6 Day Sri Lanka Itinerary

On arrival, you will be met by our English-speaking chauffeur guide and the Airport staff who will offer assistance. Thereafter proceed to Kandy and route visit the Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage in time to witness the bathing and bottle feeding of baby elephants. In the afternoon conduct a city tour in Kandy including paying a visit to the scared temple of the tooth relic, (Dalada Maligawa) which considered being the most prized treasure in Sri Lanka, and the seal of sovereignty: a Buddha's tooth, enclosed in a sacred relic. In the evening attend the cultural dance show. (optional)

After breakfast, visit the Royal Botanical Garden in Kandy. Thereafter proceed to Peradeniya station to conduct a scenic train through the tea plantations to Nuwara Eliya, your chauffeur guide will meet you at the Nanu Oya station. (optional) In the afternoon visit Gregory Lake and walk around the garden, in the evenings relax in the cool climate.

Early morning excursion to Horton Plains with a packet of breakfast (Short Trek to Bakers Falls and World’s End) Horton Plains National Park, a World Heritage Site roosted on the southern edge of the central highlands. End of the trekking tour return to your hotel and take a rest, thereafter travel to Ella while visiting waterfalls and tea plantations in the evening visit the Ella rock viewpoint.

After breakfast visit Little Adam's Peak and Nine Arches Bridge thereafter proceed to Mirissa and route visit the Udawalawe National Park, afternoon jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park by a 4x4 car to see the wild elephants and other animals, late evening drive to Mirissa and check in your hotel.

Early morning Whale watching safari at Mirissa beach end of the boat safari drive back to Colombo and while visiting the Bentota turtle hatchery, also Bentota is the right location for other water activities such as Boat ride, Snorkeling, etc... In the afternoon visit the capital of Sri Lanka Colombo is a very busy commercial city your chauffeur guide will take you on a city tour of Colombo including a visit to the National Museum Gangarama temple and a late evening shopping tour in Colombo. 

After breakfast, you will proceed to the airport in time for the connecting Flight.
