Hoogtepunten:
Met één dag toeren langs de hoogtepunten van Sapa en 2 dagen zware trekking, biedt deze optie een gemakkelijkste route om de Fansipan berg te bedwingen. Je begint de trekking vanaf Tram Ton Pass langs een zwaar pad omhoog en omlaag over de steile bergen door primitief bos en neemt dezelfde weg terug. Je overnacht een nacht in een tent midden in het bos.
Neem de nachttrein van Hanoi naar Lao Cai
Zorg dat je om 20.00 uur klaarstaat in de lobby van je hotel voor een korte transfer naar het treinstation van Hanoi voor de nachttrein (eerste klas cabine met 4 bedden en airconditioning) die de volgende ochtend aankomt in de stad Lao Cai, vlakbij de Chinese grens.
Als er geen treinen beschikbaar zijn, word je op tijd bij je hotel opgehaald om om 10 uur 's avonds de bus met slaapcabine naar Lao Cai te nemen.

De trein/bus komt vroeg aan in Lao Cai om ongeveer 06.00 uur, ontmoet je gids en chauffeur bij aankomst op het station van Lao Cai en rijd na een uur bergopwaarts door de Hoang Lien Son bergen naar Sapa. Geweldig uitzicht op valleien en terrasvormige rijstvelden! Na het ontbijt maak je een wandeling door Sapa voor een korte kennismaking met dit charmante stadje. Op de markt ontmoet je etnische minderheidsvolkeren van verschillende groepen die hun zelfgemaakte traditionele klederdracht dragen en elke dag lokale producten verkopen, zoals groenten, bamboescheuten, paddenstoelen, medicinale kruiden en souvenirs... er is gelegenheid om ongeschonden met hen om te gaan en foto's te maken. Later volg je de voetstappen bergopwaarts naar de top van de Ham Rong berg om het prachtige landschap van de stad en de omgeving te bekijken, en breng je een bezoek aan een boomgaard en een minimuseum die je veel vertellen over de etnische minderheden die in Sapa en de noordwestelijke regio wonen. De rest van de dag heb je ter vrije besteding.

Neem een jeeptransfer van 18 km via Silver Water Fall naar Tram Ton Pass op 1.900 m. Trek vanaf hier door dicht tropisch oerwoud langs enkele geïsoleerde Black H'mong gehuchten. Stop voor de lunch bij een mooie sport met een geweldig uitzicht over het westelijke gebied.
Ga verder door de dichte jungle, het pad wordt smaller en steiler. Sommige stukken zijn echt glad en gevaarlijk, maar de natuur wordt steeds wilder. We bereiken de top van een berg op 2.900 m waar ons kamp zal worden opgezet om te overnachten.

Na het ontbijt volgen we een smal pad door bossen en bamboestruiken, dat steeds korter wordt naarmate we de top naderen. Na 2 uur uitdagend klimmen over het steile pad bereik je de top van de Fansipan berg. Gefeliciteerd! Blijf hier om te genieten van je succes en van het prachtige uitzicht op een altijd groen landschap dat zich onder je voeten uitstrekt.
De terugweg is natuurlijk minder zwaar, maar nog steeds gevaarlijk. Als we rond het middaguur terugkomen bij het kamp op 2.900 m, hebben we een lange pauze voor de lunch en om bij te komen. Daarna vervolgen we dezelfde weg terug naar de Tram Ton pas, waar onze auto ons ophaalt voor een transfer terug naar Sapa, naar je hotel.

Vandaag kun je vrij besteden in Sapa, maar houd er rekening mee dat je hotelkamer niet is geboekt voor laat uitchecken. Je wordt opgehaald en overgebracht naar de limousinebus die om 15.00 uur terugrijdt naar Hanoi. Aankomst in Hanoi om ongeveer 22.00 uur.

If a tour is cancelled 31 or more days prior to departure a full refund will be issued.
30 days or less prior to departure: 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fee
15 days or less prior to departure: 75% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fee
03 days or less prior to departure: 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fee
