Itinerary

Peloponnese is the region where vineyards have been abundant since antiquity and that’s why in mythology it was the realm of Dionysus, the God of wine. So, it is only natural that vine cultivation and wine making from excellent quality grape varieties flourished throughout the region. Valuable historical information on the Greek wine culture passed on from ancient times pays tribute to Peloponnese by giving it two beautiful appellations: “Ambeloessa” and “Polystafylos”, literally meaning full of vineyards and rich in grapes. Renowned worldwide and praised in the writings of great writers and historians, Peloponnesian wines are produced from top quality grapes grown with care by committed wine specialists.

Peloponnese wine growers, aware of their product dynamics, improved the traditional varieties of Agiorgitiko in Nemea and Moschofilero on the Arkadian Plateau and also Rhoditis,

Moschato, Malvasia and the Mavrodaphne variety. They created visiting wineries and vineyards and put them in the “wine roads of the Peloponnese”, a special tourist route for wine and local gastronomy friends.

Travelling through the wine roads of the Peloponnese you will discover the magic of the most historic vineyard. Crossing landscapes of great natural beauty, the selected routes of the Peloponnese wine roads bring you closer to one of the oldest vineyards globally, so that you get to know the world of wine at a great number of renowned wineries.

Discover great wine-tourism destinations, explore authentic Greek terroirs brimming with the colours and aromas of nature, taste exceptional locally-produced wines, sample Greek gastronomy and wander around traditional villages and alluring sights.

Plan your 4 day trip along the wine roads of the Peloponnese and get ready for extraordinary experiences.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. We will deduct the cancellation charges from any monies you have already paid to us.

2b. CANCELATION BY THE COMPANY

Please note that all multiday Tours are still subject to final confirmation. We shall endeavor to notify you, at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date, if, due to any unforeseen circumstance(s), any Package Tour arrangement cannot be finalized, needs to be changed by us or your reservation has to be cancelled. In such case, we may, but shall not be obliged to, recommend alternative Package Tours to either the same or another destination. Please note that additional charges may apply for such alternative Package Tours and you will be advised accordingly of all such charges before having to make any election. If no alternatives are offered or should you decide not to accept any alternative offered, we will fully refund all payments received from you for the Package Tour (without interest), in full discharge of our obligations to you.

REFUND POLICY ON UNUSED PORTION OF PACKAGE TOUR
