When you arrive at Kathmandu Airport, our representative will greet and welcome you before transferring you to your confirmed hotel. You can either rest, relax, and enjoy your time in the hotel or take a stroll around the city.

Our guide will meet you at the hotel and accompany you to Pokhara, which is approximately 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenic views of rivers and landscapes along the highway. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, explore Pokhara's lakeside streets and the banks of Phewa Lake.

In the morning, we'll check out of the hotel and drive to Nayapul. Tikhedhunga is the first destination on the trekking route that starts in Nayapul. The trail is relatively easy, with the majority of it gradually ascending to Tikhedhunga.

We'll start our trek from Tikhedhunga to Ulleri's steep steps. Ulleri's steep steps are challenging to negotiate, so take your time as you ascend through villages and streams. During the trek, you will see the Himalayas for the first time. The trail will then lead you through a rhododendron forest and into Ghorepani. The overnight stay will be at a local lodge.

You'll start the trek to Poon Hill early in the morning to catch the first rays of sunlight. The pleasant sunrise on Poon Hill glides over the culturally rich villages set against the majestic mountains. Afterward, we return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Then we leave Ghorepani and go to Swata Village. After about 4 hours of trekking through dense rhododendron forests, we'll arrive at Swata Village.

Today is a challenging day because we have to climb more than 1500 meters. We leave Swata Village and ascend a steep path that takes us through many beautiful landscapes and gorges. The path offers breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, and Machhapuchhre. We arrive at Khobra Danda after a 5- to 6-hour trek.

Today is the day we will arrive at our main destination. As we leave Khobra Danda, we proceed to Khayar Base Camp. The route is challenging due to the altitude, and it will take approximately 4 to 5 hours to reach Khayar Base Camp.

Early in the morning, you can witness the majestic sunrise views over the Annapurna mountain range. Spend the entire day exploring and wandering around Khayar Lake and its surrounding areas.

Today, we retrace our steps back to Khobra Danda. The 4- to 5-hour trek takes us along a wonderful trail with beautiful scenery to enjoy along the way.

Leaving Khobra Danda, we will travel through a wide range of terrain, from rolling hills to deep canyons and dense forests, before arriving at Chistibung. This part of the journey usually lasts 4 to 5 hours, giving us plenty of time to appreciate the natural beauty along the way. We will rest and rejuvenate for the night in Chistibung, soaking up the tranquility of this peaceful setting.

The trail includes several ascents and descents, winding through dense forests until it reaches Dobato. Along this picturesque route, hikers are treated to breathtaking landscapes adorned with lush rhododendron forests and sweeping mountain range views.

Today's trek is a more moderate challenge, lasting about 4 to 5 hours. As you travel, take in the stunning views of the Annapurna and Himchuli mountain ranges. Enjoy the diverse flora and fauna that line the trail, with occasional encounters with streams and cascading waterfalls adding to the scenic appeal.

In the morning, we descend to Ghandruk Village. When we go down, we'll pass through a dense rhododendron forest with waterfalls and streams. Ghandruk village is one of Nepal's largest and most well-known Gurung settlements, offering firsthand insight into the Gurung culture and traditions. This village also offers a breathtaking view of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre Mountains.

Today is your final day of trekking. Leaving the lovely village of Ghandruk, you will start walking downhill to Nayapul. The trail is much easier than the previous days. When you arrive at Nayapul, you will board the vehicle and drive back to Pokhara. It concludes the trekking part of this tour.

Our guide will pick you up from the hotel and transport you back to Kathmandu. During the drive, you can see the villages, the Marshyangdi and Trishuli rivers, rice terraces, and mountain ranges. When you arrive in Kathmandu, check into your hotel, relax, or go for a walk through Thamel.

Your trip will come to an end today. After breakfast, our representative will pick you up with a private van and drop you off at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport approximately three hours before your scheduled flight back to your home or other destination.

Terms & Conditions
Introductory provision:
“Company” refers to Asian Heritage Travel.
“Customer” refers to any person or organization trading with the Company or its employees or sub-contractors whether relating to the Companies products or services.
“Contract” refers to the agreement between the Company and the Customer in relation to a booking.
“Holiday package” refers to any activity, trek, tour, course, accommodation or service offered by the Company.
“Working days” means: Sundays to Fridays, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
“Office hours” mean: Sundays to Fridays from 08:00-18:00, with the exception of recognized public holidays.
“Group member” refers to an individual who falls within a group which is related to a Holiday package being offered by the Company.
Terms & Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions, together with all information relating to your chosen Holiday package, shall be part of the Contract between Asian Heritage Treks & Expeditions (“the Company”) and you (“the Customer”). Please read them carefully as they set out your and our respective rights and obligations. By asking the Company to confirm your booking, the Company is entitled to assume that the Customer has had the opportunity to read these booking conditions and legally agrees to abide by them.
Note:
When you confirm the Holiday package, we need a photo copy of your passport and upon the creation of the Contract; a deposit must be paid equal to 15% of the total agreed travel sum. The remainder of the travel sum must be received by the Company no later than six weeks before the day of departure. If the Contract is concluded within 6 weeks of the day of departure, the travel sum must be paid immediately and in full. Different terms and conditions may exist between other Customers and the Company; these terms and conditions are not transferable. In addition, payment arrangements may differ. This will not render the remainder of the contract void.
Asian Heritage Travel cannot be held responsible for the following:
• Injury, accident, illness, death while on the Holiday package unless negligence is proven against the Company.
• The loss, theft or damage to valuable or personal property such as camera, sunglasses, luggage.
• Alterations in the itinerary, and any subsequent costs, resulting from such events as illness of a Group member, unsafe weather conditions, delayed flights, and non-granting of permits or visas.
Cancelation charges:
Should you need to cancel your chosen Holiday package after it has been confirmed, you must immediately inform the Company in written form by recorded delivery post, fax or email. The notice of cancellation will only be effective when the Company receives it in written form. Cancellations outside Office hours are deemed to have been made on the next Working day.
If a contract is cancelled, the Customer is liable to pay cancellation charges in addition to any booking charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:
• cancellation up to the 42nd day before the day of departure: the deposit;
• cancellation from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the day of departure: 35% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 28th day up to the 21st day before the day of departure: 40% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 21st day up to the 14th day before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 14th day up to the 5th day before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum;
• cancellation from the 5th day up to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;
• cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.
