Important Notice

Booking on this website and the rates displayed are valid for tourists holding

International (non-Israeli) passports.

Israeli credit card payments will be charged VAT.

General

• All daily tours are conducted with an English tour guide. Other languages are

available according to the tour language schedule (French, Spanish,

German, and Russian).

• Tourists are obliged to stay with the tour at all times. Separation from the

group may result in being left behind at the customer’s expense.

• Tours are conducted in various sizes of buses, vans, and vehicles.

• Dates of departure, pick-up, drop-off times, and possible delays are subject

to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Travelers who are late for pick-up will be charged for a private transfer (USD

120).

• Special needs (baby chairs, carriages, wheelchairs) require advanced

notification.

• Daily tours, multi-day tours, and packages are not suitable for children under

4; private tours are available.

• Rates are quoted in US dollars.

• VIP class booking confirmations are subject to availability.

• Rates do not include client meals, food, and beverages unless otherwise

specified.

• All entrance fees are included unless specified otherwise.

• Multi-day tour prices include B/B accommodation in a 3-star hotel. Luxury

hotel upgrades available at $90 per person per night if specified.

Egypt & Petra Tours

• Your credit card will be charged once your tour is confirmed.

• Some tour reservations only require credit card details to secure the booking,

not for immediate charge.

• Certain nationalities require visas; a valid passport and landing card are

needed.

• Passport information required for booking: nationality, passport number,

place & date of issue, birth date, and expiry date.

• Border fees and tips are excluded from the price ($65 special fee for Israel-

Jordan / Israel-Egypt crossing).

• Border processing may take up to an hour.

• Once across the border, the Egyptian/Jordanian company assumes full

responsibility for the tours.

• Tours crossing the Egyptian and/or Jordanian border are subject to local

government tax, payable in US currency.

Credit Card Payments

• Credit card details are encrypted and used only for selected services.

• Debits occur for confirmed services only.

• The website is SSL secured.

Reservations & Vouchers

• Once your reservation is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed.

• Bookings are made directly with the tour supplier.

• Questions or change requests should be submitted via the website contact

form or 24/7 chat.

Additional Charges

• Private tours: entrance fees not included.

• Single room supplement: $90 per night.

• High season supplement: $90 per person per night.

Liability & Responsibility

• No liability for loss of personal belongings. Travelers are responsible for their

own insurance.

• Booking-tours.com is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage due to

natural forces.

• Travelers may be required to withdraw from tours for offensive conduct

without further liability.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

• Prices listed are per person unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are based on local tariffs at the time of quoting, converted at

prevailing exchange rates.

• Prices may change until booking is confirmed.

• Unless specified, prices exclude local taxes, departure fees, security, port

charges, park fees, customs, immigration, and international transportation

taxes.

• Prices do not include tips, passport/visa fees, baggage/personal insurance,

or any personal items not listed under “Inclusions.”

User Accounts

• Account creation may be required for certain features.

• Users are responsible for password confidentiality and account activity.

• Accounts are personal; impersonation, multiple accounts, or providing false

emails is prohibited.

• Booking-tours.com may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

• Users may close their account at any time; previously published content may

remain visible.

Other Services

• Additional arrangements, including international/domestic flights, organized

tours, and private guides, can be requested via customer.service@booking-

tours.com.

• Booking-tours.com is a government-licensed tour operator.
