MARRAKESH SHORT BREAK

Upon arrival at Marrakesh airport we will be met by our driver. 

Transfer to our riad in the old side of Marrakesh

After breakfast, we will immerse in the vibrant city of Marrakesh, known as the “Red City,” renowned for its palaces, gardens, bustling markets, and historic mosques. We will begin our exploration at the Koutoubia Mosque, featuring a majestic 282-foot minaret dating back to the late 12th century, a symbol of Marrakesh's architectural heritage.

Next, visit the stunning 19th-century Bahia Palace, an exquisite example of Moroccan architecture adorned with intricate craftsmanship by local artisans. Built by a powerful Vizir for his harem, numerous courtyards and gardens, and a labyrinth of corridors that include a Koranic school, hammams, a harem, and stables.

Continue our journey through Marrakesh's artisan quarters and colorful souks, where you can interact with locals and experience daily life in the city.

As evening approaches, we will wander through the lively Jemaa El Fna square, a vibrant hub where locals and tourists gather to witness jugglers, dancers, fortune tellers, storytellers, and traditional musicians. After the tour, we will return to our hotel to freshen up before transferring to a local restaurant in the medina for a delightful Moroccan dinner accompanied by entertainment.

Today, unearth another side of Morocco in the gorgeous Atlas Mountains—North Africa's greatest mountain range—and experience two different worlds: traditional Berber and modern luxury. Along the way, admire stunning views of the mountains and the little Berber villages nestled in the hills. Discover the villages of Asni and Imlil in the foothills of Djebel Toubkal, the highest mountain in the Atlas range.

After a light 1-hour hike around a Berber village, settle in for an overnight stay in Imlil. Experience the tranquil beauty of this mountain village with its breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and spend the night in a cozy, local guesthouse.

The following day after our breakfast, we will take the road to Kasbah Tamadot. A gorgeous Richard Branson property is beautifully set in the foothills, overlooking spectacular vistas. It offers a blend of original features, traditional art, and unique furniture, creating an opulent atmosphere.

Changing our ordinary and experiment with a wonderful moment in the Agafay Desert. This mineral desert, located 40 km from Marrakesh (about 35 minutes), offers a unique experience with its Sahara-like climate and stunning panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains. While there are no sand dunes here, the desert's relaxing relief and mineral landscape provide a soulful desert experience.

Achieving our desert dream and immerse ourself in the experience under a luxurious tent. Enjoy a camel ride before reaching the tents, where you can savor a calm and delightful dinner under the stars.

After our breakfast, our driver will meet us for our transfer to the airport.
