This trip is designed for those who want to reconnect with their past and find information about their ancestors who lived in Slovakia. A long time ago many Slovaks emigrated to America and other countries in order to search and start a better life. Now many years later, a lot of people started to show increased interest in finding out more about their ancestors and therefore to find out more about themselves. Family is a great support in life and knowing where you come from and your roots can better help you understand yourself. This trip will give you the opportunity to go back in past, visit the villages where your family comes from, speak with locals to find out about costumes and history. We can help you to draw your family tree if you wish so at an additional cost. Don’t miss this beautiful chance to go back in time.
What you need to do is, to give us the surname of your family, the name of the village where they come from, their date of birth. Furthermore, any original documents are very helpful too. If we need more information we will contact you.
Apart from this, we can tailor your visit according to your interests. We can even take you to visit historical places, nature national parks, spas, wineries, UNESCO heritage sites and much more.
