4-Days 3-Nights Nile Cruise Trip From Luxor to Aswan

Then, start your tour by visiting the largest temple ever: Karnak temple built through 2000 years, covering an area of about 63 acres. Breakfast and start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to explore the Theban Necropolis by visiting the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the New kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.

Continue, to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, that was renewed and rebuilt by the Polish mission in Egypt since 1960 up till these days. Listen to the queen’s interesting story from your Egyptology guide and know how she managed to rule as a sole Pharaoh.

End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Return back to the Cruise by noon to have your lunch. Start sailing down the River Nile, afternoon tea on the sundeck. Cross Esna Lock and overnight in Edfu.

Late in the afternoon, stop at Kom Ombo city where to visit the unique double temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and Horus, the falcon God. The temple was relocated to its current location by UNESCO after the building of the High Dam in order to prevent its inundation. The island was carefully selected to match the original settings on which the temple was originally built. Enjoy free time to explore the beauty of the temple and its surroundings.
