6 Days Kilimanjaro Climb and 5 Days Safari

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be met by a Golden World Explore representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and acclimating to the altitude.

After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro National Park gate at Machame. Start your trek to Machame Camp (9,800 ft) and hike for about 6 hours. Dinner and overnight at Machame Camp. 

After breakfast, start your trek to Shira Plateau (12,500 ft). Hike for about 5 hours through the heather and moorland zone. Dinner and overnight at Shira Plateau Camp.

After breakfast, start your trek to Barranco Camp (13,044 ft). Hike for about 6 hours, passing through the Lava Tower and Barranco Wall. Dinner and overnight at Barranco Camp.

After breakfast, start your trek to Karanga Valley (13,106 ft). Hike for about 4 hours through the alpine desert zone. Dinner and overnight at Karanga Valley Camp.

After a midnight wake-up call, start your final ascent to Uhuru Peak (19,341 ft) via Stella Point. Reach the summit in time for sunrise and take photos. Descend to Barafu Camp for lunch, then continue to Mweka Camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, start your descent to Mweka Gate (5,400 ft). Meet your Golden World Explore representative and transfer to Moshi for a celebration dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart from Moshi and drive to Tarangire National Park. Check into your mid-range Golden World Explore lodge in the park, and then go on an afternoon game drive. See elephants, giraffes, lions, and more.

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop for a picnic lunch and game drive en route. Check into your mid-range Golden World Explore campsite in Serengeti and relax.

After breakfast, go on a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park. See the wildebeest migration and the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos) in their natural habitat. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue with game drive in the afternoon. Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, go on a morning game drive in the park, and then return to the campsite for check out. Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch en route. Arrive in the late afternoon and check into your mid-range Golden World Explore lodge. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the crater and relax.

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage. Depart for Arusha with a picnic lunch en route. Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon, where the safari ends.
