Land in Bali and settle-in to your boutique Balinese-style hotel. Head out to the remote village of Pinge for a visit to a local family to learn all about Balinese culture. Enjoy dinner on the beach before heading out to the central Balinese town of Ubud. Over the next three days, we’ll enjoy wood carving & Balinese dance classes, visit towering temples set amongst rice fields, take a cooking class with a private chef and lend a hand at the Begawan Foundation’s educational program which supports at-need children in the area. Venture to Ubud’s Monkey Forest and hike
through Campuhan Ridge to uncover a traditional Balinese spa tucked in the middle of rice terraces before heading back to the coast. The final three days of the journey include a day with the Ocean Gardener project snorkeling and replanting coral, visiting the R.O.L.E Foundation to learn about sustainability on the island, uncovering the iconic Uluwatu Temple at sunset and an unforgettable Farewell Dinner on the beach.
