BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation and Payment:
a. To secure your safari booking, a non-refundable deposit is usually required at the time of booking. The specific deposit amount will be 30% of the total amount as per the specific safari.
b. The remaining balance is typically due a certain number of days before the safari departure date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. If you need to cancel your safari booking, you must notify us in writing.
b. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount of refund you are entitled to will depend on the notice period given. The closer to the departure date you cancel, the less likely you are to receive a refund.
c. We may offer partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or death in the immediate family. It is advisable to inquire about our policy regarding such situations.
Cancellation Policy:
The price include all expenses as outlined in the itinerary
Transport are in tour vans with pop up roof for easy game viewing
All payments should be settled before the departure
Clients will share the safari facilities i.e water, accommodation
In case the booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall appy:
- Above 14 days - 25%
- 14 - 8 days - 50%
- 7 - 1 days - 75%
- No show - 100%
Changes and Amendments:
a. If you wish to make changes or amendments to your safari booking, such as altering the travel dates, adding or removing participants, or changing accommodations, you should contact us as soon as possible.
b. We will inform you if the requested changes can be accommodated. Additional charges may apply for modifications, and the availability of alternative arrangements will depend on various factors, including the availability of accommodations and our policies.
Travel Insurance:
a. It is highly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings.
b. We may require proof of travel insurance before your departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate coverage for the duration of your safari.
Health and Safety:
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to participate in a safari. Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or medical precautions. Consult with your healthcare provider or travel clinic for guidance.
b. Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by us and guides during the safari. Wildlife encounters can be unpredictable, and it is important to respect the animals and their natural habitat.
Force Majeure:
a. We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations that occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, acts of terrorism, or extreme weather conditions.
b. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives or reschedule the safari. However, additional costs incurred as a result of these circumstances may be your responsibility.
Liability:
a. The company and its employees or agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense arising from personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or any other incident that may occur during the safari, unless it is due to our negligence or willful misconduct.
b. It is recommended to review our liability and responsibility policy to understand the extent of our obligations.
