Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu(1400m) and Transfer to hotel

A representative from Beyond The Limits Treks and Expedition will come to pick you from your hotel and Transfer to 3 star hotel

Day 2

Trekking preparation day

Today is an important day as you will be doing the last check of your trekking gear with your trekking guide. If required, you can buy or rent some gear for the trek. Once you've checked all your gear and documents, you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Kathmandu and its World Heritage Sites, temples, monasteries, and Durbar Square at your own pace.
Day 3

Drive from Kathmandu to Machhe Khola(930m)-8/9 hours drive

This morning guide will pick you up from your hotel.Then,you will head towards Gongabu New Bus Park to catch a bus to head on a road trip to Machhe-Khola. You will cross Gorkha bazar,headquarters of Gorkha District.Road from kathmandu to Arughat is black top and smooth where as afterward you will experience gravel and bumpy road
Day 4

Machhe-khola to Jagat(1340m) 7 hours

After leaving Machhe Khola, your trek will take you through the villages of Khola Besi and Tatopani. At Tatopani, you will have the opportunity to take short break for warm showers. As you continue along the trail, you will come across a suspension bridge over the Budi Gandaki river that will lead you to Doban. After crossing the bridge and hiking upward, you will reach Jagat. Jagat is known for its beautiful scenery, including lush forests, terraced fields, and stunning mountain views. The village has a unique blend of cultures, with residents belonging to various ethnic groups such as Gurung, Magar, and Tamang. The village also has a small checkpoint where special trekking permits is checked as from here you enter into restricted zone.
Day 5

Jagat to Deng(1860m)-7hours

As you embark on your journey, your first stop will be Sirdibas, which requires a challenging climb. However, the beautiful views of the Sringi Himal as you ascend will make the effort worthwhile and leave you awestruck by the region's natural beauty. Reaching Sirdibas will give you a sense of achievement and accomplishment. Continuing along the trail, you will descend towards the river and then climb up steeply to reach Phillim, a large village predominantly inhabited by the Gurung community. Here, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique Buddhist culture of the region and experience the vibrant customs and traditions of the Gurung people. As you traverse through the picturesque Gata Khola, you will witness breathtaking views of the Ganesh Himal, which will leave you spellbound by the majestic mountains. As you make your way towards Deng, you will gradually get into the rhythm of the trek and the stunning scenery of the Manaslu region will have an enchanting effect on you.
Day 6

Deng to Namrung(2630m)-7 hours

As one proceeds on the trek from Deng, they will be surrounded by the breathtaking Alpine region, offering picturesque views of the neighboring mountains. Along the way, they will come across Mani walls - traditional Buddhist structures crafted from engraved stones, serving as an indication that they are entering the Tibetan region. The trail will lead them through several villages, crossing the Budi Gandaki river until they eventually arrive at Namrung. This quaint village is nestled amidst the majestic Himalayan mountains, renowned for its hospitable locals and traditional Tibetan culture. While at Namrung, travelers can unwind and immerse themselves in the tranquil environment, marveling at the distinctive architecture and stunning natural landscapes. It is highly recommended to savor some of the delectable local cuisine and interact with the welcoming villagers.
Day 7

Namrung to Lho Village(3180m)-4 hours

From Namrung, the trek heads towards the alpine region of Manaslu. The path leads through lush green forests, past mani walls, and typical Tibetan village of Sho before reaching Lho. Day 8

Lho village to Samagaun(3530m)-3 hours

We embarked on an early trek from Lho village towards Samagaun. The route winds through lush forests and affords breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu. We traversed the peaceful Shyala village, encircled by charming agricultural fields and quaint wooden rest areas to relax and take in the tranquil atmosphere. Samagaun, situated at the foothills of Manaslu peak, is the main village of the Nubri people. It features a large gompa, shops, health post, telephone and wifi access, and a heliport. Being the nearest village to Manaslu Base Camp, it's a favored stopover for trekkers.
Day 9

Rest day for acclimatization

This day is crucial for acclimatizing to the increasing altitude and preparing for the upcoming challenges of the trek. Although it's a rest day, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning surroundings of Sama Gaun. One can take a hike to Manaslu Base Camp or visit the Punggyen Gompa, immersing themselves in the region's unique culture and traditions. Since you will already be at a higher altitude and ascending further, taking this acclimatization day seriously is crucial. Proper rest and acclimatization will enhance your readiness for the trek's upcoming challenges.
Day 10

Samagaun to Samdo(3875m)-3 hours

The trek from Samagaun to Samdo takes you through lush forests of birch, juniper, and rhododendron trees. Along the way, you'll pass under a grand stone arch and enjoy breathtaking views of the Manaslu Glacier's icy-blue hues and towering peaks. Samdo marks a significant point on the trail, where Nepal and Tibet intersect. This unique location allows you to immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of both countries. You'll be captivated by the stunning mountain views and observe the daily lives of the locals in this remote region.
Day 11

Samdo to Dharmasala(4460m)-5 hours

Leaving Samdo, the trek leads you towards Larkye Bazar, offering stunning views of the mountains and valleys. You'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the local culture as you ascend to higher altitudes, passing through tranquil juniper forests. The Larkya Glacier provides a breathtaking sight that's truly unforgettable. Continuing on, you'll arrive at Salka Khola and trek upwards to Dharmasala, where you can relax at a warm and welcoming guesthouse. The meals served are both nourishing and delicious, providing a much-needed break from the trek.
Day 12

Dharmasala to Bimthang(3590)-9 hours

After trekking through challenging terrain and snowy rocks, you'll reach Larkya La Pass, where you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. From this high point, you'll see Kangguru, Himlung, Annapurna II, and Cheo in all their glory, creating an unforgettable sight. As you descend towards Bhimthang, you'll pass through charming mountain villages and picturesque landscapes. Along the way, you can immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions and gain a deeper understanding of the way of life in this remote region.
Day 13

Bimthang to Gho

Starting with a descent to the Budhi Gandaki River, the trek leads you through a gorgeous rhododendron forest. Along the riverbank, you'll pass Karche, a cultivated area near the top of the valley. From there, the trail winds through stunning scenery until you arrive at Gho, a charming village with breathtaking views of the mountains and landscapes. This leg of the journey is relatively easy and provides ample opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the Manaslu region.
Day 14

Gho to Dharapani and drive to Besisahar(760m)

The trail starts with a suspension bridge crossing over the Marshyangdi River, leading to a forest of rhododendron and pine trees. You'll pass through small villages like Tilije and Thonje, interacting with the friendly locals and experiencing the unique culture of the region. The trek offers stunning views of the mountains, waterfalls, and landscapes as you follow the path along the river bank. Eventually, you'll reach Dharapani at 1,960 meters, where you can have lunch before taking a jeep to Besisahar.
Day 15

Besisahar to Kathmandu by bus overnight in Kathmandu

From Beshisahar you will take the bus and start to drive Kathmandu. You will feel relax and enjoy the drive all along the bank of Marsyangdi and Trishuli river to Kathmandu.

All bookings are based on the following Terms & Conditions between you(clients/service seeker) and Beyond the Limits Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. The following terms & conditions come into impression from the date you booked a trip with us.

Beyond the Limits Treks, a prominent adventure company in Nepal is actively seeking partnerships with trekking and expedition companies worldwide.


1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION:

Reserving your unforgettable trek, tour or climbing is simple with us. You have the flexibility to book through our website, via email, or by phone. To secure your adventure, we require a minimum 10% deposit of the total amount of the trip. Once you've chosen your trek /tour or any adventure and provided the necessary details (photocopy of your passport), you can conveniently make the 10% deposit through our website or by following the payment instructions provided in the confirmation email. This ensures your spot on the trip of a lifetime. We look forward to welcoming you on your adventure!


You can pay the rest of the money when you arrive in Kathmandu before your trek, tour, or climbing adventure begins.


Note: For Bhutan and Tibet trips 100% payments are required within 1 month before starting any trip


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Beyond the Limits Treks and Expedition wants to make our cancellation policy as clear as possible:


Deposit Refund: If you decide to cancel your trek, please note that the deposit 10% you paid when booking is non-refundable.


10% Deposit Exception: If you cancel a Nepal trip after paying a 10% deposit or the full amount in advance, your payment becomes a lifetime deposit. You can use this deposit for any future trips with us whenever you're ready.


Last-Minute Cancellation: If you cancel your trip at the last minute and have paid the full amount, we'll have to charge you 10% of the total trip cost.


Note:


No refunds if you drop out of the journey after it starts, regardless of the reason.

If there are parts of your trip itinerary that you don't use, like accommodations, transport, meals, or services, those won't be refundable..

Booking confirmation charges and amendment charges are not refundable.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BHUTAN, TIBET

The % deposit made for Bhutan, Tibet will be considered as the trip cancellation fee if you cancel the trip. We are also unable to offer trip postponements for any trip in Bhutan, Tibet.


3. ITINERARY CHANGES

At our travel company, we recognize that flexibility is key, especially in mountain adventures. Here's our policy on itinerary changes:


Unforeseen Circumstances: Sometimes, situations like weather, government regulations, or natural events may necessitate adjustments to the itinerary. Rest assured, we'll do our utmost to provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.


Flight Delays: Mountain regions can be unpredictable, leading to flight delays at the start or end of your trip. If this occurs, clients will be responsible for additional expenses like food and accommodation during the delay. Please note that Beyond the Limits Treks will not be held accountable in case you miss international flights but will assist you in making alternative arrangements.


4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

To participate in our activities, comprehensive travel, and medical insurance are mandatory for all participants. This insurance must specifically include coverage for emergency evacuation and medical. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and this insurance requirement ensures that you are adequately protected in case of any unforeseen emergencies during your trekking adventure.


5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For a smooth journey, please ensure you have the following documents ready:


Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for your entire trip.

Trekking Permits: We'll make all the permits and necessary documents for any adventure.

Travel Details: We'll request your flight information and passport scans to assist with reservations.

Having these documents in order ensures a hassle-free adventure.


6. LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Your safety is our top concern. We follow national/local regulations for your trip, but we can't control things like natural disasters, political changes, or flight delays. Beyond the Limits Treks will not be responsible for things like bad weather or strikes that might cause inconvenience or extra costs. If these situations come up, you'll have to cover the extra expenses, so having good travel insurance is crucial. This helps you deal with unexpected costs. We appreciate your understanding, and we're here to make your journey safe and enjoyable.


7. LAST-MINUTE BOOKING

For your convenience, we welcome last-minute bookings for treks and tours in Nepal, allowing you to reserve a trip just 24 hours before its departure date. However, please note that this flexibility may not apply to trips in Bhutan and Tibet. 8. POSTPONE THE TRIP

If you need to postpone your trip, please send us a written notice.


Trip Postpone Fee: You won't be charged any additional fee from your deposit for postponing. The deposit amount will be available for your rescheduled trip.


9. INCOMPLETE TOUR

We want to be transparent—regrettably, we can't provide refunds if your trek, tour, or expedition is cut short for any reason on your end.


10. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In case your trip is canceled due to unexpected events like bad weather, natural disasters, or political issues, don't worry. We'll arrange another trip for you, even if it's not the exact same package. We'll give you options to choose from so that your investment doesn't go to waste.


11. PRICE CHANGES

Please be aware that the package price may be adjusted in line with Nepal government regulations. This could happen due to factors like inflation, government actions, postponement of trips, or significant shifts in exchange rates. We'll always strive to be fair, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.


12. DOMESTIC  FLIGHT DELAY/CANCELLATION 

Due to Nepal's geographical challenges, flight delays can occur, especially in remote areas like Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, and Jumla, where weather conditions are unpredictable. To prepare for this, we strongly recommend carrying extra funds to cover unexpected costs such as accommodation and meals. Please note that Beyond the Limits Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any additional expenses beyond the planned itinerary. Your understanding in these situations is greatly appreciated.


13. COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION

 If you have any problems or complaints during your trip, please do not hesitate to contact our team leader. They'll try their best to help you and meet your demands as soon as possible. After the trip, you can meet with our management team to discuss your suggestions and complaints.


Resolution: After receiving your complaint, we will fully evaluate the situation and attempt to come to a decision that reduces your worries. Your input is extremely significant and is essential to assisting us in making improvements for the future. Our first focus is making sure you're satisfied, and we're here to listen to you and do everything we can to make that happen.


14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are controlled by and construed in accordance with Nepal law. The courts in Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal, will have sole jurisdiction over any legal issues originating from or connected to these terms and conditions, in accordance with Nepalese law. This creates the legal foundation for resolving any possible conflicts in a fair and uniform manner.

Our terms and conditions are only applicable when you book a trip directly with us. You shall be governed by the terms and conditions of any third parties or agencies involved in your reservation. To guarantee responsibility and clarity in your trip plans, please be aware of this distinction.
