Sri Lanka Itinerary 14 Days

Upon arrival at the Colombo International Airport, you will be met by a Holiday Lanka Tours chauffeur guide and the airport staff who will offer your assistance. Thereafter proceed to Colombo and check in at your hotel (Approx. 40 min) Colombo is the commercial and largest city, in the afternoon you will be taken a city tour in Colombo including a visit to the National Museum, Gangarama temple, and late evening return to your hotel.

After breakfast proceed to Bentota and check in at your beach hotel (Approx. 01 h and 40 min) Bentota Bay Beach is one of the best locations for your beach holiday. In the afternoon you will start a round tour of Bentota including a visit to the Sea Turtle Protection Association, Bentota River, and other water activities. End of the tour return to your resort in Bentota.

After breakfast proceed to Hikkaduwa transfer time (Approx. 01 h and 15 min) Hikkaduwa is a small beach it has a beautiful beach with many water sports such as Snorkeling, Diving, speed boat, Jet Sky riding, and also the best surfing spot in Sri Lanka. In the afternoon leisure at the beach.

After breakfast, you will start to do water sports or full-day leisure by the beach. End of the activities return to your beach resort in Hikkaduwa.

After breakfast proceeds to the major city of Galle (Transfer time Approx. 01 h and 15 min) Galle is a nice beach town, in the afternoon you will start a city tour in Galle including a visit to the Galle Fort, National Maritime Museum, and Lighthouse. Late evening you will check in at your beach hotel in Galle.

Breakfast at your hotel proceed to Mirissa and check in at your beach hotel (Approx. 01 hours and 15 min) Mirissa is a small beach town this amazing sandy beach paradise boasts some of Sri Lanka’s best and most stunning sunsets and sunrises. In the afternoon you will walk around the beach and have leisure, also you will have a chance to enjoy a seafood dinner.

Early morning Whale watching safari at Mirissa beach, end of the safari return to your hotel and spend the day in leisure, and also you can do some other water sports.

After breakfasts proceed to Yala and visit the Tangalle beach and Tissamaharaama temple (Approx. 01 h and 15 min) Tangalle is the largest city, also it is an important fishing port. In the afternoon you will reach your hotel in Tissamahaarama (Yala) and relax in the evening.

Early morning you will visit Yala National Park by a 4x4 jeep car (safari time 03 to 04 hours) Yala is the most popular second largest wildlife park in Sri Lanka, during your safari, you will see a crowd of Elephants, leopards, and a lot of other animals. End of the safari proceed to Ella while visiting waterfalls and Tea plantations, check in at your hotel in the evening and relax in the cool climate.

After breakfast city tour in Ella including visiting Little Adam's Peak, Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, and Ella rock viewpoint. End of the tour proceed to Nuwara Eliya "Little England’ (Approx. 01 h and 45 min) Nuwara Eliya is known for being the coolest area in Sri Lanka. In the evening relax and enjoy the cool climate.

After the breakfast city tour in Nuwara Eliya including visiting the Hakgala Royal Botanical Gardens. This garden has a cool temperate climate, walk around the garden and enjoy the nature experience, end of the visit drive back to your hotel and route visit the tea plantation, evening relax in the cool climate.​

After breakfast tour Kandy and visit Kitulgala for a Water rafting tour. (Approx. 02 h and 15 min) In the afternoon reach Kandy and check in at your hotel, late evening attend a spectacle of colorful and dynamic Kandyan dances. (Optional)

After breakfast at your hotel pay a visit to the sacred temple of the tooth relic, (Dalada Maligawa) which is considered to be the most prized treasure in Sri Lanka, and the seal of sovereignty a Buddha's tooth, enclosed in a sacred relic. End of the visit drive back to Negombo and conduct a visit to the Pinnewala Elephant orphanage in time to witness the bathing and bottle feeding of baby elephants. (Approx. 03 Hours) Negombo is located in Approx. (10km) from Bandaranaike International Airport. In the evening check in at your hotel and relax.

After breakfast, you will proceed to the airport in time for the connecting Flight. with happy Sri Lanka travel memories.
