After Breakfast, meeting in the lobby of your hotel to start the panoramic visit of the future Dubai, which gives us the opportunity to have a close look at the most developed city on the planet, the city of the future where incomparable projects are being established. We will start with the Jumeirah Mosque with its magnificent mixture of Ottoman and Arabic art. We will continue with a panoramic view of the Burj Al Arab, the 7-star hotel where you will have the opportunity to take some pictures and then we will move to ’Palm Jumeirah’ island, the eighth wonder of the modern world, a stop at the breakwater where you can admire the island of Dubai Eye and watch its famous wheel, the biggest in the world, the JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) walk, and Dubai Marina, which is considered the largest coastal master plan in its style where we will be heading to, so we can admire the 200 skyscrapers in the city, including the Cayan Tower (the twisted tower).
Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will continue the visit to the traditional Al Bastakiya neighborhood where we will appreciate the wind tower, the first natural air conditioner, the coffee museum, and art galleries. Then, we will go through the market of fabrics where you can see an endless selection of raw silk, cotton, and embroidered fabrics. We will continue to take a ride in ’Abra’ (water taxi) crossing the creek to experience the exotic aromas of Dubai’s Spice Souk and the shine of gold at the largest gold market in the world. Our visit ends at Dubai Mall where you can ascend to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world or you can relish a shopping experience in the mall.

After Breakfast. Departure to Abu Dhabi; We will pass through the free trade zone of Dubai and the most famous and largest man-made port in the Middle East, Jabel Ali.
Arriving to Discover the highlights of Abu Dhabi the capital of the United Arab Emirates, the Manhattan of the Middle East and the administrative center of the country where we will visit the Great Mosque of Sheikh Zayed built in 2008, the third largest mosque in the world, distinguished by its magnificent Islamic architecture and its pure white color. The white marble covers all its facades and columns which are adorned with Quranic verses. Heading for the heart of the capital, we will pass by Al Maqta Bridge built by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid and then we will get into the Sheikhs residential neighborhood called AL BATEEN where we can find the royal palaces and the presidential palace of the current President Sheikh Khalifa; then a panoramic stop to appreciate ’Emirates Palace Hotel’ the most luxurious all over the world. We will continue to the promenade, known as ’the Corniche’ where you can take fantastic pictures of the artificial island of ’ Al Lulú’ and ’Etihad towers’, then we will proceed to the traditional village ’Heritage Village’.
After lunch, we will visit the Louvre Museum, the only one of its kind in the Arab world. The great museum is being build as a new culture hub for the Middle East where different cultures meet to shed a new light to the shared stories of humanity. Eventually, we will end our day by a brief stop in the Ferrari theme park, the largest covered park in the world.

After breakfast, morning at leisure.
Around 1500 hrs. pick up for DESERT SAFARI WITH BBQ DINNER. Your tour begins with an unforgettable roller coaster drive in the desert skimming over the magnificent Sand Dunes. After which we will proceed, towards our camp with a stop en route to experience a memorable desert sunset. A traditional welcome awaits our guests with Arabic coffee, tea, and dates while the charcoal fires and the traditional oven is lit in preparation for our evening dinner. Take some time out to relax in the Arabic tents furnished with carpets and pillows for your comfort or chill out by the campfire. Get a henna tattoo or experience an unforgettable camel ride while we wait for the highlight of the evening which includes a Tanoura dance show and an exotic belly performance to the rhythmic beat of Arabia. Our evening ends with a delicious three course barbeque meal with a variety of meats and salads served beneath the starlit skies, accompanied by authentic Arabic music. After dinner, we will drive back to the city.

Source of life in UAE, where the idea of the union arose: Al Ain place from where the royal family Al Nahyan left for Abu Dhabi. Before arriving in the city, we will appreciate the views of the reddish dunes. Arrival in Al Ain, this impressive oasis is filled with palm plantations, many of which are still working farms. visit to the Al Ain Museum, a cultural museum where you can see the commercial and social activities of the Bedouins since 1723; stop at Qasr al Muwaiji Palace, majestic palace with an impressive structure where the current president Sheikh Khalifa was born.
We will continue with the visit of Qasr Al Ain, the ancient palace of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the only palace that remained of the old palaces where you can see the daily life of the sheikhs; we will appreciate the Jebel Hafeet mountain of 1200 meters high which acts as a border between UAE and Oman, then we will look at the area of excavations and sulfur water. Have Lunch at Al Bawadi and then we will share an amazing experience in the camel market.

Payments
For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the full payment must reach us 90 days before the travel date in case of group bookings and 60 days before in case of individual (FIT) bookings. Culture Holidays hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas/ New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.
Mode of Payment
Payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization through credit cards or online through our payment gateway using Master/Visa credit cards. In case of payment through credit card, a small amount of bank processing fee would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.
Prices
Prices are per person based upon shared twin/Double room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Culture Holidays reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Culture Holidays receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.
Culture Holidays may offer reduced pricing/ offers on certain products or services. Reduced pricing/Offers applies only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received are not entitled to reduced pricing/offers..
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services.
120 days prior to arrival – 10% of the Tour.
120 - 61 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Tour.
60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.
30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 90% of the Tour.
Less than 72 hours or No Show – No Refund.
For any train or flights tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.
The deposits on the tours having special offers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.
Special Events & Products
Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, some customized groups including group tour airfares, tours with internal flights, and/or certain sea cruises as well as selected packages and hotels, and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.
Travel Insurance
You are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Group Harmony
Culture Holidays reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.
Age Requirements
Anyone under the age of 18 is considered to be a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
All bookings with a minor are subject to review and approval by the Culture Holidays. If the consent of a parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel, the accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that they and the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from applicable countries and regions. Culture Holidays will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
Details required for booking
You must provide the information requested by Culture Holidays along with final payment. If you fail to supply information required by Culture holidays for air tickets, tours, permits, or other inclusions, you will also be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion. In the event that you fail to supply information required, Culture holidays also reserves the right to treat your booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by the Culture Holidays, in its sole discretion. Culture Holidays will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.
Airfare
Tour prices do not include international or other airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Tour’s descriptions. Culture Holidays will quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared. Quotes provide an estimate only and are not a firm price commitment by Culture holidays.
Please consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable cancellation terms. Culture holidays is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times and does not provide advice or alerts regarding air travel tickets, flight status or delays.
Hotel Arrival and Departure Policy

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.
Booking on Behalf of others
If you are a travel agent or group leader, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Tour booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
Passports and Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and it is their responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region.
They MUST CHECK with their respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. We are not responsible for any cancellation of tour due to visa/passport. It is travelers responsibility to check all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region.
The travelers/Client accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. The traveler/Client is responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Operator that is a direct result of their failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. The Tour Operator does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment and you agree that the Tour Operator is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.
Special Requirements
In order to fully enjoy our tour, please select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities or consult us before booking the tour. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight, hearing or mobility impairments, are required to notify on email prior to reservation for review and our agreement.
Our liabilities & limitations
All efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or drastic increase in fuel costs etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such FORCE MAJEUR, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. Culture Holidays, New Delhi act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Without limitation, Culture Holidays is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Culture Holidays.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Not liable for third party suppliers
The Tour Operator makes arrangements with accommodation providers, activity providers, airlines, cruise lines, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with some or all of the components of your booking. Third Party Suppliers may also engage the services of local operators and sub-contractors. Although the Tour Operator takes all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, the Tour Operator is unable to control Third Party Suppliers, does not supervise Third Party Suppliers and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions.
Third party suppliers may utilize Culture Holidays' logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Culture Holidays' ownership, management or control. As a result, Culture Holidays is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party.
Acceptance of Risk
You acknowledge that the products and services offered by Culture Holidays may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By traveling with the Culture Holidays you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Culture Holidays from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel, including visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by Culture Holidays.
Amendments
The Tour Operator reserves the right to update or alter these Terms at any time, and will post the amended Terms on the Culture Holiday's website at https://www.cultureholidays.com/terms-conditions.htm We recommend that you refer to the Terms prior to travel to familiarize themselves with the most up-to-date version available.
Passenger Agreement
All passengers are required to complete a Passenger Agreement prior to travel and, by so doing, formally accept Culture Holidays Travel’s Terms & Conditions, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Agreement. Passengers booking online will be required to complete the Passenger Agreement at the time of booking. Passengers booking via telephone will be provided a verbal review of the Passenger Agreement which will be delivered via email shortly after the time of booking. Customers who are unable to receive and complete their Passenger Agreement via email may request the Agreement be provided via fax or mail. Travel documents will not be released without a completed Passenger Agreement. Culture Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings and return deposits without a completed Passenger Agreement.
