Початковий пункт

Fly to LUKLA (2800m/9187ft); trek to PHAKDING (2610m/8563ft) 2-3 hours trek; 200m descent, 50m ascent
Catch an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, followed by a trek to Phakding. Descending above lush farmlands, we pass through Sherpa villages including Chheplung, Ghat, Sano, and Thulo Gumela. Along the way, we encounter shrines and monasteries like Drangdrak Gompa and Pema Choling Gompa, offering breathtaking views of the sacred mountain Kumbila and the peaks of Kusum Kanguru. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek to NAMCHE (3420m/11221ft) 5-6 hours/1000m ascent, 100m descent
Heading towards Namche Bazaar, our journey begins by passing through the charming hamlets of Zamphute and Tok Tok, where the majestic Thamserku peak gleams in the sunlight, accompanying us for much of the trek. We continue through picturesque Sherpa villages such as Benkar, Chumoa, and Monjo, eventually arriving at Utche Choling Gompa, perched on a bluff overlooking the Dudhkoshi River. Our path then leads us through the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Halfway to Namche Bazaar, we embark on the second leg of our journey, which includes a challenging ascent, particularly towards the end. Passing through Jorsale, the last village before our climb, we navigate a steep, stepped path that culminates in a spectacular high bridge spanning the Dudhkoshi River gorge. Just before this bridge, the Dudhkoshi River meets its tributary, the BhoteKoshi.
Gradually ascending the final stretch towards Namche, we reach higher altitudes where the first glimpse of Mt. Everest appears, towering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. After approximately 1.5 km (0.9 miles), we arrive at Namche Bazaar, where we can rest and marvel at the breathtaking scenery. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Acclimatize at NAMCHE; Trek KHUMJUNG (3780m/12402ft); back to NAMCHE
During our acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, we can aid our bodies in adjusting to the altitude by taking leisurely walks and ascending a few hundred feet throughout the day. Exploring the village, we observe traditional Sherpa houses, terraced fields, and the stunning snowy peaks of Kwangde, Khumbu, Thamserku, Kusum Kanguru, Ama Dablam, and Taboche.
One highlight is the bustling Saturday market, where we mingle with locals dressed in traditional attire. We begin our day by climbing the U-shaped hillside above Namche near the Gompa. Along the way, we enjoy panoramic views of Kwangde, Khumbila, Thamserku, Tagi Tau, Pharchamo, Ama Dablam, and Taboche. At a signposted intersection, we turn right towards Khumjung, passing a large chorten and a lengthy mani wall.
Reaching a viewpoint near "THE EVEREST VIEW HOTEL" for lunch, we marvel at the sight of Everest, Lhotse, Lhotse Shar (East), Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and Taboche. The trail then descends to Khumjung, known for its famous gompa nestled in a cedar grove. Inside the gompa, an image of Guru Padmasambhava is flanked by his consorts, and it houses a controversial yeti skull, revered by local lamas but debunked by scientists.
After exploring Khumjung, we return to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay, enjoying meals throughout the day including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Trek TENGBOCHE (3870m/12697ft) 4 hours; 350m descent, 750m ascent
From Namche, we follow an easy trail around Chhorkung Ridge to a bluff viewpoint offering panoramic vistas from Thamserku to Everest. Passing through Kyangjuma and Sanasa, we descend gently towards Tengboche, with views of Ama Dablam along the way. The trail leads through Lawichasa to Tashinga, then descends steeply via stone steps to Phunki Thenga and a bridge adorned with water-powered prayer wheels.
Ascending through a rhododendron forest, we may spot musk deer and Himalayan tahr before reaching Tengboche village. Nestled below a crescent-shaped ridge, Tengboche is famed for its monastery. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek DINGBOCHE (4360m/14305ft) 3-5 hours; 70m descent, 580m ascent
From Tengboche, we trek through conifer and rhododendron forests, watching for wildlife like monal pheasants and musk deer. We visit Debuche Gompa with its ancient thangkas and murals, and pass a Buddhist nunnery in Debuche. Continuing through dense forest to Milinggo, the trail descends sharply to cross Imja Khola via a suspension bridge.
After climbing to a white stupa and the footprint of Lama Sange Dorje, we arrive at Pangboche, home to Khumbu's oldest monastery, Pangboche Gompa. Following Imja Khola, we ascend past Shomare, entering an alpine landscape with yak pastures and stone huts at Orsho and Tsuro Wog. Descending towards the confluence of Imja Khola and Khumbu Khola, we reach Dingboche, known for its cold, windy conditions and sub-zero night temperatures even in summer. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek NANGKARTSANG SUMMIT (5090m/16700ft); back to DINGBOCHE
One of the fascinating day hikes in the area from Dingboche is the ascent to Nangkartsang Gompa, climbing 400 meters to a ridge north of Dingboche. This vantage point offers excellent views of three of the world’s six highest peaks: Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Continuing to the Nangkartsang summit provides even closer views of these majestic mountains before descending back to Dingboche for the night. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek DUGHLA (4620m/15158ft) 2 hours; 400m ascent
From Dingboche, the trail ascends gradually along the ridge towards Dusa (4503m), offering breathtaking views of Taboche, Cholatse, and the iconic pyramid-shaped Ama Dablam. Kantega's summit is visible to the left. Descending to a glacial stream, we then climb up to Dughla. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek LOBUCHE (4930m/16175ft) 2 hours; 300m ascent
From Dughla, the trail climbs the gravelly terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. At Chupki Lhara, adorned with prayer flags, we pay respects to mountaineers lost on Everest expeditions. Beyond, Chola Lake offers a glimpse of its blue waters from high trails. Descending from Chupki Lhara, the path follows the Khumbu Glacier moraine, with Khumbutse, Lingtren, and Pumori peaks in view. Following a stream, we reach Lobuche. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek GORAK SHEP (5160m/16930ft) and EBC (5340m/17521ft) and back to GORAK SHEP
This challenging day begins with a hike across grassy terrain and scattered boulders, surrounded by towering snowy peaks. A 60m/200ft ascent leads to Thangma Riju on the Changri Glacier's lateral moraine, offering a stunning 360-degree panorama of Taboche, Lobuche, Pumori, Nuptse, and Changtse in Tibet.
Continuing, we cross the Changri Glacier moraine and climb steeply to Gorak Shep, where Kala Patthar comes into view. From Gorak Shep, we proceed to Everest Base Camp (EBC), surrounded by mountains rather than viewing them from a distance. En route, we pass by Gorak Shep Lake, with views of Changtse and the Lho La depression ahead.
Navigating glaciers, icefalls, and icy pools, we finally reach Everest Base Camp, marking the end of our trekking journey. We return to Gorak Shep for the night. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek KALA PATTHAR (5545m/18193ft); return trek PHERICHE (4240m/13911ft)
After an early breakfast, we begin our ascent towards Kala Patthar. Crossing a wide sandy bed and navigating steep zigzags, we climb about 100m to enjoy views of Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse. Continuing upwards, we witness the grandeur of the Khumbu Glacier and the Nuptse massif before reaching the rocky viewpoint of Kala Patthar.
The slow and challenging climb rewards us with unparalleled views of Everest and the Himalayan panorama. Descending takes less time as we retrace our steps through Gorak Shep and Lobuche, then head towards Pheriche instead of Dingboche, following the Khumbu Khola for our overnight stay. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Trek back NAMCHE BAZAR
From Pheriche, the trail descends to Tsuro Wog, crossing a bridge over Khumbu Khola with stunning mountain views. Continuing, we retrace our steps through Orsho, Shomare, upper Pangboche, and finally reach the beautiful Tengboche, home to Khumbu’s largest gompa.
From Tengboche, we descend through Phunki Tenga to Sanasa and Kyangjuma, eventually arriving back at Namche Bazaar. Meals provided: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
