Itinerary
An amazing private tour among the UNESCO heritage hilly area of Monferrato, Langhe and Roero. Land of great wines such as Barbera, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo and Barolo, wonderful landscapes, small villages and excellent food that includes truffle, sausages and recipes which make part of the highest peak of the Italian cuisine.

Guided tour of a factory producer of the grappa Magnoberta in Casale. Excursion in the heart of Monferrato to enjoy the experience of the professional research of truffles. Return to the al resort in the Monferrato.
Day 3
CERESETO – BERGOLO – BAROLO – VERDUNO - CANALE
Visia of Bergolo, the village of stone with its antique buildings and the modern graffitis. Guided tour of a factory producer of Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo with final tasting. Visit of the village of Verduno, producer of the red wine Palaverga with a tasty of pepper. Accommodation in a resort with spa in the heart of Roero (Spa Roero Relax Resort**** or similar).
Day 4
CANALE – POLLENZO – BRA - DOGLIANI – CANALE
Visit of the royal palace of Pollenzo, nowadays the first university of wine and food in the world. Lunch in a restaurant to taste the Langhe wines and the famuous sausages of Bra (Festival of sausages in December), world capital of slow food. Visit of Dogliani, the village of the red wine Dolcetto and the cisrà, a soup of entrails and chickpeas (first week of November, Festival of All Saints). Return to the resort.
Day 5
CANALE – MONTA’ - PRALORMO – MILAN
Visit of Montà, the heart of Roero, among vineyards and hazelnut trees. Visit of the castle of Pralormo (in April Fest of Tulips). Return to Milan.
