Payment Policy:
The following payments are required to confirm your booking:
FIT (Free Independent Traveler/Tourist):
- When booking a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the tour.
- At least 30 calendar days before the date of departure, the balance is required of 80% of the total cost.
- All transactions must be in US dollars. Any transfer costs must be covered by the client and included in
- payments.
- The price of the tour is usually based on double occupancy (2 people in one room). If a person does not want to share and wants to allocate a room for himself, he can do this payment of an additional one-time fee. These are standard policies; however, in some cases, specific hotels and other services may have different booking policies. In such cases, your account manager will contact you regarding these changes.
Ecuador Wonders requires 60 days prior to departure (or during last minute booking) the following information for all passengers:
- Full names of passengers
- Passport numbers (and a copy of the passport)
- Nationality
- Date of Birth
Cancellation policy for FIT:
- All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 61 days prior to the tour departure date, a penalty of 100$ per person of the total price will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the tour departure date, 20% of the total price will be forfeited.
- If canceled less than 30 days before the departure, the full amount will be charged.
