Reisroute

Gouden driehoek tour met Orchha-Khajuraho :- Dit is een unieke tour omdat je naast Delhi nog 2 andere steden gaat bezoeken: Jaipur en Agra. De hoofdsteden bevatten veel historische plaatsen zoals in Delhi kun je de India gate, het presidentiele huis, de Jama moskee, de Kutub minar etc. bezoeken, en Jaipur is beroemd om het Amber fort, het stadspaleis, het Wind paleis, het Albert museum etc., en in Agra kun je het UNESCO werelderfgoed Tajmahal, het Rode fort, Fatehpur Sikri etc. bezoeken. Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om Orchha & Khajuraho te ontdekken.

Orchha:- werd in 1531 gesticht door de rajputkoning Bundela (Rudra pratap sing), die de eerste soort van Orchha werd en het Fort van Orchha bouwde. De Chaturbhuj tempel werd gebouwd tijdens het bewind van Mughal keizer Akber, terwijl de andere attractie van de stad Ram mandir (tempel) werd gebouwd door koning Madhukar shah. Al met al is Orchha een kleine en rustige plaats waar toeristen zich rustig en ontspannen voelen.

Khajuraho:- De Khajuraho Group of Monuments is een groep hindoetempels en jain tempels in het district Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, ongeveer 175 ten zuidoosten van Jhansi. Ze staan op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO. De tempels zijn beroemd om hun nagara-stijl architectonische symboliek en hun erotische beelden die prachtig zijn.

Dus op deze manier hoop ik dat je de kans krijgt om iets anders te zien tijdens deze rondreis en ervan te genieten.

Dag 1

New Delhi

Arrival Delhi & Sightseeing Delhi :-

Arrival Airport / Railway station. Meet and greet upon arrival by our tour representative at the International airport. Transfer to hotel, after proceed for sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting important tourist sites of Old and New Delhi. Visit the Qutab Minar 12th century tower and one of the tallest towers of its time, walls here consist of verses from Quran (Holy book of Islam). Wander around the complex visiting ruins of Hindu temples and palaces which once remained here and 4th century steel pillar which has not developed rust till date. Drive to India Gate the war memorial and other government buildings stopping at President House. 

In Old Delhidrive to Jama Masjid 16th century mosque and largest in India. Take a rickshaw ride in the narrow alleyways of Chandni Chowk and amazing mixture of history with modern world and visit Raj Ghat cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi- “Father of the Nation”.Overnight at hotel in New Delhi.

Delhi naar Jaipur rijden

Delhi to Jaipur drive 270 KM:-

Have the breakfast in hotel and proceed for Jaipur it take about 6 hour by surface, After reaching the Jaipur check in the hotel rest for a while and fix the time with driver for visiting the The Albert Hall Museum in Jaipur is the oldest museum of the state and functions as the state museum of Rajasthan, India. The building is situated in Ram Niwas garden outside the city wall opposite New gate and is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. It is also called the Government Central Museum too. then move for very beautiful, Birla Mandir of Jaipur is Hindu temple, located in city, it is one of many Birla mandirs in India, It was built by the B.M. Birla Foundation in 1988 and is constructed solely of white marble. then back to hotel and rest over night in Jaipur.

Jaipur city sightseeing:-

Morning have the breakfast in hotel and proceed on an excursion to Amber Fort. Amber Fort - Ancient capital of Kachhawaha Rajputs rulers ofJaipur, Amber guarded one of the important defiles from invading enemies. Wander inside the Fort to see extravagant Palaces to witnessing the opulence of Rajput royal lifestyle amongst which summer palace, winter palace and mirror palace etc. are the most popular. Stop at the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) en route to fort.

Afternoon city tour of Jaipur visiting City Palace – official residence of the present royal family palace covers a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens and buildings. A part of this Palace is now turned into a museum housing Armory, Textiles and Artifacts. City Palace is delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture. Then head to  Jantar Mantar - 17th century astronomical observatory, an excellent example of the marvelous precision wherein each construction has a specific purpose to measure the position of stars, altitudes and azimuths or calculating eclipses and some of them still works. Night stay in same hotel in Jaipur.

Rit van Jaipur naar Agra

Jaipur to Agra drive visit Fatehpur sikri on the way

Have the breakfast in hotel and proceed for Agra by surface it take about 5 hour driving but enroute you will visit Abaneri village in a bit interior from the main road here you can visit the Chand Baori is said to be named after a local ruler called Raja Chanda. However, no epigraphic evidence has been found regarding the construction of the Chand Baori or the adjoining Harshat Mata Temple. Based on similarities in style and carvings with the terraced temples, It was likely constructed before the temple 

The oldest parts of the step-well date from the 8th century onwards, An upper palace building was added to the site, which is viewed from the tabulated arches used by the Chauhan rulers and the cusped arches used by the Mughals. Then move ahead and one more Historical monument on the way you are going to visit, that's called by different name, Dessert city, Ghost city, abandoned city etc,

the Fatehpur Sikri, the Ghost city,  which briefly served as capital of emperor Akbar. It is believed that city was quickly abandoned due to lack of potable water. Palaces, meeting halls, courtyards inside the complex is in a remarkable state of preservation. Holy shrine of Saint Salim Chisti here is one of important pilgrimage for Muslims and Buland Darwaza which Emperor Akbar built to commemorate his victory on Gujarat is very imposing.

And reaching the Agra check in hotel- stay over night in pre booked hotel Agra.

This morning you have to wake up bit earlier for visiting the Tajmahal the symbol of Love, our guide will meet you at the hotel's lobby and proceed for Tajmahal the fantastic monument of 16th century built by emperor Shahajahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj mahal, rest you will learn the history from our knowladgeable guide which is much better and practical, after visiting the Tajmahal get back to hotel take the breakfast and check out the hotel keep your luggage in car and proceed for Red fort which is built by emperor Akber and later some inner construction of palaces was added by his sons and grand sons. after visiting the Fort,  you will leave for Orchha by same car and driver it will take about 4 hour to drive, after reaching the Orchha check in hotel and rest over night, next day sightseeing the town.

Have the breakfast in hotel and proceed for excursion, Orchha is very small town but its very peaceful place, tourist like this place very much here you will visit Orchha Fort which was built by the Bundela Rajput Pratap singh in 16 century who became to first King of Orchha. then you can visit the  Ram mandir which was built during the Mughal emoeror Akber by the queen of Orchha Ganesh Kunwar, this is also very beautiful place,  and one more temple you will see there Raj Mandir was built by Raja Madhukar Shah during his reign 1554 to 1591, after visiting all in Orchha, take a  lunch and  proceed for Khajuraho, it take about 4 hour to drive after reaching the Khajuraho check in hotel and rest over night next day sightseeing the Khajuraho.

Khajuraho is not very big but very famous for its erotic sculpture which has been attraction for foreigner and indian tourists. there is two kind of temple Hindu & Jain, The temples are famous for their nagara- style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures.

Most of Khajuraho temples were built between in 950 AD and 1050 AD by the Chandela dynasty, The Khajuraho group of temples were built together but were dedicated to two religions Hinduism and Jainism, suggesting a tradition of acceptance and respect of diverse religious views among Hindus and Jains in the region, and some more you will learn from our knowledgeable tour guide who will explain you at the spot, which is much better and practical. Then enjoy the Khajuraho little market and if you want you can indulge in culture show held every enening and night stay in hotel.

Next day you are going to enjoy wild life in Panna national park.

After brreakfast drive for Panna national park, its a 25 Km, from the Khajuraho town, but remember we can drive for national park up and down, entrance ticket and safari ride guest have to pay for jungle safari, after that drive back to khajuraho, from there if you have your futher plan we can drop off at the railway station or airport or any hotel if you want to stay for more night in Khajuraho, you have pay for hotel.

Panna National Park staat bekend om het zien van tijgers, als je daarheen wilt gaan zal de chauffeur je brengen. Het ligt op ongeveer 25 KM van Khajuraho. Als je geïnteresseerd bent om het wilde leven of een tijger te zien, kun je daarheen gaan, maar alle kosten zoals entreegeld, jeep en kosten voor een junglegids etc. zul je direct daar moeten betalen.

Onze auto en chauffeur mogen het bosgebied niet in.
