4-Day Escape to San Cristobal's Natural Paradise

Arrival at Puerto Baquerizo airport and with personalized welcome (Poster with names and waiting guide),The beach is 10 minutes from the San Cristobal airport.  Loberia is a beach at 10 minutes from the San Cristóbal airport. It is a coral sand beach with sea lions. That has been so named because of the large number of sea lions that rest on its rocks and sand. Despite being outside the boundaries of the National Park area, because of its great importance, the Park staff is in charge of its maintenance and care. In addition to the sea lions, you will be able to observe birds such as the sea canary, frigate birds and several species of finches. On the rocks, you will find large Galapagos marine iguanas, unique in the world.

Cerro tijeras is located a short distance from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Near this site operated La Predial, which was a fishing company that was present on this island from 1952 to 1960. The hill is frequently visited by frigates, hence its name. Here it is possible to see the magnificent and large frigates on the hill itself. This is the perfect place to compare and learn to distinguish them. The activities that can be done are: Hiking, snorkeling, photography and filming, After that we going to go to Interpretation center the tour offered by the facilities of the Interpretation Center takes us through the history of the Islands, in their natural, human and conservation contexts. And next to Playa Mann is a white sand beach formed by the fragmentation of shells, the clarity of its waters allows the practice of snorkeling. Due to its proximity to the town center this place is for recreational use and it is also a place where it is possible to enjoy the best sunsets. Activities such as snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and photography are available.

El Junco Lagoon is located 19 kilometers from the port inside a large volcano, now extinct, its name comes from a type of plant that is common in its surroundings, called "junco".  The lagoon is also surrounded by Miconia, a species of flora endemic to Galapagos, and it is also one of the favorite sites for frigate birds that fly and brush its waters with fresh water. The activities that can be done are: Hiking (it is recommended to go with sport shoes), bird watching, photography and filming.

At the agreed time, after breakfast, we will meet in the lobby of the hotel to head to the airport to take the flight back.
