A deposit of 15% of the total invoice should be paid once the booking is confirmed
• The remaining balance must be paid before the arrival.
• The total amount should be paid immediately if the booking is confirmed, in case the arrival date is within 45 days.
If the client cancels a trip:
- 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain 15% of the total booking cost;
- between 29 and 20 days prior to departure, we will retain 30% of the total booking cost;
- between 19 and 10 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost;
- between 9 and 4 days prior to departure, we will retain 75% of the total booking cost;
