Je reis begint met aankomst in Vietnam. Je privéchauffeur zal je op de luchthaven ontmoeten en begroeten. Je wordt met het privévervoer naar het hotel begeleid. Check in in het hotel en kom over de jetlag heen. Je kunt door de straten van de stad slenteren. De historische charme, de architectonische wonderen en de verscheidenheid aan producten spatten ervan af. Nadat je zelf van de eerste dag hebt genoten, keer je terug naar het hotel voor een ontspannende nachtrust.

07:00-07:15 UUR: We halen je op bij je hotel in Old Quater, vertrek naar Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua grot, onderweg genietend van de prachtige landschappen van het platteland.
10u30: Na aankomst in de provincie Ninh Binh neemt de gids je mee naar Hoa Lu - de oude koninklijke hoofdstad van Vietnam. We bezoeken de Dinh koningstempel en de Le koningstempel, in de 10e eeuw, en ontdekken de heroïsche geschiedenissen van deze twee koningen in Chinese oorlogen. Daarna gaan we naar Tam Coc (10 km ver van Hoa Lu).
11u30: Bezoek aan Mua Cave (Mua betekent Dans) met 500 treden naar de Top van Mua Moutain. Op de top kun je de hele mooie omgeving van Hoa Lu overzien.
12u30: Lunch in een plaatselijk restaurant. Na de lunch stap je op een bamboeboot - geroeid door de plaatselijke bevolking - in de Hoang Long rivier om onderweg Tam Coc (drie grotten) te bezoeken. Je passeert drie enorme grotten die een korte adempauze bieden van de intense zomerzon. Het duurt ongeveer twee uur om de rivier op en neer te gaan en onderweg ben je getuige van lokale vissers, het dorpsleven langs de rivier en natuurlijk de opvallende kalkstenen karstformaties waar Tam Coc beroemd om is.
17h00: We stappen op de bus en gaan terug naar Ha Noi.
19h30: We komen aan in Hanoi en beëindigen de tour.

Overnachting in Hanoi
In de ochtend check je uit bij je hotel en word je opgehaald door de Cruise. Via de mooiste route bereik je Halong Bay, dwars door de Rode Rivier Delta met smaragdgroene rijstvelden die zich zo ver uitstrekken als je ogen kunnen zien. Bij aankomst in Halong kun je genieten van een cruise over de baai om de kalksteenrotsen en de karstgrotten beter te verkennen.
Nadat je klaar bent met je verkenning van de baai, is het tijd om te genieten van een overheerlijke zeevruchtenlunch, waarna je een tocht maakt naar de beroemde kalksteengrot in Ha Long baai, waar je enige tijd kunt kajakken of zwemmen, zodat je dichter bij de drijvende dorpen en winkels kunt komen. Tegen de avond keer je terug naar de boot voor een vroeg diner, gevolgd door wat vrije tijd. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om deel te nemen aan de activiteiten die op de boot plaatsvinden of om de dag te ontspannen.

Overnachting op cruise
Sta vroeg op voor een lesje Tai Chi of gewoon om te genieten van een stevig ontbijt. De boot vaart terug naar de haven en stopt bij de Limestone Cave, vol stalagmieten en stalactieten. Vanaf hier is het helder varen terug naar de grote haven en de terugkeer naar Hanoi rond 15:00 uur.

Overnachting in Hanoi
Geniet van een gezond ontbijt op de laatste dag van je reis. Vervul de formaliteiten voor het uitchecken van het hotel, waarna je de plaatselijke markten kunt bezoeken en souvenirs kunt kopen voor je geliefden. Later vertrek je aan boord van je vlucht terug naar huis. Reis eindigt.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Cancellations will be charged as follows:
60 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
59 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.

Refund of Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
Liability
Bamboo Hat Tours Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Bamboo Hat Tours Co., Ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
