

In participating in the activity, the customer agrees to be bound by the following conditions:

 

My successors, executors and administrators are bound by the Terms and Conditions;

I agree not to commence any litigation proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and liabilities set out above and to indemnify the Operator against any claims;

I confirm and warrant I am physically fit and suffer no medical conditions, which may affect my ability to participate in the activity;

I consent to receive medical treatment in the case of injury, accident or illness during the activity and to indemnify the Operator against any claims, costs or expenses in respect of the treatment;

I agree that any film, sound, video or other recordings taken of or during the activity will not be used in any production, or advertising without prior consent of the Operator, however the Operator may use such recordings itself at its complete discretion without any prior approval; and

I agree to listen to my driver/guide/host, follow their instructions and make sure any children in my care do the same.

Furthermore, the Operator will not be responsible for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by you and any costs for such injury/damage will be your responsibility. You shall indemnify the Operator in relation to such costs.

 

PAYMENTS

Partial or full payment for your booking is required in order to confirm dates. You agree to make payment via PayPal. The amount debited will be the amount shown in US dollars on your invoice via PayPal. This will be charged to your card at the amount shown or converted to your local currency by your credit card company.  Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.  We are not responsible for currency conversion or any fees imposed by your credit card provider and any questions relating to such matters should be directed to them.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation fees for all FlashpackerConnect Tours/ Treks are charged on the following basis per person

ALL TOURS/ PACKAGES AND PACKAGE ITINERARIES

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the dates. All deposits are non refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. Your remaining balance is due at least 45 days prior to your trip departure and is non refundable upon completion of payment. You agree to pay your final invoice at least 45 days prior to your trip departure or you will be subject to late fees (5% per week up to 2 weeks prior to the departure). If payment is not made 14 days or more prior to the departure your reservation will be terminated. The Operator reserves the right to cancel your itinerary should payment not be received within 14 days prior to your departure. We do not provide refunds due to altitude sickness, food poisoning, family emergencies or any other reason given by the passenger. NO EXCEPTIONS. For this reason travel insurance is highly recommended.

OPERATOR CANCELATIONS

The Operator reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any trip should weather or any other circumstance necessitate this. Once the trek has departed from Cusco, no portion of the package payment is refundable in the event of an individual or group being unable to proceed further on the trip, for whatever reason. Should the trip be cancelled prior to departing from Cusco, due to weather or any other circumstance the customer will receive a full refund via the same method paid. Should the Operator cancel the tour due to forces of nature or any other reason after the tour has departed from Cusco no refunds will be submitted. Customers take full responsibility in knowing the Operator is not able to control weather and there is always the possibility of hiking in rain, wind, snow or fog. Conditions can change at any moment and without notice. Should the Operator need to cancel the tour midway through the hike, no refunds will be provided.

 

PACKAGE REFUND POLICY

A package is any tour booked in combination with another tour- ie, 2 or more tours booked together create a package. Any unused portion(s) of a package is not refundable, except in instances where a component of the package is cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, prior to departure by the Operator. Any refunds will be made on the discounted package price and not the full listed rate. For example: Machu Picchu 1 day + Rainbow mountain 1 day package cost = $495. Should the Rainbow mountain trek be cancelled you will pay full price for the Machu Picchu tour ($380) and will be refunded the discounted rate of Rainbow mountain ($115).

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Whilst we try to accommodate most notified special dietary requirements, we operate in an extremely isolated environment and this is not always possible. We must be informed of any dietary requirements prior to any trek or we may be unable to accommodate this need. If you have any allergies to food that are life threatening you are required to carry the proper medical equipment should a contamination reaction occur.

 

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

On completion of your payment, you will be emailed a booking confirmation which will include important details about what you can expect, what you need to bring, what is supplied and where you need to be at what time. Please ensure that you read through this information thoroughly to ensure that you are adequately prepared for your trek. You are responsible for ensuring that you are dressed appropriately and you have appropriate footwear to undertake the trek.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying customers. Any bookings you make will be made subject to the Terms and Conditions which apply at the time a booking is made and you are advised to read all the Terms and Conditions carefully on each occasion prior to making a booking.
