Child policy

Child up to 5 years free of charge Max one child per couple ( exc. flight fare and entrance fees)
Child from 6 to 11 years 50% discount of adult fare
12 years child, charged as one adult

Cancelation policy

In case of cancellation 30 days, or longer before arrival, 15% will be charged (except of non-refundable or committed services)
In case of cancellation less than 30 days up to 14 days before arrival, 25% will be charged, (except of non-refundable or committed services)
cancellation less 14 days before arrival, 100% no show fees
All unused services will not be refunded. In case of cancellation or amendment any extra charge applied by supplier will be levied on the customer.

Note

Cruise program could be changed due to cruise line program or navigational circumstances; but the visits will remain the same.
We will not pay expenses caused by force majeure reasons and by factors beyond our control; e.g. flight delays, roadblocks, political disturbances, natural calamities etc.
