Arrive in Sofia self-transfer to the hotel, concluding the day with a hotel check-in, free time and enjoy the Sofia night life, later in the evening, welcome meeting at your hotel with your Guide will provide you with information about the upcoming journey.

Sofia to Skopje

After a hearty breakfast, delve into Sofia’s rich cultural heritage with a guided tour of its major landmarks. Visit the awe-inspiring Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, a monumental symbol of Bulgarian Orthodoxy, and the historic St. Sofia Basilica, one of the city’s oldest churches, continue your exploration with National Art Gallery, Presidential Palace, known for its impressive architecture and ceremonial significance. Following your Sofia tour, embark on a journey to another country of Balkan, capital city of North Macedonia Skopje, the bustling capital of North Macedonia. Day 3

Skopje to Tirana via Matka Canyon and Prizren

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out for Tirana. Along the way, consider a picturesque stop at Matka Canyon, a natural wonder renowned for its dramatic landscapes and serene lake (optional 25 euros per person). Continue to the city of Prizren, visiting another Balkan country Kosovo. Prizren is a charming city in Kosovo known for its well-preserved Ottoman architecture and vibrant cultural scene. Explore notable sites such as Prizren Castle, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, the elegant Sinan Pasha Mosque, the tranquil White Drin River, and the bustling Sadrvan Square. Take some time to shop for local handicrafts and savor traditional cuisine before proceeding to Tirana, the lively capital city of another Balkan country, Albania. 

In Tirana we will do a Tirana panoramic city tour.

With the guide's decision, the city tour can be postponed for the next day morning! Among the places we will see are Skanderbeg Square, the impressive Skanderbeg Statue, the elegant Et’hem Bey Mosque, and the historic Clock Tower.

Check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in this dynamic city.

Meeting with your driver at your hotel and continue to the journey, visit the historic city of Kotor, guided by a local expert who will unveil the city’s secrets. Discover Kotor’s captivating highlights, including the medieval Castle of Kotor perched high on the city walls, the stunning Triphun Cathedral, the intriguing Archive Museum, and the renowned Wall of Shame, a testament to the city’s storied past. Kotor Bay, with its stunning natural beauty and cultural significance, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. AJDINIS TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (updated 11 December 2025)

1. Booking & Reservation

1.1. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of

booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to 31 days before departure.

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour, unless

otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation by the Client

2.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are considered effective upon receipt by Ajdinis

Travel.

2.2. The following cancellation policy applies:

• 31 days or more before departure – Free cancellation / full refund

• 15 to 30 days before departure – 25% cancellation fee

• 7 to 14 days before departure – 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days before departure – 100% cancellation fee

3. Cancellation by Ajdinis Travel

3.1. Ajdinis Travel may cancel a tour due to force majeure, insufficient participants, safety reasons

or operational circumstances beyond its control.

3.2. A full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather

conditions, safety issues, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Clients will be

informed when reasonably possible.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain personal travel and medical insurance. Travel

insurance is not included in the tour price.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Ajdinis Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. Ajdinis Travel is not

liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers, weather,

government actions, strikes, or events beyond control.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Ajdinis Travel, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and

accepted these Terms & Conditions.

8. Force Majeure

Ajdinis Travel will not be held responsible for situations beyond control, including but not limited

to earthquakes, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, extreme weather, or government regulations.

9. Health & Special Requirements

Clients must be sufficiently fit to participate in the tour. Any medical, dietary, or special

requirements should be communicated during booking.

10. Passport & Visa Responsibility

Clients must hold valid passports and required visas. Ajdinis Travel is not responsible for denied

entry or documentation issues.

11. Conduct

Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to remove a traveler from the tour due to disruptive, dangerous, or

abusive behavior without refund.

12. Accommodations

Accommodation is based on hotels listed in the itinerary. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to

substitute similar accommodation if necessary.

13. Transportation

Transportation is operated by third-party providers. Ajdinis Travel is not responsible for delays,

cancellations, or schedule changes caused by these providers.

14. Photography Consent

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to use photographs and videos

taken during the tour for marketing purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Court

jurisdiction: Gostivar.

16. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for securing and carrying required travel documents, tickets, and vouchers.

17. Client Responsibilities

Clients must respect local laws, customs, and follow instructions of guides and staff. Ajdinis Travel

is not responsible for consequences of non-compliance.

18. Traveler Substitution

Name changes or substitutions may be possible depending on availability and supplier rules and

may incur additional fees.

19. Complaints

Any issue must be reported to Ajdinis Travel immediately during the tour so we can address it on

the spot. Complaints submitted after the tour may not be considered.

20. Intellectual Property

Itineraries, texts, and content remain the intellectual property of Ajdinis Travel. Unauthorized

distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

21. Insurance Clarification

Tour prices do not include insurance coverage. Travelers are fully responsible for obtaining

insurance suitable to their needs.

22. Minimum Participation

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, Ajdinis Travel

may cancel the tour and offer refund or alternative dates.

23. Additional Costs

Unless specified otherwise, tour price does not include optional excursions, entrance fees, tips,

personal expenses, meals, or additional hotel nights.

24. Privacy & Personal Data

Ajdinis Travel follows GDPR laws and handles personal information securely. Client data is used

only for operational purposes related to the tour.

25. Termination of Services

Ajdinis Travel may terminate services if a client fails to pay, violates rules, acts aggressively, or

behaves in a manner that endangers staff or other travelers.

26. Local Laws & Customs

Clients must follow local laws. Ajdinis Travel is not responsible for penalties or issues caused by

violations of local legislation.

27. Emergency Contact

Ajdinis Travel will provide emergency contact details and support throughout the journey.

28. Weather & Natural Events

Tours may be modified or activities cancelled due to weather or natural events. Refunds depend on

supplier and local regulations.

29. Liability Waiver

By participating in the tour, clients acknowledge inherent travel risks and agree that Ajdinis Travel

is not responsible for personal injury or property loss beyond control.

30. Child & Minor Policy

Child prices apply only when sharing a room with two paying adults. Children must be

accompanied by adults and follow safety rules at all times.

31. Reviews & Social Media

Clients are welcome to share experiences respectfully online. Ajdinis Travel may repost content

unless client requests otherwise in advance.

date received by Ajdinis Travel.

2.2. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 60 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour price.

• 31 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price.

• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

3.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen

circumstances, insufficient bookings, or any other factors beyond our

an alternative tour or a full refund of the tour price.

4. Changes to Itinerary

4.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to make changes to the tour

itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any

significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive

travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip

cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

6. Responsibility

6.1. Ajdinis Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and thirdparty service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or

damage sustained by clients during the tour.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. By making a reservation with Ajdinis Travel, clients acknowledge

that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and

conditions.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. Ajdinis Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in

performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to

causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of

God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, strikes, and other unforeseen

circumstances.

9. Health and Special Requirements

9.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and

capable of participating in the tour activities. Any special requirements,

such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues, should be communicated

to Ajdinis Travel at the time of booking.

10. Passport and Visa

10.1. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they possess valid

passports and any required visas for the duration of the tour. Ajdinis

Travel is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to insufficient

travel documentation.

11. Conduct

11.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner

throughout the tour. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to remove any client

who disrupts the enjoyment or well-being of others, with no refund

provided.

12. Accommodations

12.1. While every effort is made to provide accommodations as

described in the itinerary, Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to substitute

accommodations of a similar standard if necessary.

13. Transportation

13.1. Transportation during the tour is provided by third-party operators.

Ajdinis Travel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or

changes in schedule by transportation providers.

14. Photography and Marketing

14.1. Ajdinis Travel reserves the right to use any photographs or videos

taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes unless

otherwise specified by the client in writing.

15. Governing Law

15.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising out

of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction

of the courts of Gostivar.

16. Travel Documents

16.1. Clarify the responsibility for obtaining and carrying necessary

travel documents, such as tickets and travel vouchers, and emphasize

that clients are responsible for any consequences of not having the

required documents.

17. Client Responsibilities

laws and customs at the destinations they will visit. Highlight that noncompliance may result in consequences for which Ajdinis Travel is not

responsible.

27. Emergency Contact Information

27.1. Provide emergency contact information for clients during the tour,

including a contact person at Ajdinis Travel and local contact information

at each destination.

28. Weather and Natural Events

28.1. Clarify the policy regarding changes to the itinerary or cancellation

of activities due to adverse weather conditions or natural events. Specify

any refund or alternative arrangements in such cases.

29. Liability Waiver

29.1. Include a liability waiver stating that clients understand and accept

the inherent risks associated with travel and activities included in the

tour, and that Ajdinis Travel is not liable for any injuries, losses, or

damages.

30. Child and Minor Policy

30.1. If your tours involve minors, outline any special requirements or
