Wake up to the beauty of this historic city and at 8 am we depart to explore the picturesque scenery on a Cape Peninsula tour as you drive along the exquisite stretch of coastline. Relish the breathtaking views along legendary Chapman's Peak and take a ride on the Flying Dutchman funicular to the old lighthouse. On your way back towards Cape Town, visit the endearing African penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

After breakfast, we ascend by aerial cableway* to the summit of Table Mountain, an iconic symbol of the city (weather permitting).

From atop, view the amazing panoramic views of the waterfront, the majestic Hottentots Mountains, and the gorgeous Cape Peninsula. On a clear day, you can see as far as Robben Island.

Upon arrival, a representative from Lukimbi Luxury Lodge will be there to greet you, embarking on a 1-hour and 45-minute journey to the safari lodge, with an exhilarating en-route game drive to set the tone for your adventure.

After morningbreakfast you will be tranferred to  Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, you'll embark on a 1-hour and 45-minute flight to Victoria Falls Airport. Upon arrival, a brief 30-minute transfer will take you to your new residence at the Old Drift Lodge.

Situated upstream of the renowned Victoria Falls, along the Zambezi River, Old Drift Lodge offers luxurious accommodations with stunning views of Zambezi National Park, just 7 kilometers from the powerful Victoria Falls. After breakfast you go on your private transfer to your lodge in the world-renowned Chobe National Park. The park, located in northern Botswana, covers thousands of miles of pristine wilderness, ranging from the verdant flood grassland and thickets beside the Chobe River, to forest, mopane woodland and scrub. Here the wildlife roams in profusion and diversity.

Chobe Safaris and Farewell

Enjoy a morning 4x4 safari as you look out for the elephants going for their morning drink and the herds of buffalo congregating along the fertile floodplains. Lion, leopard, African wild dog, puku, red lechwe, sable, giraffe and roan antelope are often seen. 

The birding in the region is spectacular. Return for breakfast and late today you will have a shared transfer to Kasane airport in time for your onward departure flight.
