You will start off with a flight to one of the world’s most exciting airports, Lukla Airport in Solukhumbu. The flight takes you over the Himalayas, giving you a breathtaking panorama view of the Himalayas, including the famous Mt. Everest, standing there with its snow-clad peak in all its glory. Landing at Lukla Airport is going to be a lifetime experience in itself.
In the afternoon, you can stroll around Lukla. Lukla village is a popular place to visit in the Khumbu area. It is the starting point for all hiking trips in the Everest region.

Your trek begins in Lukla along the Dudh Koshi (Milky River), which makes its way into the distance. You will be surrounded by lush greenery as you stroll through a rhododendron forest, with the scent of evergreen oak filling the air. As you ascend, the sight of snow-capped peaks emerges, indicating that the journey ahead will become more challenging.
Along the way, you'll see snow-fed rivers winding through the landscape. After crossing a suspension bridge and passing by several Buddhist stupas, you'll arrive at Mongo, which marks the beginning of an adventure that will test your mental and physical endurance.

The treks will begin relatively easy but become more difficult over time. You will catch your first glimpse of Everest as you cross the mighty Dudh Koshi. The trail will lead you to Manjo, where you can stop for lunch. The next section of the trail will be more difficult. As we get closer to Namche, the treks become steeper and higher in elevation, causing shortness of breath.
You should not rush but rather move slowly and steadily. You'll make a stop at Namche Bazaar for the night. It is bustling with activity, and people from the Solukhumbu region come together there to conduct business. Shops, restaurants, hotels, banks, and internet services allow you to stay in touch with your loved ones back home. Namche Bazaar provides an intriguing glimpse into how the people of the region live.

Namche Bazaar is also called the Sherpa Capital. You can spend your time acclimating, relaxing, and exploring the surrounding areas. Most trekkers prefer getting up before dawn to take in the breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and other majestic peaks in Sagarmatha National Park. One can see the shadow of the mountains being pan-projected onto the clouds above and truly appreciate their size.
Try salt-butter tea and champa, a kind of barley that is popular among the Sherpas in the area, as a source of energy. The lively cultural Saturday market is worth a visit, and it's usually packed with traders desperate to sell what they have to offer.

On day six of your Everest Base Camp Trek, you'll travel from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche. This part of the trek has one of the most difficult climbs in terms of elevation gain, climbing approximately 4,000 feet (1,200 meters). However, the effort is unquestionably rewarded with breathtaking views of the Everest Mountain Range, making this one of the most memorable and rewarding parts of the entire trek.

You will travel from Tengboche to Dingboche and spend a spectacular day immersed in natural beauty. Trekking through the valley offers breathtaking views of the glacier river below and the majestic snow-capped peaks in the distance. Along the way, you'll pass through the charming village of Pangboche and catch a glimpse of the iconic Ama Dablam mountain, adding to the highlights of your Nepal hiking trip.

We begin our trek, following the trail to Everest Base Camp. The steep ascent from Thukla to Memorial Park is the most difficult section of the Everest Base Camp trekking route. Along this stretch, you'll see breathtaking views of nature's beauty, with numerous prayer flags decorating the landscape in honor of brave mountaineers. We'll spend the night in Lobuche, the EBC trail's second-highest village.

Because of the climate at that elevation, the trail to Gorakshep is sparse. Along the way, the trail will be covered in snow. From this high viewpoint, you will have breathtaking panoramic views of Mt. Everest and its surrounding peaks.
We've arrived in Gorakshep and are ready for some well-deserved rest. However, if you are feeling energetic, you can also visit Kala Patthar on the same day for a breathtaking sunset view of the Himalayas.

Our next stop is Kala Patthar, standing at 5450 meters (Kala means black, Patthar means rock), followed by a visit to Everest Base Camp. You'll see nature at its most magnificent and unspoiled, with breathtaking views of Mount Everest and the Khumbu Glacier Valley. After the demanding trek, we'll return to Gorakshep, where you can eat and hopefully find some warmth for a good night's rest.

The plan is to trek back to Namche Bazaar. The trail descends to the Dudh Kosi, where you'll see a variety of water-powered prayer wheels. You'll return to Sagarmatha National Park after walking through pine and cedarwood-lined paths. Along the way, you'll catch glimpses of the majestic Lhotse-Nuptse Wall and Mount Everest from behind. Take a moment to appreciate the surreal scenery. After a few hours of trekking, you'll arrive in Namche and spend the night.

The trail descends and crosses the Dudh Kosi, passing a number of water-powered prayer wheels. Trekking back through Sagarmatha National Park along paths surrounded by pine and cedarwoods, you'll eventually arrive at Chumoa Village, a picturesque spot for lunch. Continue along the riverside until you reach Phakding. You should have no trouble breathing at this point.
As you make your way towards Lukla, the fading sight of distant snowy peaks signals the end of the most difficult part of the journey and the beginning of a thrilling adventure that has tested your limits. After hiking for hours through a lovely rhododendron forest with the Dudh Koshi (Milky River) winding around you, you'll reach Lukla. Here, you can relax and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The flight back to Kathmandu departs before 10:00 a.m. The scheduled flight time may change depending on weather conditions. When you arrive back in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will spend the day relaxing and reflecting on your trip.

Your trip will come to an end today. Our representative will pick you up with a private van and drop you off at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport approximately three hours before your scheduled flight back to your home or other destination.

Terms & Conditions
Introductory provision:
“Company” refers to Asian Heritage Travel.
“Customer” refers to any person or organization trading with the Company or its employees or sub-contractors whether relating to the Companies products or services.
“Contract” refers to the agreement between the Company and the Customer in relation to a booking.
“Holiday package” refers to any activity, trek, tour, course, accommodation or service offered by the Company.
“Working days” means: Sundays to Fridays, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
“Office hours” mean: Sundays to Fridays from 08:00-18:00, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
“Group member” refers to an individual who falls within a group which is related to a Holiday package being offered by the Company.
Terms & Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions, together with all information relating to your chosen Holiday package, shall be part of the Contract between Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions (“the Company”) and you (“the Customer”). Please read them carefully as they set out your and our respective rights and obligations. By asking the Company to confirm your booking, the Company is entitled to assume that the Customer has had the opportunity to read these booking conditions and legally agrees to abide by them.
Note:
When you confirm the Holiday package, we need a photo copy of your passport and upon the creation of the Contract; a deposit must be paid equal to 15% of the total agreed travel sum. The remainder of the travel sum must be received by the Company no later than six weeks before the day of departure. If the Contract is concluded within 6 weeks of the day of departure, the travel sum must be paid immediately and in full. Different terms and conditions may exist between other Customers and the Company; these terms and conditions are not transferable. In addition, payment arrangements may differ. This will not render the remainder of the contract void.
Asian Heritage Travel cannot be held responsible for the following:
• Injury, accident, illness, death while on the Holiday package unless negligence is proven against the Company.
• The loss, theft or damage to valuable or personal property such as camera, sunglasses, luggage.
• Alterations in the itinerary, and any subsequent costs, resulting from such events as illness of a Group member, unsafe weather conditions, delayed flights, and non-granting of permits or visas.
Cancelation charges:
Should you need to cancel your chosen Holiday package after it has been confirmed, you must immediately inform the Company in written form by recorded delivery post, fax or email. The notice of cancellation will only be effective when the Company receives it in written form. Cancellations outside Office hours are deemed to have been made on the next Working day.
If a contract is cancelled, the Customer is liable to pay cancellation charges in addition to any booking charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:
• cancellation up to the 42nd day before the day of departure: the deposit;
• cancellation from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the day of departure: 35% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 28th day up to the 21st day before the day of departure: 40% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 21st day up to the 14th day before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 14th day up to the 5th day before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 5th day up to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;
• cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.

● 11 nights of hotel accommodation at an available local lodge on a twin-sharing (during the trekking) including breakfast.
● All land transport by private vehicle.
● Trekking insurance for the guide.
● Kathmandu/Ramechhap-Lukla-Ramechhap/Kathmandu flight ticket for you and your trekking guide.
● All necessary trekking permits and national park fees.
● First-aid medical kit (carried by the guide).
● Food (Lunch, Dinner), Drinks, and beverage bills for all places.
● Tips for guides, and drivers.
● Porter (one porter can carry up to 18 kilos of luggage and share it between different clients.)(Extra charge of USD 25 per day per porter including his food, accommodation, wages, and trekking insurance)
● Extra costs for upgrading rooms and services at hotels.
● International flight tickets.
● Nepal visa fees (two passport photographs).
● Travel and medical insurance, and emergency evacuation if required.
● Personal nature expenses (telephone, laundry, titbits, etc.)
● Costs arising from natural calamities, mishaps, or anything beyond our control (costs are not refundable and transferable in any way if you leave the trek voluntarily and want to return from the trek early).
● Any other items that are not specified in the included section.
● Breakfast for the whole trip.
● One professional trekking guide including his expenses such as food, accommodation, insurance, first-aid kit, and trekking gear.
