Respect the people around you and the environment in which you’re traveling. This includes, but is not limited to fellow travelers, Trip Leaders, the local community, nature, wildlife, and yourself.
It’s important to obey local laws and customs while on our trips. This includes, but is not limited to wearing appropriate clothing while visiting certain communities, refraining from taking photos of people without asking, avoiding the use of illegal drugs, having weapons, and soliciting prostitution. If you’re not sure about something, take time to educate yourself, or ask.
- In order to confirm or reserve certain services (Galapagos) a complete payment may be requested in advance.
- It is important that the passengers carry the 24 hour assistance telephone number at all times in case they have any inconvenience or any doubt.
GROUP CANCELLATIONS POLICY (8 people or up)
- Cancellations with less than 30 days before the clients' entrance have no refund
- Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival of the clients have a 50% refund on the initial deposit
- Cancellations with more than 60 days prior to the entry of customers have 100% refund on the total deposited
INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS CANCELLATIONS POLICY (Until 7 people)
- Cancellations with less than 10 days before the clients' entrance have no refund
- Cancellations between 11 and 20 days prior to the arrival of the clients have a 50% refund on the initial deposit
- Cancellations with more than 30 days prior to the entry of customers have 100% refund on the total deposited
LUGGAGE
One piece of luggage and one carry on piece are allowed. There will be an additional charge for any additional luggage and it will be paid directly by the passenger special for the flight to GALAPAGOS.
GUIDE SERVICES
All of our services are led by bilingual guides (Spanish-English) who are specialized in their field.
If a guide who speaks another language is needed, the client must include this information when the reservation is made and is subject to a charge that will be confirmed at the time of the confirmation.
