After years of watching tourists head for its South American neighbors, the incredible diversity of experiences and landscapes waiting to be uncovered in this enticing and friendly country have finally drawn Colombia the attention it deserves.
Locals can’t wait to show off the towering Andean peaks and jungle-clad lowlands or tell you about the best places to dip a toe in the Caribbean or Pacific. They will point out the cultural riches of the colourful colonial architecture and myriad celebrations that punctuate the Colombian calendar, all with a tangible pride. Colombia’s time has come, and it was certainly worth the wait.
Coffee Region
Colombia's coffee region, also known as the "coffee triangle," is located in the central-western part of the country and is made up of the departments of Caldas, Quindío, and Risaralda. It is one of the most important coffee-producing regions in the world, with its high-altitude terraced farms producing some of the best Arabica coffee beans.
The coffee produced in this region is known for its mild, well-balanced flavor and is enjoyed all over the world. Visitors to the region can take coffee tours, visit coffee farms, and learn about the coffee-making process. In addition to coffee, the region is known for its stunning natural beauty, including the Cocora Valley, which is home to the world's tallest palm trees. The region also has a rich cultural history and is home to many charming towns and villages with colonial architecture and traditional crafts.
Temperature: The Colombian Coffee Region enjoys a springlike climate year-round.
Expect comfortable temperatures (18-27°C / 64-80°F) with moderate humidity. Pack light layers like long-sleeved shirts and pants, as well as comfortable shoes for walking. A rain jacket might be handy too, just in case!

It is a region that inspires wanderlust, with its pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and lush flora and fauna. A visit to this region promises an extraordinary experience that fuses history, culture, and natural beauty. Located on the northern coast of Colombia, the Caribbean coast stretches around 1,600 kilometers along the Caribbean Sea. It includes the regions of La Guajira, Magdalena, Atlantico, Bolivar, Sucre, Cordoba, and Antioquia. Each of these regions has its own unique charm and attractions that make them worth exploring.

TAXES, CHARGES AND CURRENCY FLUCTUATION
All Government taxes and charges imposed by suppliers, or third parties (including ticketing fees and
airline fuel surcharges) are payable by you and are subject to change. If there are any increase in
such taxes, charges or supplier rates or any currency fluctuation which increase the price of your
booking, we reserve the right to change the price you must pay by including the additional charges
or amount (together with any applicable service fee and GST) at any time prior to and including the
date of your departure, even if we have received full payment from you.
We will notify you of any such price changes that result in your travel arrangements being materially
different from those prior to the change being effected and in respect of which we have already
accepted your deposit or full payment. If so, and you do not wish to alter your travel arrangements,
you may cancel them and monies you have already paid, less any charges levied by suppliers, will be
refunded. Any refund will be calculated at the currency exchange rate that applied when your
booking was confirmed.
AIRFARES
Airfare prices and conditions (if applicable) are subject to change or withdrawal without notification
until the airline tickets are issued (For example, foreign currency airfares and airport taxes may
fluctuate and are subject to the rate of exchange on date of ticket issue). Full payment is required
before tickets can be issued.
Rockbourne Investments is not responsible for any increases in prices or changes in any airfare
prices.

to you for breach thereof is limited to supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having
the services supplied again.
Maximum Liability
Despite any other provision of these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law, our
maximum liability to you or any third party is limited to the price you have paid us for the booking.
11. COMPLAINTS
We endeavour to ensure that the arrangements we have made for you are implemented as

supplier. If you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied. If
you have any unresolved complaint, details should be lodged in writing (with supporting
documentation, including efforts made with the supplier to resolve it) with your travel agent or
