Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.

Delhi — the capital of India — is an extraordinary blend of antiquity and modernity. The city reflects the country’s rich heritage, with its bustling streets, diverse cultures, historical monuments, grand gardens, and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Divided into Old Delhi and New Delhi, the city offers a fascinating contrast: the timeless charm of centuries-old architecture meets the dynamic energy of a modern metropolis.

After breakfast, depart for Agra.

Agra, located on the banks of the Yamuna River, flourished as the capital of the Mughal Empire between 1526 and 1628. Today, it stands as a treasure trove of architectural brilliance, home to three UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri.

On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax before beginning your sightseeing tour:

Agra Fort – A red sandstone marvel built in the 16th century, with royal chambers, audience halls, mosques, and intricate mirror work. Highlights include the Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public Audience), Diwan-i-Khas (Hall of Private Audience), and Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors).

Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.


Booking Policy:

20% of the Tour Cost is required as an initial Deposit. 80% of the Tour cost is required 2 months prior to arrival date.


Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is 61 days or more prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price paid as Initial deposit shall be retained ;  
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure – 40% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 31 days prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Price shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to departure – No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets: 

Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation Policy for Wildlife Safaris: 

Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from GeTS shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of GeTS shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that GeTS acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. 

The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honor confirmed bookings. In such an event GeTS shall not be responsible and shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

GeTS hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.

Accommodation

●Enjoy comfortable stays in carefully selected 3-star hotels, chosen for their location, service, and amenities.

Check-in & Check-out: In India, standard check-in is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 11:00 hrs. If you arrive earlier than the usual check-in time, we always request the hotel to prepare your room in advance. However, this is not always possible due to prior occupancy. In such cases, you can store your luggage at the hotel and take the opportunity to explore your new destination until the room becomes available.


Pre/Post Accommodation: If you have arranged additional nights before or after the trip (subject to availability), please note that you may be accommodated in a different room than the one used during your tour.


Internet Access: While most hotels provide internet facilities, in some destinations, the service may be limited or come at an additional cost (hourly or daily charges may apply).


Hotel Substitutions: The hotels mentioned are indicative. In case of non-availability due to high demand, equivalent or similar hotels of the same category will be arranged to ensure your comfort.

Flights

Domestic Flights: If your itinerary involves domestic flights, these are not included in the package price and will be charged separately. Airfares fluctuate depending on travel dates; we will update you with the current fares once your dates are finalized.

●International Flights: Your international flight tickets need to be booked independently. Once confirmed, kindly share your flight details with us so we can organize smooth airport transfers upon arrival and departure, ensuring a hassle-free start and end to your journey.


Passports & Visas:

 All travelers must possess a valid passport and the necessary visas for travel. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration and government requirements of each country on your itinerary. If your journey extends beyond India, please verify visa requirements for each destination well in advance. Any penalties, fines, or additional costs resulting from incomplete documentation will be borne by the traveler.

• Tips : Tipping is a common custom and we always suggest our travelers to comply. No tip is compulsory, however in case of good services rendered, it is advisable to pay by a few rupees (driver / guide). For example, 300 rupees can be left in restaurants (depending on the bill amount), between 300 and 500 rupees per day per person for a good driver.

Meals

●Daily breakfast is included, served at the hotel’s restaurant or coffee shop.

●Special Dietary Requests: Vegan and Kosher meals can be arranged on request, though availability may vary by location. Please inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

●Services of professional English-speaking local guides in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Mumbai are included for all sightseeing activities.
