Wake up early and climb Sigiriya Rock. This is an opportunity to take some amazing pictures of the rock formation and city before the sun becomes too hot. Afterward, head back to your hotel for breakfast and then drive to Kandy.

On the way, we'll stop to visit the ancient Nalanda Gedige, a beautifully preserved site rich in history. Next, we'll explore the Matale Spice Garden (for a brief visit), where you'll get a glimpse of Sri Lanka's renowned spices. After that, as part of your Kandy city tour, we'll visit a Hindu temple, adding a cultural and spiritual touch to the day's journey.

In the evening, view the traditional Kandyan cultural dance performance and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we’ll begin the day with a visit to the Gem Museum and Workshop, where you’ll discover the brilliance of Sri Lanka’s precious stones and the craftsmanship behind them. Then, we’ll explore the lush Royal Botanic Gardens in Peradeniya, a paradise of exotic plants, orchids, and towering palms.

On our journey to Ella, we’ll make scenic stops at the stunning Ramboda Waterfall and visit a tea factory and plantation, where you can witness the tea-making process and savor a warm cup of fresh Ceylon tea.

After reaching Ella, we’ll head out for a hike to Little Adam’s Peak, a short and rewarding trek offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

Before heading directly to Tissamaharama, we'll stop to explore the famous Nine Arches Bridge, a stunning architectural marvel surrounded by lush greenery. Along the way, we'll also visit the Buduruwagala Temple in Wellawaya, known for its ancient rock carvings and serene atmosphere. After these enriching stops, we'll continue our journey to Tissamaharama.

Evening Yala National Park (Sri Lanka's most popular and biggest marine park) offers a thrilling evening 4x4 safari along the coast of the Indian Ocean.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Tissamaharama, we’ll begin our journey toward the beautiful southern coast.

En route, visit the Bentota Sea Turtle Hatchery & Rescue Center, where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s turtle conservation efforts and see rescued hatchlings being cared for.

Next, enjoy a peaceful Madu River Boat Safari, a relaxing cruise through mangrove forests, small islands, and rich wildlife habitats.

Continue your journey to explore the historic Galle Dutch Fort — originally built by the Portuguese in 1588 and further fortified by the Dutch in 1649. Walk along the cobblestone streets, colonial buildings, ramparts, and charming cafés inside this UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can also visit the Galle Dutch Museum, which displays artifacts reflecting the colonial era.

After sightseeing, we’ll proceed to the coastal paradise of Mirissa.

Earlier this morning, at 6.30 a.m., we watched a whale from Mirissa Port. Back to the hotel for a freshly prepared breakfast, and then get ready to check out as it’s time to say "goodbye" to Sri Lanka. You will be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo or Negombo for your onward journey back home.
