Hanoi City Tour (B)

After breakfast, our guide will meet you and take you on a tour of Hanoi, Vietnam's charming capital. Today, you’ll enjoy a full day of sightseeing, starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes his mausoleum, garden, house on stilts, and a museum that highlights his life and work.

Our first stop is the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, the revered leader of Vietnam. Located in the center of Ba Dinh Square, this is the most significant monument in the country, where his body is preserved. The mausoleum is open from 08:00 to 11:00 on Tuesdays through Thursdays and on weekends.

Next, we’ll visit the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Completed in 1958 as a birthday gift for Ho Chi Minh, the house symbolizes his modest lifestyle.

Nearby, you’ll find the One Pillar Pagoda, an iconic structure resembling a lotus flower emerging from a pond. Built in 1049 by King Ly Thai Tong, it was inspired by his dream of the Goddess of Mercy seated on a lotus and blessing him with a son. The pagoda was destroyed by the French in 1954 but was rebuilt in 1955.

We’ll then visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. This ancient temple offers a glimpse into the history of education in Vietnam, spanning over a thousand years.

In the afternoon, we’ll explore the fascinating Ethnology Museum, dedicated to Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. The museum features both indoor and outdoor exhibits showcasing traditional architecture and the lifestyles of these diverse communities. Please note, the museum is closed on Mondays.

Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

День 3

Hanoi- Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B/L)

Next, we’ll continue our journey through the limestone peaks to Tam Coc, passing picturesque rice paddies and rural villages. This area offers a fantastic opportunity to capture stunning photos of farmers harvesting rice and the beautiful dry cave along the underground river.

As we sail, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to capture the breathtaking scenery. Onboard, we’ll enjoy a delicious seafood lunch featuring fresh, local dishes.
