Your guide and driver will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center. The rest of the day will be remained for you to recover from jet leg.

After breakfast, your private guide and the driver will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex to honor the leader who led the country towards liberation. Learn more about him at the Presidential Palace and his simple two-story wooden Stilt House. Then, pass by the Buddhist One Pillar Pagoda, and visit the Temple of Literature, a typical Chinese building complex.
In the afternoon, head to the Museum of Ethnology to discover Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. Afterward, tour the vibrant Old Quarter, aka the "36 Streets". In the evening, enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show. Finally, your guide and the driver will escort you back to your hotel.

In the morning, enjoy a 2.5-hour escort by private car to the Ha Long Bay wharf, where you’ll board a cruise ship. Around noon, have a buffet lunch while taking in the breathtaking landscapes.

We’ve carefully picked two cruises for you to choose from. The five-star Indochine Cruise accompanies you to Lan Ha Bay to visit the Dark and Bright Cave (bat cave). The four-star Western-style Signature Royal Cruise will head to Bai Tu Long Bay, where you’ll explore Vung Vieng Floating Village, boasting colorful houses and pearl farming areas.

Around 6:00, practice Tai Chi on the deck. After sipping coffee or morning tea, set out and explore more of the bays. If you are on the Indochine Cruise, head to Cat Ba Island to visit Trung Trang Cave, which served as the Vietnamese navy’s secret radio base during the Vietnam War (1955-1975). If you’re on the Signature Royal Cruise, hike up short but steep steps to explore the Thien Canh Son Cave, which boasts amazing stalactites and stalagmites, and a small sandy beach at its foot.
After the excursion, return to the cruise and enjoy a sumptuous brunch while sailing back to Ha Long Bay wharf, from where your private guide and the driver will escort you to Hanoi airport for the 1-hour flight to Hue. On arrival, the local guide and the driver will pick you up and escort you to the hotel. After check-in, you can either rest or explore the city on your own.

After breakfast, follow your guide to board a unique dragon boat to cruise the Perfume River. After a 6-kilometer (3.7-mile) scenic journey, reach the bank and go ashore to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda, a 400-year-old spiritual site.
Then, explore the Hue Imperial City, which was the political and cultural center of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945). Hue’s royal tombs are another reason for its fame. Follow your guide to admire the Tomb of Tu Duc, where the fourth Nguyen emperor, Tu Duc, even resided during his reign. Round up today’s tour at Dong Ba Market, the largest of its sort in Hue. At last, your guide and the driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Today, your guide and the driver will escort you to Da Nang. En route, stop by the mountaintop Hai Van Pass. We’ll also stop at the narrow, white arc-shaped Lang Co Beach for a while. In the afternoon, your guide will accompany you to tour the UNESCO-listed My Son Sanctuary, a religious site of the Champa Kingdom (2nd-17th centuries). Additionally, appreciate a Champa dance show to gain a deeper understanding of their culture. After a two-hour tour, we’ll set off for Hoi An. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and enjoy a good rest.

Today, we plan a hands-on cooking class for you. At around 08:00, your private guide will escort you to Hai Cafe to meet the foodie guide, who will accompany you to the Hoi An main market. Then, arrive at Red Bridge Cooking School by a scenic boat trip. Class begins at 10:00! Learn to make 4-6 Vietnamese dishes depending on the season. After finishing cooking, savor your creation and additional chef-prepared delicacies. At last, enjoy a boat ride back to Hoi An at noon.
In the afternoon, your private guide will accompany you on a Hoi An Ancient Town walking tour. You’ll see the cultural fusion from the Chua Ong Pagoda, a temple dedicated to a Chinese martial wealth god; the Chinese Assembly Hall, one of the oldest Chinese communities’ gathering places in the town; the Tan Ky Old House, a “living museum” of a classic local merchant's house; and the Japanese Covered Bridge, an iconic footbridge with a delicate temple atop. After the tour, your guide and the driver will escort you back to your hotel.

This morning, enjoy some last-minute sightseeing in the laid-back Hoi An Ancient Town on your own, and then your driver will escort you on a 1-hour private car ride to Da Nang airport, where you’ll catch your 1.5-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and the driver, who will escort you to the hotel.
After a short rest, your guide will show you around two iconic ones: Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s grandest Catholic church, and its opposite, the Central Post Office, a fully functional and still-operating post office. At last, your guide and the driver will escort you back to your hotel.

After breakfast, meet your guide in your hotel lobby, and let’s have an excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Don’t hesitate to follow your guide to explore the underground world!
Later, you will be escorted back to the city and follow your guide to learn about modern Vietnam's tortuous development in the Reunification Palace. Then, tour the War Remnants Museum, which houses numerous exhibits related to the Vietnam War, including tanks, fighter jets, battlefield photos and documentaries. After the visit, your guide and the driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Today, we’ll travel to the Mekong River. Your guide and the driver will escort you to Hung Vuong Pier in Ben Tre and help you board a private boat to cruise the Ben Tre River. While sipping the refreshing coconut juice we’ve prepared, admire the enchanting rural landscape. We’ll pass by fruit orchards, and visit brick workshops to see how locals fire clay into red bricks in the traditional honeycomb-shaped kilns; drop by a coconut sugar factory to observe the production of coconut sugar. We’ll also land at a village to explore the authentic rural life by visiting a farmer's house. Then, take a unique motorized tricycle "Xe Loi" or a bicycle, and immerse yourself in the rural landscape for about 20 minutes.
For lunch, enjoy a sumptuous meal at a riverside restaurant and savor the signature fried elephant ear fish. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely sampan tour in the narrow waterways to continue viewing the wonderland. Then, board your boat to return to Ben Tre. There, your private driver will be waiting for you and escort you to Can Tho where you’ll stay overnight.

Today, your guide will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning for a special experience to the bustling Cai Rang Floating Market, Vietnam’s largest and most distinctive floating market! Showing the prosperous transactions around daybreak, the vast river is thronged with coming and going cargo ships and small rowboats, with locals from nearby villages peddling fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers, as well as refreshments! After the visit, pass by a small island and visit a tropical fruit orchard. Then, we’ll go back to Ho Chi Minh City by private car in 3 hours.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our AgateTravel Global Tours. The following Terms and Conditions are in place to protect you and your party member, our distinguished guests, and us, AgateTravel, in booking a tour. Please read them carefully and make sure you fully understand these agreements before you confirm your booking.
Reservation and Payment
Once we receive your tour inquiry, our one-to-one professional travel consultant will work with you from the beginning of customizing itinerary to the completion of the trip. You will enjoy real personalized service and our efficient response within 24 hours.
A tour reservation will be confirmed after receiving your tour deposit, which is 20% of the tour total payment. By paying the deposit, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
Under special circumstances, a higher amount of down payment will be required to ensure your flight or hotel reservations.
The final or full payment is required 60 days ahead of tour start date. For each payment received, we will provide you with a receipt.
Methods of payments: We mainly accept payment by Wire/Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Any handling charge associated with the payment is your responsibility. WeChat and AliPay can also be accepted if you use them.
Cancellation and Refund
We understand that cancellations happen sometimes due to unexpected situations. To alleviate your concerns, we aim to offer as the most favorable cancellation policy as we can to reduce your loss.
The reservation deposit (20% of the tour total payment) is non-refundable if you cancel the tour, and it will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
The following cancellation charge will be applied to the remaining tour cost:
a. More than 45 days before the arrival day: no cancellation charge from us, except for the actual losses caused by air/hotel/cruise cancellation.
b. 45 to 15 days before: 30% of the remaining tour cost.
c. 14 to 8 days before: 50% of the remaining tour cost.
d. Within 7 days or no show: 100% of the remaining tour cost.
If there are any additional cancellation fees imposed by the service providers other than AgateTravel, which may include but not be limited to local travel agency, airlines, trains, hotels, cruises, etc. You will be responsible for the part.
Your cancellation request should be sent to us via email. We will calculate the refund from the day we receive your written cancellation request and process the refund to you within 20 working days.
Alteration of the Itinerary
There is no extra service charge for any alterations made prior to the tour. However, you will be responsible for any possible additional cost caused by reservation changes.
After the tour starts, any extra expenses caused by clients’ own alterations will be added. Any unused portion is non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Private Tours
A private tour can be thoroughly customized for you and your family or friends exclusively, according to your own specific requirements and interests. We offer professional suggestions, while, the trip length, travel dates, and hotel accommodation level are decided by you, and during the trip, you will enjoy maximum flexibility within reason to discuss with your guide on daily departure time, sightseeing time and meal time. If your trip includes a cruise journey, the onshore excursions will be subject to the arrangements of the cruise company.
Passports and Visa
Please make sure your passport is valid with at least 6 months validity before the start of your tour.
You are advised to verify and defer to the visa policy of the countries you are going to visit at the nearest embassy or consulate.
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us if you have food allergies of any type.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meals can be arranged. If you are a vegetarian, please confirm if you eat egg, cheese, yoghurt, and fish.
Tell us your food dislikes eg no peppers/onions/ mushrooms/coriander or no pork/chicken/fish/lamb/beef or other foods.
Additional Information
It’s highly recommended to purchase travel insurance before your trip in order to minimize any unexpected losses and damages.
Please be sure to check carefully your international and domestic air tickets you purchased so that you are fully aware of the policies of the airline companies.
When checking in at some hotels, guests are expected to provide a valid credit card authorization to guarantee any possible personal consumption (e.g. laundry) during your stay.
Responsibility
As a tour operator, we are dedicated to designing, promoting and selling tour products that cover certain travel services, including guide and driver service, land transportation, air transportation, cruise, excursions and accommodation that are reserved from different suppliers. The suppliers are just independent contractors of our tour products, neither our agents nor employees.
Although we will assist with booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent, not as an agent of the airline and/or cruise company. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled trains or flights we have arranged in tours, and we make sure your trip will be carried out smoothly. If unfortunately the train or flight arranged is cancelled or chartered, we will discuss with you for an alternative plan.
We take all benefits and losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
To help customers have a better understanding on levels of the hotel accommodation arranged in our tour itineraries, we display stars to some hotels depending on their accommodation facilities, services and average review scores on platforms. Please be aware that the actual star ranking might be different from that of local regulations, independent third parties or accommodation providers themselves.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, natural hazards, flights and cruises delay or cancellation. But we will try the best to help our clients.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the guests book directly with the local tour supplier, guide or driver beyond our confirmed itinerary. Guests will take full responsibility for any loss on shopping, extra sightseeing or activity etc., while for some disputes, we can help to mediate.
