Morning Exploration – Angkor Thom & the Jungle Temples 

• South Gate of Angkor Thom : Start your journey at the grand southern entrance of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire in the 12th century. Once home to over one million people, it was the largest city in the world of its time.
• Bayon Temple: Marvel at the 216 serene stone faces adorning the towers of Bayon, known for its unique architecture and symbolic significance.
• Baphuon Temple: A stunning pyramid-style temple, symbolizing Mount Meru, the spiritual center in Hindu cosmology. 
• Phimeanakas & the Royal Enclosure: Explore the ruins of the ancient royal palace, once used by Khmer kings for spiritual ceremonies. 
• Terrace of the Elephants: A 300-meter-long platform where the king viewed public ceremonies, decorated with elephant carvings and mythological scenes.

Afternoon – Angkor Wat & Sunset at Phnom Bakheng

Built in the early 12th century and dedicated to Hindu god Vishnu, Angkor Wat is Cambodia’s national symbol, depicted on the country's flag. Explore its beautifully preserved bas-reliefs, towers, and intricate carvings that narrate the mythology and history of the Khmer Empire.
• Phnom Bakheng Sunset Viewpoint: End your day with a climb to Phnom Bakheng Temple, the original mountain temple in Angkor. From the top, take in a spectacular panoramic sunset view over the temple complex and surrounding jungle.

Return Transfer to Hotel

After sunset, you’ll be comfortably transferred back to your hotel in Siem Reap. Overnight in Siem Reap.

• Neak Pean: A small temple situated on an island in the center of a manmade lake, believed to be used for ritual healing ceremonies.
• Eastern Mebon: Once an island temple surrounded by a now-dry baray (reservoir), Eastern Mebon features stone elephants and well-preserved carvings. 
• Ta Som Temple: A quiet, photogenic temple famous for the giant tree roots enveloping its eastern gate, offering a perfect spot for iconic photos.

Return Transfer : After exploring the wonders of the Grand Circle, relax on the drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
