Vandaag ontmoet je de gids na het ontbijt om 10:30 uur in de lobby van het hotel. Geniet van een leuke en spannende rit in een Land Rover Defender safari-jeep. Geniet van spectaculaire vergezichten van Tortola en de omliggende eilanden vanaf uitkijkpunten die niet gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn met conventionele voertuigen. Vertrek vanaf de pier van het cruiseschip terwijl het Land Rover konvooi snel door Road Town rijdt voordat je een pad volgt naar de bergkamweg. Laat je meenemen op een leuke rit die de natuurlijke schoonheid van het eiland en de ongerepte natuur, flora en fauna onthult. Stop onderweg voor fotomomenten en om je benen te strekken. Vandaag word je om 8 uur 's ochtends opgehaald bij de lobby van het hotel. Begin met een 40 minuten durende cruise over het Sir Francis Drake Channel; naar Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda. is de op twee na grootste en dichtstbevolkte van de Britse Maagdeneilanden. Stap aan boord van een ruime zeilcatamaran voor een plezierige cruise over het Sir Francis Drake Channel naar Norman Island, de inspiratiebron voor Robert Lewis Stevenson voor zijn boek Treasure Island. Laat je vermaken door je vriendelijke en professionele bemanning terwijl je zonder motorgeluid over het water glijdt. Je snorkelplekken zijn een rif bij Norman Island met prachtige koraalformaties en overvloedig onderwaterleven en The Caves bij Treasure Point. A 20% deposit must be made at the time of reservation. Payment for the excursion must be made in full at the time of reservation, unless otherwise stated. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment platforms.
Cancellation by Participant
You have the right to cancel your booking by notifying Across Caribbean Excursions. The amount of cancellation fees, if applicable, will be determined based on the date you provide notice of cancellation. These fees will be calculated as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled Tour, product, or service (excluding any insurance products).
Cancellation of a Tour:
(a) If you cancel 90-95 days before the departure of the first product or service, Across Caribbean terms will retain your deposit in accordance with these terms.
(b) If you cancel 30-89 days before the departure of the first product or service in your booking: Across Caribbean Excursions will retain the Deposit in accordance with these Terms. An amount equal to 50% of the remaining payments made for the canceled Tour will be refunded.
(c) If you cancel less than 30 days before the departure of the first product or service in your booking: Across Caribbean Excursions will retain the Deposit in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be provided.
Cancellation of a Tour By Across Caribbean Excursions
Tour offered by Across Caribbean Excursions will be guaranteed to depart on the scheduled date when at least one booking secured by a valid deposit has been made for that departure. Across Caribbean Excursions guarantees that all scheduled Tour departures booked and secured with a valid deposit will proceed as indicated on the confirmation, with reasonable itinerary changes as described in these Terms or due to health and safety concerns in good faith. This guarantee does not apply in the case of Force Majeure. Updated Tour and itinerary information can be found on Across Caribbean Excursions’ website or by contacting them directly. Please note that brochures and other printed materials displaying Tour information and departure dates are subject to change and should not be relied upon for the purpose of this guarantee.If Across Caribbean Excursions cancels a Tour before the departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure, and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the following options:
(a) Acceptance of a substitute Tour of equal or superior value.
(b) Acceptance of a substitute Tour of lesser value if no Tour of equal or superior value is reasonably available. In this case, you may recover the price difference between the originally purchased Tour and the substitute Tour.
(c) A full refund of all payments made for the canceled Tour.
Liability Waiver
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests during excursions, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience that may occur. Participation in our excursions is at your own risk. It is recommended to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.Across Caribbean Excursions is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by you as a result of the canceled booking. This includes expenses such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable car parking fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. The Travel Agency reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a full refund instead of the options mentioned above. If a significant element of a Tour cannot be provided after departure, Across Caribbean Excursions will make suitable alternative arrangements if possible. If suitable alternatives cannot be provided or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, the Travel Agency may provide a refund for unused products or services, as determined at its discretion.

If you need to make changes or amendments to your excursion booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

It is important to note that the Travel Agency exercises reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers but does not have control over their actions or omissions, nor does it supervise them. Therefore, the Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for any acts or omissions of Third Party Suppliers.The services provided by Third Party Suppliers are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these entities, which may include their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets, vouchers, and international conventions and agreements governing the provision of their services. These terms and conditions may limit or exclude the liability of the Third Party Supplier. It is acknowledged that Third Party Suppliers operate in compliance with the applicable laws of the countries in which they operate. However, the Travel Agency does not warrant or guarantee that any Third Party Supplier is in compliance with the laws of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction.The Travel Agency shall not be liable and assumes no responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from inconveniences, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the acts or omissions of any party other than the Travel Agency and its employees. This includes any claims arising from the negligence or other actions of Third Party Suppliers or any independent contractors engaged by them.By engaging the services of the Travel Agency and accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to release the Travel Agency from any liability for such claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the acts or omissions of Third Party Suppliers or any independent contractors associated with them.
