-“Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the

Company MTM to deliver them.

Reservation :

Any person concluding an electronic contract with MTM guarantees the veracity of the

information provided by him and makes a personal commitment for the persons

Cancelation

considered as the date of cancellation to charge the cancellation fees according to the

following scale:

- Up to 14 days before the departure date: 35% of the total price of the trip

- From 13 to 7 days before the departure date: 55% of the total price of the trip

- Less than 7 days before the departure date: 75% of the total price of the trip

- The day of departure (or no-show): 100% of the total price of the trip
