Día 2
Visita a la ciudad de Sofía
Después del desayuno, embárcate en una visita panorámica de la capital de Bulgaria. Destacan la Basílica de Santa Sofía, del siglo V, el Parlamento Nacional, las ruinas de la Serdica romana y la Catedral de San Alejandro Nevski. Por la tarde tendrás tiempo libre para seguir explorando Sofía con un paseo por el Bulevar del Arte Vitosha, con sus boutiques, tiendas y cafés.
Pasa la noche.
Día 3
Sofía - Monasterio de Rila - Plovdiv
Después del desayuno, sal hacia el Monasterio de Rila (s. X), el mayor centro espiritual búlgaro desde la Edad Media hasta nuestros días, incluido en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO. Está situado en una pintoresca zona montañosa. El Monasterio de Rila posee una rica colección de iconos y pinturas murales. Su museo guarda un verdadero tesoro: una cruz de madera de sólo 81 cm de altura, tallada con 104 escenas religiosas y 650 figuras.
Después de comer en un restaurante local, continúa hacia Plovdiv.
A última hora de la tarde llega a Plovdiv y, tras registrarte en tu hotel, descubre lo más destacado de la ciudad en un recorrido a pie por el hermoso casco antiguo y maravíllate con la arquitectura búlgara del siglo XVIII, visita el Museo Etnográfico, una de las casas-museo del casco antiguo, la iglesia de San Constantino y Elena, el Teatro Antiguo (en uso hoy en día) y el Estadio Romano.

Día 4
Plovdiv - Kazanluk - Etara - Arbanassi - Veliko Tarnovo - Arbanassi - Etara - Kazanluk - Plovdiv
Tras un desayuno temprano, traslado a Kazanluk, capital del Valle de las Rosas, para conocer la producción del aceite de rosas búlgaro, seguido de una visita a la Tumba Tracia de Kazanlak, del siglo IV. Continuaremos hacia el Museo al Aire Libre de Etara, donde descubrirás más de 300 años de tradición búlgara. Por la tarde llegaremos al pueblo de Arbanassi, famoso por sus antiguas iglesias ricamente decoradas y su magnífica arquitectura. Fue residencia de los reyes búlgaros. Día 5
Veliko Tarnovo - Ruse - Bucarest
Después del desayuno, realizarás un recorrido por la ciudad de Veliko Tarnovo con visita a la histórica colina Tsarevets con la Fortaleza, la iglesia Patriarcal y la Torre del Emperador Balduino.
A continuación, salida hacia el valle del río Rusenski Lom. Visita las Iglesias Rupestres de Ivanovo (s. XII-XIV) - objeto de la UNESCO, famosas por sus frescos únicos.
Por la tarde cruzaremos el Danubio y nos dirigiremos a Bucarest.

Día 6
Bucarest - Sibiu
Después del desayuno, haremos una visita panorámica de la capital rumana: el Palacio Real, la Biblioteca Universitaria, el Ayuntamiento y otros lugares de interés de la ciudad, también llamada "la pequeña París" por el estilo arquitectónico similar de sus edificios. Visitaremos también el interior del Palacio del Parlamento - el segundo edificio más grande por superficie del mundo después del pentágono en EEUU.
Después partiremos a través de los Cárpatos hacia Sibiu y el Valle de Oltului, el valle fluvial más espectacular de Rumanía. Por la tarde llegaremos a la ciudad medieval más grande de Rumanía: Sibiu. Tras registrarnos en el hotel, directamente en la calle peatonal, haremos un recorrido por la ciudad de Sibiu/Hermannstadt - Capital Cultural Europea 2007. Visitaremos, entre otros, la Iglesia Evangélica, la Torre del Consejo, la Plaza Grande y la Pequeña, el Puente de los Mentirosos, el Palacio Brukenthal. Cena y alojamiento en Sibiu.
Día 7
Sibiu - Biertan - Sighisoara - Bran (Castillo de Drácula) - Brasov
Por la mañana salimos hacia Sighisoara pasando por Biertan. En Biertan visitaremos la iglesia fortificada, que fue residencia de los obispos durante más de 300 años. Biertan es uno de los pueblos sajones con iglesias fortificadas (siglos XV-XVI) más importantes de Transilvania, incluido en la lista del Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO desde 1993. Después nos dirigimos a Sighisoara (Schässburg), una de las ciudades medievales más bellas de Rumanía, declarada ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Recorrido por la ciudad de Sighisoara con visita a la Ciudadela, un edificio sajón del siglo XII situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Aún ocupada, la ciudadela está declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Aquí visitaremos la ciudad y veremos los principales objetivos turísticos de la llamada "Rothenburg ob der Taube de Transilvania": la Torre del Reloj (visita interior también), la Escalera Cubierta, la casa natal de Drácula, la Iglesia de la Colina.
Almuerzo en el famoso restaurante "Vlad Drakula", situado en la misma casa donde nació el popular personaje del escritor británico Bram Stoker. Por la tarde, salida hacia el pueblo de Bran, donde se encuentra el mundialmente famoso castillo de Drácula. Es la parte más curiosa del viaje por Rumanía, que atrae a miles de turistas de todo el mundo.

Día 8
Brasov - Sinaia - Bucarest
Desayuno. Visita de Brasov, ciudad medieval fundada en el siglo XII. Recorrido turístico por el centro histórico de la ciudad, muy bien conservado, con la gran plaza, el antiguo ayuntamiento y la Iglesia Negra, el principal monumento de estilo gótico del país.
Por la tarde, salida hacia la estación de montaña de Sinaia, también llamada "la perla de los Cárpatos". Visita al Castillo de Peles, construido en 1873 como residencia de verano de la familia real rumana. Podrás ver una rica colección de muebles antiguos, alfombras, armas y armaduras. Regreso a Bucarest. Alojamiento, cena y alojamiento en Bucarest.
Día 9
Bucarest
Tu excursión concluye después del desayuno con un traslado de salida para tu viaje de regreso.

The Travel Agency CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is an inbound TOUR OPERATOR and has its head office in Sibiu, Piata Mare nr. 12, Romania.
The company is registered as SOUTH CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER’12 S.R.L. at the Romaninan Chamber of Comerce under the number J32/1110/2012, and has the VAT number RO22333952. The company has the Tourism Licence no. 4694, issued by the National Tourism Authority. The company has a insolvency insurance of USD 50.000,00. The Insurance Policy number is H24934/22.01.2016 issued by "OMNIASIG S.A."
CARPATHIAN TRAVEL CENTER is represented by the General Manager Mr. Alexandru Ujupan with the Tourism Certificate no. 10777 issued by Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
A. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
1. Booking requests shall be made by sending a complete Booking Form (in English, German, French or Polish) with all details of the client
2. All reservations are subject to availability. The Tour Operator is obliged to send a written confirmation or refusal to the Tourist within 48 hours of a previewed booking.
3. The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel the booking, despite of a written confirmation within 48 hours without giving any reason.
4. If the payment is not received on time as per clause B.1. and C.1. the Tour Operator may cancel the booking.
5. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter the travel services, which do not affect the confirmed standard of the trip. The Tour Operator will notify in writing and obtain binding acceptance of these changes from the Tourist before the tour/trip starts.
6. After making the payment of the total amount, the Tour Operator must send within 24 hours the vouchers and all travel documents, that the Toursit needs for the trip.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 14 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Tourists who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Tourist shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.
6. You will support the commission of bank transfer or commission of charging the credit card, the Travel Agency have to receive the amount indicate on the invoice.
7. For charging Your credit card, we will add a 2% fee (bank taxes) to the total amount.
C. TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. The Tour Operator must receive 30% of all payment within seven (7) days after sending the written confirmation of booking. The rest of 70% will be forwarded to the Tour Operator at least 30 days before the beginning of the tour/trip .
2. The Groups who booked Last-Minute-Tours shall pay the whole amount at least 3 days before the beginning of the tour. The Promotor / Tour Leader shall send a proof of payment by fax or email to the Tour Operator to confirm his/her booking.
3. In case the Tour Operator does not receive the agreed sum of money from the Tourist, the Tourist can not use the travel services anymore.
4. When making the payment The Tourist shall indicate the particular travel services he wants to pay for, or the number of the Booking Confirmation / Invoice
5. The Tourist is obliged to a pay fine of 0,2% of the total agreed amount per day for delay in payment.

D. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS (1 – 9 PERSONS)
If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
30 - 15 days before arrival date - 10% of the total amount penalty
14 - 8 days before arrival date - 50% of the total amount penalty
7 - 3 days before arrival date - 75% of the total amount penalty
less than 2 day before arrival date - 100% penalty of the total amount
If the you will make “No show” we will charge 100% of the total amount
E. TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS (from 10 PERSONS)
1. If the Tourist cancels the reservation, the Tour Operator has to apply the following cancellation rules:
1. Cancellation until 24 hrs before departure = 0% (are free of charge)
2. Cancellation after 24 hrs before departure = 50% chargable
3. No shows = 50% chargeable
The Tourist can change and reduce the number of the rooms accordingly:
45 - 31 days before arrival date - 40% of the capacity without penalty
30 - 16 days before arrival date - 20% of the capacity without penalty
15 - 9 days before arrival date - 10% of the capacity without penalty
less than 8 days before arrival date - 0% of the capacity without penalty
G. HIGHER FORCES
1. In case of partial or complete modification of the contract, caused by unpredictable events such as fire, war, natural disasters, or any other unpredicted disasters, as well as legal actions taken by the state, which may have an impact on the fulfillment of the contract, the parties are not responsible for this agreement.
2. In case of unforeseen forces, the Tour Operator returns all the funds except for its actual expenses incurred till the moment they has occurred.
3. The part which is unable to fulfill its responsibilities because of unforeseen forces is obliged to inform the other part immediately- not later than 3 days from the moment the unforeseen forces occurred. If the other part does not inform about the unforeseen forces, the agreement shall remain in full forces and effect and it will not release the other part from the liabilities of this agreement.
H. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
1. Alternations to this agreement have to be made written in order to become valid. No oral supplementary agreement is valid.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Laws.
3. Any dispute or matters, which arise between the Tourist and the Tour Operator, will be dealt by the Sibiu Court of Law.
