Vanochtend haalt een van onze ervaren chauffeurs/gidsen je op bij je hotel. Na een uitgebreide briefing, waarbij je wordt voorgesteld aan je privégids en de belangrijkste aspecten van je reis worden besproken, begin je aan een gamedrive van een halve dag in Etosha National Park. Maaltijden: ontbijt, lunch en diner, met overnachting in Toshari Lodge of een vergelijkbare optie, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

Etosha verkennen is een avontuur als geen ander. Bezoekers kunnen beginnen aan
gamedrives maken door het netwerk van wegen in het park, die toegang bieden
toegang geven tot verschillende waterpoelen en uitstekende plekken om wilde dieren te bekijken.

Zondag: Etosha National Park (B,L&D).
Vandaag staat in het teken van het verkennen van de overvloedige wilde dieren van Etosha National Park met een volledige dag gamedrive. Je concentreert je op de waterpoelen, waar het wild samenkomt. Zowel in de vroege ochtend als in de late namiddag worden drives aanbevolen voor een optimale observatie. Je maaltijden en overnachting zijn wederom in Toshari Lodge of een vergelijkbare accommodatie.

Maandag: Windhoek (B&L)
We beginnen onze terugreis naar Windhoek, met een tussenstop in Okahandja Wood Carving. Verwacht laat in de middag aan te komen in het hotel of lodge van je voorkeur in Windhoek, als afsluiting van je onvergetelijke reis. Ontbijt en lunch zijn inbegrepen.

Travel agreement/ contract
This travel document is between the client and Discovery Tours and Transfer. In terms of this
travel agreement a booking is defined as a reservation which is done by the client or the client’s
travel agency.
Deposits and payments
Once the tour is confirmed a non- refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour charges shall
become payable. The remaining balance that is due shall be paid 30 days prior to departure
date. In the event of reservations being effected less than 30 days before departure the full
amount charged will instantly be payable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation
for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full
payment. Discovery Tours and Transfer reserves the right to adjust rates according to currency
fluctuations until final payment has been received.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing. Upon receipt of the written notification, Discovery
Transfer and Tours will confirm receipt thereof and this date will determine the following
charges.
Up to 28 days prior to departure: Deposit forfeited
28 to 21 days prior to departure: 30% of total cost forfeited
21 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost forfeited
14 to 7 days prior to departure: 75% of total cost forfeited
Less than 7 days to departure: 100% of total cost forfeited
It is mandatory for the client to be in possession of a cancellation insurance policy. Please note
that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any holiday insurance policy, which
the client must hold, then any such charges would normally be refunded to the client by the
insurance company, subject to the terms of the insurance.
