Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Condition will apply to all the arrangements organized by

www.asiatravelestate.travel a website of Asia Travel and Estate Co., ltd.

Rates, validity, inclusions, exclusions.

All quoted prices are net to the Agent in Thai Baht and the validity dates of the quotations are as per the

published rates and/or quotations and/or invoices issued to the Agent.

All costs, services and information are correct at the time of publishing or quoting and are subject to changes with or without prior notice due to reasons such but not only tax or currency changes, government charges, increase of transportation costs or any others factors out of control of www.asiatravelestate.travel  even during the validity period.

The variations of the price shall be proportional to the variation of the relevant costs and the client shall be provided with details related to the calculation of the variation.

All costs of package tours and other services (unless otherwise stated) cover inclusions and exclusions as per detailed descriptions.

Sales conditions

All quotations have a validity period of 10 days from the time of issue, after that period the quotation will have to be quoted again.

Upon receipt of our confirmation of availability to make the reservation effective, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid (excluding domestic and international flights, insurance, visas, extra documents that must be paid 100% before their issue).

Not receiving in the 24hr communication of the payment of the deposit of 30% and 100% of Flights / Visa/ extra the booking will be automatically canceled and you will have to rebook all again without being able to guarantee the same availability and same rates.

If deposit is requested by any supplier, payment of this deposit must be forwarded to us upon request.

If reservation is made 31days or less prior the arrival, full payment is required.

Full payment must be received by Asia Travel and Estate Co. Ltd.

not later than 30 days prior client’s arrival .

Our quotations are in Thai Baht or other currency of Southeast Asia, in the event that at the time of payment of the deposit and subsequently the balance there are changes in exchange rates above 3%. Asia Travel and Estate reserves the right to request this difference to the customer.

Domestic and International Flights

The costs and availability of International and / or Domestic flights may vary over the course of a few hours and days, the customer assumes the risk of any changes that may occur between our travel quote and your acceptance, therefore at the time of issue request you will be informed if there are any changes and if you intend to proceed with issue or cancel the flight.

Availability

In periods of high seasonality where there is not one or more hotels included in the Asia Travel and Estate program to proceed with the reservation can replace all or part of the hotels with others of the same category or higher.

Cancellations

For FIT bookings:

Up to 30 days before date of arrival: 2,000 THB / Passengers fixed plus any fee cancellation requested by supplier

From 30 to 15 days before date of arrival: 30% of the total amount due, plus any fee cancellation requested by supplier

From 14 to 7 days before date of arrival: 50% of the total amount due.

From 7 days : 100% of the total amount due, plus any fee cancellation requested by supplier

For Group  bookings:

Cancellation fee will be adviced on quotation time

Insurance

Our quotations unless requested or specified do not include insurances and we therefore definitely advise and recommend all clients to obtain their own travel, personal and other coverage in order to be able to cope with any unforeseen medical expenses, emergency evacuations, personal injuries, cancellation charges, loss and damage of luggage and all any other unexpected events which might arise during the time of traveling.

Liability

We always do our best to make sure that the arrangements are satisfactory, however the standard of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.

www.asiatravelestate.travel acts as an intermediary between the Agent and the transportation companies, hotels and all other suppliers.

www.asiatravelestate.travel cannot therefore be held responsible and liable for any loss, damage, accident, change of program and schedule or other irregularities deriving from circumstances beyond the control of the Company, within and outside the programmes, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipments or industrial actions.

www.asiatravelestate.travel. also reserves the right to modify the itineraries and change services with or without prior advice if due to situations beyond the control of the Company or if unforeseen circumstances arise and it is necessary to act for the benefit of all the concerned.

The receiving of booking confirmation from Asia Travel and Estate Co. Ltd. means that the above conditions and responsibilities have been accepted by the Agent.

Claims 

In the unfortunate event that a claim might arise, the complaint has to be submitted in writing within 15 days the end of the services and we will try our best to solve the matter by mutual and friendly understanding.

In the more unlucky case this shouldn’t be the final solution, local arbitration in Thailand will be considered to settle any dispute or litigation.
