8 Day Himalaya with Golden Temple Tour by Private Car From Delhi

Welcome to New Delhi! You will be picked up from your point of arrival at the Delhi Airport, Train Station or from your accommodation if you are already in Delhi. En-route visit Pinjore garden and timber trail. Then drive to Shimla. Night in Hotel.

After breakfast explore the city tour with guide, Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Army Museum, Jakhoo Temple. In the evening explore Shimla city on foot as vehicle entry is prohibited. You can see prime places of Shimla like Ridge, Church, Lakkar Bazaar, Mall Road, Scandal Point,Sankat Mochan Temple, Night in Shimla Hotel.

After breakfast checkout from hotel continue drive Shimla to Pragpur,after check in you visit Dada Sibba temple which is dedicated to Radha Krishan &  take a walk in the heritage village Pragpur & garli Village in the narrow cobbled lanes lined with small traditional mud-plastered fort-like houses and colonial style buildings. We stop by The Taal – a historic pond located in the heart of the village. Later we visit The Judge’s Court – a 300-year-old heritage ancestral manor showcasing the Indo-European style of architecture. After we visit Beas River,Retuned to Hotel Night Stay in Pragpur. 

After breakfast procced Pragpur to Dharamsala enroute visiting Kangra Fort,and colorful Kangra market.After Drive to Dharmshala Check in Hotel you can head out for some local sightseeing in Mcleodganj.You will visit the  Dalai Lama Temple,Namgyal Monastery,St John’s Church, Bhagsu Waterfall and Bhagsunath temple.Night Stay in Dharmshala Hotel.

After breakfast you will proceed for Dharamshala sightseeing. On this day first you will cover Dharamshala visit Kangra Art Museum, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium, Tea Gardens, En-route visit to Norbulingka Institute of Tibetology (approximately 30 minutes drive each way), named after the summer palace of Dalai Lama in Lhasa comprises the following sections: The Centre for Arts, The Academy of Tibetan Culture, and The Literary and Cultural Research Centre.
