Langtang Valley Trek 7 Days

Langtang Valley is a short cultural mountain Trek in Nepal. It is the nearest Himalayan destination from Kathmandu, and it can reach the high mountains within a few days' walking distance. It is a one-week mountain trip from Kathmandu to Kathmandu and a perfect itinerary for families with kids, elderlies, beginners, and those traveling for a short time in Nepal.
Nepal's 7-day Langtang Valley Trek is also a cultural journey to the Himalayas. You can see Tibeto-Nepalese culture and religious monuments in this region. This trip is inside the Langtang National Park, which is also one of the best places for the birdwatchers. The Langtang National Park is home to three hundred-plus species of birds. You may see Himalayan Langur (grey monkey), red panda, Himalayan Thar, deer, and other wild animals. At the same time, you walk inside this national park.
Langtang Valley Trekking for seven days begins from Kathmandu, and it will take a long drive on hillside roads to Syabrubesi on the first day. After driving for around eight hours on a public Bus, you reach Syafrubesi and stay overnight. Public transportation may not be comfortable, so you can hire a private jeep instead if you want comfortable road travel.
After the first night spent in Syabru Besi, you start walking towards Lama Hotel on the second day. You will pass a big natural marijuana field along the way today and see many rock bees. You follow the Langtang River most of the time today. After Lama Hotel, you trek to Mundu Village by passing Langtang Village today on the third day of Langtang Valley Trek.
Ont h fourth day, you trek to Kyanjin Gumba, which is the last destination of the Langtang Valley 7 days trek. You reach for Lunch at Kyanjin Gumba from Mundu, so you can hike up to Kyanjin Ri to see stunning mountain views, valleys, and Lirung Glacier. You can visit a monastery and Yak Cheese factory in the evening today and then stay overnight in Kyanjin Gumba.
You trek back on the same trail to Lama Hotel on the fifth day from Kyanjin Gumba and walk to Syabru Besi on the sixth day before taking a drive back to Kathmandu on the seventh day.

Trek from Sybrubensi to Lama Hotel (2410m/7906.8 feet) 6-7 hrs.
After breakfast in Syafrubesi, you walk towards Lamahotel by following the Langtang River. Initially, you cross a suspension bridge over the Bhotekoshi River and then take a right. You will see dense bushes of Marijuana after you walk around half an hour from Syabru Besi and then cross another bridge over the Langtang River. You can see a lot of Beehive when you cross Pairo, walk around two hours to Bamboo, and stop for Lunch. After Lunch, you climb on a steep trail to Rimche for an hour and a half and walk on the descending trail for the last half an hour to Lama Hotel. Overnight in Lamahotel.
Trek from Lama Hotel to Mundu Village (3,543m/11,624 feet) 7 hrs.
You start seeing mountains from today. You walk on a gradually ascending trail for around two hours to the River Side from Lama Hotel and then climb for an hour to Ghodatabela. You will have open views after you cross Ghoda Tabela and walk to Thangsyap for Lunch. After Lunch, you walk around an hour and a half to Langtang Village, trek another half an hour to Mundu, and stay overnight.
Trek from Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gompa (3870m/12696.85 feet) 3 hrs and hike to Kyanjin Ri (4773m / 15655 feet) 3 hrs.
Today, you reach very near to the high mountains. You walk for around three hours to Kyanjin Gumba, enjoying pristine mountain views. You have Lunch in Kyanjin, then hike up to Kyanjin Ri for two hours to see Himalayan Vista. After taking benefit of unreal views from Kyanjin Ri, you hike back to Kyanjin Gumba. If you are not tired, you can visit a Buddhist Monastery and Yak Cheese factory in Kyanjin Gompa in the evening and stay overnight in Kyanjin.
Trek back from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2410m/7906.8 feet) 7 hrs.
After breakfast, you trek back to the Lama Hotel and walk through Mundu, Langtang Village, Thangsyap, Ghoda Tabela, and Riverside. Today, you leave the mountains behind, bring sweet memories, and stay overnight in the Lama Hotel.
Trek back from Lama Hotel to Sybrubensi (1500m.)
Today is the last walking day of the one-week Langtang Valley Trek. You walk on a gradually ascending trail for half an hour to Rimche and then descend towards Syabru Besi via Bamboo, Pairo, and Domen. You spend the last night of this short mountain trek in Syabrubesi today in a guesthouse.
Drive back to Kathmandu.
Today, you drive back to Kathmandu on a public bus for around eight hours. You can celebrate your successful mountain trek this evening in Kathmandu.

Term and Conditions
Frolic Adventure requests you to read the terms and conditions at the time of any trip booking. After going through our terms and conditions, be sure that you are ok by the contract between you and Frolic Adventure. Please, feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding terms and conditions.
Changes in Bookings
You can change your booking trip to the trip anywhere inside Nepal. We are always dedicated to lead you on your interesting and targeted destinations. It depends on your physical fitness, time and interest. You will be responsible for the additional costs of the trip.
Cancellation and Refund
The following conditions apply for the trip cancellation and refund:
If you do not want to do a trip for the time you booked, 20% of the deposit amount will not be refunded. But you can add that money if you want to do next trip.
if you cancel the trip before 30 days of your trip date, 20% of the trip cost will be deducted
if you cancel the trip 4 weeks before the departure date- 45%
if you cancel the trip 2 weeks before the departure date- 75%
if you cancel the trip 1 week or less before the departure date- 100%
Notes:
The system to cancel the trip to Tibet and Bhutan is different. Please, contact us for the detailed information.
You can postpone your trip without cancellation charge till next year but you should inform us before 3 weeks of departure via mail. If the rate becomes expensive at the time you want to do the trip, you need to cover up the increased price.
If the trips you book through the other agent at your place, they refund you according to their company rules and regulations. So, you better to contact them directly.
Trip cancelled by the company:
If we cancel your trip, your deposit and any other payments will be fully refunded. If any circumstances that will be out of our control, the reasonable expenses we have already paid will be deducted from the deposited amount.
Guides/Porters:
Any trekking/tour/climbing guides and porters belong to the company deserve company’s authority. If you or the company staff showed any illegal things or activities, we are forced to cancel your trip and no refund is made.
Travel Insurance:
The travellers/trekkers must have travel insurance before coming to Nepal that covers accidents, emergency evacuation if you need rescue and so on. For more details, please see our travel insurance page.
Passport/Visa
All of you must have your valid passport with at least 6 months from your valid passport with at least 6 months from your return date and visa can be obtained from Nepalese embassies or consulate in your country or at arrival in Kathmandu airport. Acceptance of risk and responsibilities:
Our achievement lies in the excellent services by performing our duty honestly. We are dedicated to making your trips memorable and exciting. But, we are not responsible for the changes in itinerary due to the unavoidable situation that is out of our control like government restriction, soil erosion, flood and avalanches, road blockage, strikes, weather problem, problems from machinery things, your sickness and other various causes. We are not liable for the loss of your belongings, injuries or death due to those naturally occurring unavoidable cases.

If you have any complaints or suggestions about anything of organizer or staffs, please you can tell to the authorized person who is with you then we will take appropriate action.
