6 days Camping Safari from Lusaka to Livingstone or vice versa through Kafue National Park.
Pick-up from your accommodation in Livingstone in the early morning and drive to Kafue National Park– one of the world’s largest national parks with some 22,400 km2. We enter at the southern gate and drive via Nanzhila Plains up to Lake Ithezi Thezi, where we will explore the area on a game drive.

After a morning drive along the lake shore we head north to the central area of the Kafue National Park on the ‘Spinal Road’ to our next campsite at Kasabushi Lodge. We will do game drives in this area.

In the morning we pack up camp and head further north to our next stop at Mayukuyuku Camp.
We have 2 days to do game drives in this area. Several small rivers cross this area. These leave a number of waterholes in the dry season for the animals to quench their thirst. Wild dogs, which roam large areas of the park, cheetah and lion as well as the elusive leopard are among the inhabitants here.
