Today our staff will meet and greet you at Liberia International Airport. After you have picked up your luggage and clear customs you will be transferred to your hotel in Liberia city.

Today we will take you directly to the Arenal area, for your three-night stay at the beautiful rainforest in Costa Rica. Once we get off the highway in Cañas town, and we start climbing the Guanacaste Mountain range, the temperature will drop and you will start to feel the rainforest is just around the corner. In the afternoon, this trip takes you to an unique and diverse variety of ecosystems where you will see the most scenic natural beauty in Costa Rica, and the majestic Arenal Volcano. A natural walk will introduce you to the rainforest and a different view of the area. After the hike, the hot mineral springs will give you the opportunity to relax. Dinner is included at the end of the tour.

You'll rappel down huge waterfalls, jump into pools, downclimb the canyon walls and river boulders, and hike up through the rainforest. Your tour guide will fit you with high-quality canyoneering gear and give you a safety talk and canyoning demonstration before beginning your La Fortuna waterfall adventure. Start off the rappelling-leg of your canyoning journey with the first waterfall, a small-sized 10-ft waterfall that allows you to ease your way into learning the ropes. You’ll soon reach the second largest waterfall. This waterfall will get your adrenaline-pumping! Your heart will be racing and your eyes sparkling as you continue your journey through the canyon and you build up to the largest Lost Canyon challenge: an exciting 200ft waterfall rappel. When you finish your tour, settle in for your meal at the restaurant next to the El Salto Swimming Hole on the Fortuna River. Minimum 11 years old.

After enjoying one of the best destinations in Costa Rica for nature lovers it is time to visit Guanacaste, famous for the best beaches and also home of the Dry Tropical Forest. This trip will take approximately 3-4 hours and you will enjoy the amazing views.

ONE DAY TOURS CANCELATION POLICY: No refund on cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure.
PACKAGES CANCELATION POLICIES: If your reservation is canceled 30 days before the arrival,100% will be refunded. No refunds after 29 days prior arrival.
INSURANCE: Our passengers, while transported in vehicles owned by CENTRAL AMERICAN TOURS, are covered by insurance from the Instituto Nacional de Seguros.
RESPONSIBILITY: CENTRAL AMERICAN TOURS as a recognized tour company, acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by car, motor coach, railroad, boat or plane and assumes no liability during such travel for injury damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned whether by reason or defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in covering the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
