Welcome to take our India private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people.
Upon your arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, a local representative from Agate Travel will warmly greet you and transfer you to the hotel in the downtown for check-in. The remainder of the day is free for you at leisure.
Today’s tour will begin with a visit to the top attractions in Old Delhi, including Raj Ghat, the memorial complex of Mahatma Gandhi - the founding father of India, a photo stop at the entrance of splendid Red Fort, and Jama Masjid Mosque. Then, our guide will take you to explore the bustling bazaar of Chandni Chowk. At Chandni Chowk, we will specially hire a local rickshaw for you.
After lunch, we will visit two of Delhi’s famous World Heritage sites. One is the Qutub Minar, one of the most beautiful victory stone towers in the world, built after the defeat of the last Hindu kingdom in Delhi. The other is the Humayun's Tomb, where the Mughal Emperor Humayun was buried, with ornate architecture and pleasant green spaces.
Next, the guide will lead you to visit the landmark India Gate, and then we’ll drive past the Parliament House and other government secretarial buildings, and finally stop at a Sikh temple, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, for a visit.

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to the Indira Gandhi International Airport for your flight to Varanasi. After a 1.5-hour flight, you will arrive at the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi. Our local driver in Varanasi will take you to the hotel by private car. There is no guided tour plan for the afternoon. You can have a good rest in the hotel, or take a walk along the Varuna River just north of the hotel.
★ Special Arrangement: In the evening, our local guide in Varanasi will pick you up from your hotel to take you to witness the legendary and mysterious Ganga Aarti Ceremony.
Meal: Breakfast
In the morning, we will set out for a sunrise boat trip along the Ganges River to see the Manikarnika Ghat and the Harishchandra Ghat from the boat. Both are holy platforms for the locals to hold cremation ceremonies. You may have a chance to witness this traditional ritual during the journey.
After that, return to the hotel for breakfast. Then, the guide will take you on a morning tour of the Banaras Hindu University and Bharat Mata Temple, and pass by Kashi Vishwanath Temple, also called Golden Temple.
In the afternoon, we will head to the Deer Park in Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. The guide will show you around the Sarnath Buddhist Temple, Sarnath Museum (closed on Fridays), the stupas, and other ruins.

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up from the hotel and escort you to the airport for your 1.5-hour flight back to Delhi. After landing, meet another driver in Delhi at the exit. Then, he will chauffeur you to Agra by private car. You will arrive at Agra after 3-4 hours’ drive. Check in at the hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Wake up early in the morning and our guide will take you inside the Taj Mahal as one of today’s first tourists to enjoy the sunrise view of this great building.
After the visit, return to the hotel for breakfast. Next, we’ll head west to the Agra Fort, one of the most elegant palaces of the Mughal Empire, with a history of more than 400 years. (All-inclusive Ticket: We offer an all-inclusive ticket worth INR 1,300, allowing you to enter the main mausoleum housing the coffins of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal. In addition, we also provide you with free drinking water, shoe covers and tourist maps.)
Afterwards, our guide will take you to visit the Tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah, aka the Baby Taj, and then the Mehtab Bagh, aka the Moonlight Garden, featuring the best views of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.

We’ll begin our pleasant day with a comfortable drive to the Fatehpur Sikri, an imperial palace of the Mughal Empire from 1571 to 1585 and another World Heritage site in India. Our guide will lead you to visit some of the important buildings inside, including the Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, and Tomb of Salim Chishti.
After that, your driver will drive you to Jaipur. En route, we will make a stop at the Abhaneri Village to visit the ancient Chand Baori, which is the largest and deepest stepwell in India. No guide service is provided in this stop.
Upon arrival in Jaipur, we will check in at the hotel first. There will be no guided tour schedule for the rest of the day. Our private car with driver is free for you to use within the city.

We have a full day to enjoy this charming Pink City, with many of its buildings painted pink. First, we’ll drive to the Amber Fort. From the parking lot, you can take an elephant ride to the fort, which is located on a small hill on the outskirts of Jaipur.
After the visit, we’ll set off back to downtown Jaipur, visiting several interesting sites on the way. We will first stop at the Jal Mahal, which boasts a unique view of a secluded palace in the middle of the Sagar Lake. Afterwards, the guide will take you to see the exquisite architecture of the Maharaja City Palace and its rich exhibits. Next, we will visit the Jantar Mantar, the most important, comprehensive and best-preserved ancient observatory in India and also a UNESCO World Heritage site. The last stop of the day will be the Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of the Winds. Here you can capture Jaipur’s most iconic sight – the spectacular pink facade. On the way back to the hotel, we will drive pass by the Pink Rose Garden and the business center.

The tour ends today. In the early morning, our driver will escort you from the hotel in Jaipur to Delhi airport. The drive takes 6-7 hours on the way. Upon arrival, you could board your onward flight on your own. Wish you a pleasant journey home!

Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our AgateTravel Global Tours. The following Terms and Conditions are in place to protect you and your party member, our distinguished guests, and us, AgateTravel, in booking a tour. Please read them carefully and make sure you fully understand these agreements before you confirm your booking.
Reservation and Payment
Once we receive your tour inquiry, our one-to-one professional travel consultant will work with you from the beginning of customizing itinerary to the completion of the trip. You will enjoy real personalized service and our efficient response within 24 hours.
A tour reservation will be confirmed after receiving your tour deposit, which is 20% of the tour total payment. By paying the deposit, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
Under special circumstances, a higher amount of down payment will be required to ensure your flight or hotel reservations.
The final or full payment is required 60 days ahead of tour start date. For each payment received, we will provide you with a receipt.
Methods of payments: We mainly accept payment by Wire/Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Any handling charge associated with the payment is your responsibility. WeChat and AliPay can also be accepted if you use them.
Cancellation and Refund
We understand that cancellations happen sometimes due to unexpected situations. To alleviate your concerns, we aim to offer as the most favorable cancellation policy as we can to reduce your loss.
The reservation deposit (20% of the tour total payment) is non-refundable if you cancel the tour, and it will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
The following cancellation charge will be applied to the remaining tour cost:
a. More than 45 days before the arrival day: no cancellation charge from us, except for the actual losses caused by air/hotel/cruise cancellation.
b. 45 to 15 days before: 30% of the remaining tour cost.
c. 14 to 8 days before: 50% of the remaining tour cost.
d. Within 7 days or no show: 100% of the remaining tour cost.
If there are any additional cancellation fees imposed by the service providers other than AgateTravel, which may include but not be limited to local travel agency, airlines, trains, hotels, cruises, etc. You will be responsible for the part.
Your cancellation request should be sent to us via email. We will calculate the refund from the day we receive your written cancellation request and process the refund to you within 20 working days.
Alteration of the Itinerary
There is no extra service charge for any alterations made prior to the tour. However, you will be responsible for any possible additional cost caused by reservation changes.
After the tour starts, any extra expenses caused by clients’ own alterations will be added. Any unused portion is non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Private Tours
A private tour can be thoroughly customized for you and your family or friends exclusively, according to your own specific requirements and interests. We offer professional suggestions, while, the trip length, travel dates, and hotel accommodation level are decided by you, and during the trip, you will enjoy maximum flexibility within reason to discuss with your guide on daily departure time, sightseeing time and meal time. If your trip includes a cruise journey, the onshore excursions will be subject to the arrangements of the cruise company.
Passports and Visa
Please make sure your passport is valid with at least 6 months validity before the start of your tour.
You are advised to verify and defer to the visa policy of the countries you are going to visit at the nearest embassy or consulate.
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us if you have food allergies of any type.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meals can be arranged. If you are a vegetarian, please confirm if you eat egg, cheese, yoghurt, and fish.
Tell us your food dislikes eg no peppers/onions/ mushrooms/coriander or no pork/chicken/fish/lamb/beef or other foods.
Additional Information
It’s highly recommended to purchase travel insurance before your trip in order to minimize any unexpected losses and damages.
Please be sure to check carefully your international and domestic air tickets you purchased so that you are fully aware of the policies of the airline companies.
When checking in at some hotels, guests are expected to provide a valid credit card authorization to guarantee any possible personal consumption (e.g. laundry) during your stay.
Responsibility
As a tour operator, we are dedicated to designing, promoting and selling tour products that cover certain travel services, including guide and driver service, land transportation, air transportation, cruise, excursions and accommodation that are reserved from different suppliers. The suppliers are just independent contractors of our tour products, neither our agents nor employees.
Although we will assist with booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agent, not as an agent of the airline and/or cruise company. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled trains or flights we have arranged in tours, and we make sure your trip will be carried out smoothly. If unfortunately the train or flight arranged is cancelled or chartered, we will discuss with you for an alternative plan.
We take all benefits and losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, hotel room rates, currency exchange, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
To help customers have a better understanding on levels of the hotel accommodation arranged in our tour itineraries, we display stars to some hotels depending on their accommodation facilities, services and average review scores on platforms. Please be aware that the actual star ranking might be different from that of local regulations, independent third parties or accommodation providers themselves.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, natural hazards, flights and cruises delay or cancellation. But we will try the best to help our clients.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services that the guests book directly with the local tour supplier, guide or driver beyond our confirmed itinerary. Guests will take full responsibility for any loss on shopping, extra sightseeing or activity etc., while for some disputes, we can help to mediate.
