Lemosho Route - Climb Kilimanjaro in 9-day
О туре
Visit the most beautiful tour that takes you to the 5 ecologically climate zones for an unforgettable tour adventure on this 9-day Kilimanjaro climbing Lemosho route, making it the perfect choice to conquer Africa's tallest peak at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet). This adventure begins and ends in Moshi; it costs $3150 to $5,000 per person.
The 9-day Kilimanjaro Climbing is the best expedition tour that offers remarkable adventure, allowing trekkers to explore diverse ecosystems, experience unique landscapes, and achieve the incredible feat of standing on the roof of Africa. It's an adventure that requires careful planning, preparation, and choosing a reputable tour operator to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Also, this 9-day Kilimanjaro climb offers several routes that can be extended to 9 days for better acclimatization and summit success. The Lemosho, Northern Circuit, and Rongai routes all provide diverse landscapes and gradually ascending paths, increasing climbers' chances of reaching the 5,895-meter (19,341-foot) summit while savoring Kilimanjaro's breathtaking beauty.
This 9-day Lemosho route is the longest and most scenic route on Mount Kilimanjaro. The Lemosho Route begins at the Lemosho Glades trailhead at an elevation of 2,360 meters. The climb starts at Londorossi Gate at an altitude of 2360 meters. It takes 7-9 days to complete and covers a distance of approximately 70 kilometers. The shortest number of days required is 7, but it is best done over 8 or 9 days to increase your chances of success.
The 9-day Lemosho route approaches the mountain from the west, through forest and moorland. The route crosses the caldera of Shira volcano and explores the rock formations of the plateau. The route also traverses beneath the southern ice.
The 9-day Kilimanjaro climbing lemosho route is the most popular choice route because it offers a good balance of low traffic, scenic views, and a high summit-success rate. It is considered moderately difficult due to its distance and elevation gain. However, when you factor in the favorable acclimatization schedule, it is actually fairly easy.
